They cancelled last minute the booking. I arrived late my flight was cancelled. When i was there they told me their booking was canceled. So they are unreliable.

A reggeli átlagos volt, és szinte minden nap ugyanazt kínálták. Ha az utolsó órában mentünk le reggelizni, több ételt már nem töltöttek újra arra hivatkozva, hogy az aznapi adag elfogyott. Tojásételként csak főtt tojás volt elérhető, az omlettért külön felárat kellett fizetni. Rendes kávé sem volt, csak instant, por állagú kávé, amit magunknak kellett elkészíteni. A környék alapvetően jó, sok étterem és vásárlási lehetőség van, de a főbb látnivalóktól messze esik, sokat kell tömegközlekedni. A környék ráadásul nagyon meredek, dombos.

A szobánk nagyon lehasznált és koszos volt: sérült, foltozott tapéta, foltos szőnyeg, sötét kilátás egy személyzeti vaslépcsőre. A fürdőszoba különösen rossz állapotban volt, az elszívó kívülről is fekete penészes volt. A problémát jeleztük, de csak három nap után helyeztek át másik szobába, addig a személyzet folyamatosan lerázott minket, az írásbeli üzeneteinkre pedig nem válaszoltak. A reptéri transzferrel kapcsolatban is ellentmondásos tájékoztatást kaptunk: a páromnak azt írták, hogy nincs ilyen szolgáltatás, nekem fél nappal később 60 eurós árat adtak, miközben a szállodában 55 eurós ár volt kiírva. Később mégis azt állították, hogy nincs transzfer, miközben rendszeresen láttunk transzferrel érkező vendégeket.

A környék alapvetően jó, sok étterem és vásárlási lehetőség van, de a főbb látnivalóktól messze esik, sokat kell tömegközlekedni. A környék ráadásul nagyon meredek, dombos.

A decent hotel for a short stay. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient, with public transport, cafés, and a mall nearby. The room was quite standard for a hotel. It could have been a bit cleaner, but nothing critical. Breakfast was basic and could be improved with more fruits, quality meat, and drinks, though there was enough to eat for me. Overall, I was satisfied with the stay. Nothing exceptional, but perfectly fine for a short visit.

Fate molta attenzione prima di prenotare questo hotel. La mia prenotazione è stata cancellata appena **tre ore prima del mio arrivo**, quando ero già atterrata a Istanbul. La cancellazione è avvenuta intorno alle 15:00 e, quando sono arrivata in hotel verso le 18:00, mi è stato semplicemente detto che non potevano fare nulla e che la mia camera era ormai stata assegnata ad altri. A quel punto hanno deciso di accompagnarmi in un altro hotel. Nonostante la nuova struttura fosse vicina, hanno insistito perché salissi in macchina con loro invece di raggiungerla a piedi. Viaggiavo da sola, ero chiaramente spaventata e a disagio, ma la situazione è stata gestita senza alcuna attenzione nei miei confronti. L'hotel alternativo in cui mi hanno portata era un posto che non avrei mai scelto personalmente: condizioni di pulizia imbarazzanti, lenzuola sporche, doccia e rubinetto rotti e un fortissimo odore persistente nella stanza. Ero a Istanbul per lavoro e, dovendo presentare tutta la documentazione necessaria per ottenere il rimborso delle spese, ho successivamente chiesto alla struttura una semplice dichiarazione scritta che confermasse che la mia prenotazione era stata cancellata da loro e che quindi non avevo soggiornato nell'hotel per una decisione non dipendente da me. Avevo già la comunicazione di Booking, ma desideravo avere anche una conferma diretta della struttura. La risposta è stata semplicemente: **“No, il capo ha detto di no.”** Considerando che la mia camera risultava già assegnata ad altre persone appena tre ore dopo la cancellazione, ho avuto il forte sospetto che ci sia stato un problema di sovraprenotazione gestito scaricandone completamente le conseguenze su di me. Non posso sapere quale sia stato il motivo della loro scelta, ma il trattamento ricevuto è stato, a mio avviso, assolutamente inaccettabile. Personalmente non prenoterei mai più questa struttura e consiglio a chiunque stia pensando di farlo di prestare molta attenzione.

Çalışanlar hariç her şey kötü! Banyosu çok geniş.

Klima çalışmıyordu, slippers yoktu, elektrik kettle yoktu, odada pencere yok, internet hiç çekmiyor. Ne için para verdik belli değil!

It was clean and comfort with cozy breakfast area on the 6th floor.

Be sure before reservation that you are able to walk in uphills.

Everything was great. Hotel is new and stylishly designed. Overall i was very satisfied with my stay. However there is a steep hill between the hotel and the main street and metro station which can be a bit challenging especially for elderly guests.

Als je 10 minuten doorloopt kom je in de winkelstraat waar het lekker druk is en volop veel te doen of te kopen. Ontbijt was redelijk goed maar weinig keuze.

Geen parkeergelegenheid dichtbij, kamers heel klein en niet eens zitplek voor 2, kamers stonken, kussens ook niet bepaald lekker ruikend, lakens zaten vieze plekken op etcetera. Snap ook niet dat het zoveel goeds beoordelingen heeft gehad, heb betere hotels gehad die zelfs goedkoper waren.

A terrible experience. We had booked our accommodations more than two months in advance, and they canceled our reservation two hours before we were supposed to check in—while we were flying from Spain to Turkey—without even trying to contact us or let us know there was a problem. The front desk manager initially claimed there were “problems with the credit card,” although we never had any issues with it during our stay in Turkey—neither before nor after. We were met with the cancellation of our reservation right at the hotel itself, after going through an ordeal to get there with our luggage—given how far it is from any subway stop and how difficult it is to access—after 8:00 p.m., just when we had said we would arrive. After lying to us about the credit card issue, he changed his story, telling us that they had assigned our room to a relative of someone who, according to him, had suffered a heart attack that very same day (he was obviously lying). Because of our outrage, the receptionist offered us the option of staying just one night in a room at the hotel, after we argued with him and made our extreme indignation clear. After showing us the room, which looked quite different from the view on Booking, we decided to look for another hotel that very same night. We found this to be an incredible lack of responsibility on the part of the hotel and the employee, who initially cared very little about our situation, telling us that “this is just how it is.” It’s a shame that Booking works with this type of accommodation that clearly lies to and deceives its users, caring very little about their situation. This should be grounds for a complaint. For context, we previously informed them that my partner and I were going there on our honeymoon, and they were very proactive about the idea of offering us a special gesture for the occasion, just as they indicated in private messages through Booking, so our surprise was doubly negative.

The hairdryer didn't work, the bathroom door had fallen off, and there was a terrible smell. The staff wouldn't even let my child—who had just undergone surgery—stay in the room for an extra five minutes; I had paid extra, yet they called to say we had to leave before the time was actually up. The breakfast selection was insufficient.

Absence parkování. Informace na Bookingu je zavádějící a vyrozumněl jsem z ní, že hotel má k dispizici parkovací místa. Ale hotel žádná místa nenabízí, museli jsme s naší expediční dodávkou dlouho hledat.

Breakfast was good with Dunsin a lady staff in the breakfast restaurant session was exceptional and very receptive.

La cuisinière était raciste

The restaurant staff did not smile and their communication with the hotel guests was poor. There was very little bread and in the nine days I stayed at the hotel I was only able to eat simit bread three times. Overall, the attention to recharging bread and other food in the restaurant was very poor.

Отель новый, внешне хороший, даже очень, начиная от входной, ресепшен, лобби и заканчивая номерами. Ремонт свежий, мебель новая, постельное чистое, сантехника новая. Бесплатный интернет. На этом пожалуй плюсы заканчиваются. Расположение нам не понравилось от слова совсем, до метро не так уж и близко как было указано в описании и в отзывах. Дорога к метро сплошная горка, возвращаясь в отель бежишь с горы, выходя из отеля «ползешь» по жаре в гору. Мы были в Стамбуле с целью туризма и добираться до локаций с достопримечательностями было далеко. У нас был включен завтрак. Завтрак был «шведский стол», если можно так назвать. Выбор маленький, людей много, если придешь поздно, есть шанс остаться без завтрака. «Горячее»(картошка фри и сосиски) были всегда холодными, все три дня было только это, а на четвертый и вовсе картошка закончилась и вместо этого не было ничего. Кофе был обычный с пакетика как в номерах.

Der Rezeptionist war ausgesprochen freundlich und zudem eine sehr angenehme Person. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt.

Auch wenn die Lage wirklich eigentlich „nah“ und Zentral sein sollte, ist es aufgrund der steilen Straßen wirklich sehr unanhenehm. Man muss wirklich lange laufen bzw. steil hoch. Ich weiß deshalb nicht, ob es etwas für Familien wäre.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'hôtel est très élégant et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et le mobilier est tout neuf. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié. Nous sommes très satisfaits de tous les aspects de notre séjour. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Hiç bir şeyi beğenmedik çok ama çok berbatdı kimseye kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Çok kirli, odalar küçüktü hiç kalmadık bile ve kalmadığımız halde bizden 100 euro para aldılar. Kesinlikle ama kesinlikle seçmeyin bu oteli bin pişman olursunuz. Çalışanları da hiç hoşgörülü ve yardımsever değillerdi.
