多年前住过一次，当时感觉蛮好的，房间也是正常的酒店房间，干净宽敞，当时印象挺好的。 这次入住，前台和礼宾部工作人员还是跟之前一样专业，态度热情，挺好的！

这次不知道是不是酒店有其他的大型会议还是其他原因，正常的酒店房间没有了，给我说帮我升级到家庭房还是什么的，是一件小的2层那种房间，厅在楼下，每层比较小，厅在下面其实也用不太上，然后窗外的景色就是酒店的厅，而且楼层很矮，跟描述不符合。 我可以接受房間比較舊，但是不接受房間換成更加的差的，我以為升級那應該是比之前的更好，但其實並沒有，因为这个房间明显比我想要预约的房间差很多。我定的房间是商务大床房，30平米，高层.....等等比較不錯的條件，但是實際不是這樣的,希望如果要換房的話，而且正常房间不一样的情况，可以提前给客人看房间图片，以及告知房间大小和情況等，至少讓客人看了之後決定要不要。 這些都算了，結果晚上洗澡的时候花洒整个脱落，不得不洗到一半打电话让人来看，最后工程部来修理了，弄了蠻久的。呃，整体的设施方面入住比之前差了很多。

Rooms are not soundproofed very well. One could hear the TV from the adjacent room.

Big rooms, full equipped from toothbrushes and paste, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner were all in the bathroom, coffee thee and water cooker, mini cooler. Location is really strategic, nearby Dongmen district, lots of food vendors, clothing shops.

Bad enough that almost noone speaks English. While it is really necessary of uou work in the hotel. Basic English.

The hotel doesn’t have 100% non smoking rooms. We have to request special air purifier for the non smoking room.

Location was very convenient.

Extremely old facilities. At least update the air conditioning. Walls are so thin, you can hear noisy families next door through out the night… The reception staff should have more training. Weren’t the friendliest. We were charged different prices to what was written on Booking.com There was no apology from the lady in charge either, came at us with a bad attitude. Not worth the price whatsoever.

O hotel em geral é muito bom, com apenas duas observações.

A piscina quente é muito quente para o meu gosto, poderia ser um pouco mais fria. E o café da manhã, poderia ter mais opções ocidentais. Mas o restante é muito bom.

While checking out, the counter staff asked me if I have taken a coffee spoon from the room. I got shocked, went back to the room, took a photo of the spoons kept in the shelf and shown him. We used one spoon and kept on the table, other one unused. The staff said he was sorry, but his behaviour didn’t reflect any apology. I asked to talk to the manager and she also repeatedly said sorry, but she also didn’t mean it. I usually don’t let other people spoil my day. So, I took my family out calmly and we continued our journey.

Location is excellent for convenience, safety and quite pleasant. Included breakfast buffet is fine and enjoyable with a variety of Chinese and western fare. I liked the noodle soup and choice of eggs.

Nothing in particular. I'm familiar with this hotel having stayed there on multiple occasions. The hotel is older compared with some others nearby, but well maintained and clean and quite nice. It feels much higher end than the actual cost.

Tolle Lage. Metro ganz in der Nähe und auch viele Essenslokale. Grösse und Ausstattung des Zimmers grossartig . Blumen in der Lobby grossartig arrangiert.

Swimming pool closed on a Monday, the pool was the reason we went to that hotel. The next day went down to the pool but you can only go in with a swim hat. Nothing about that when booking so had to pay another 100yuan for 2 hats and the pool was quite small and cold.

This so-called 5-star hotel feels outdated and poorly maintained. The rooms and facilities are old, with noticeable dirt and a lingering smoke smell throughout. The pool and gym are equally worn and uninspiring. Everything is just “okay,” but far from luxury—this place is long overdue for a major upgrade.

The hotel is located in a nice location of the old Lo Wu area. The nice part about this it is close to many great restaurants. I got upgraded to a business king room, which is an average level 5-star room. It is well-facilitated. It does have a bathtub, which is nice. The room is clean. They have a swimming pool and they insist on everyone to wear a swimming cap. If you don’t have one, they sell for $US 7. The breakfast is somewhat disappointing since I was pretty much looking forward to it. There were many options of food, but none of them seem to be made with quality ingredients. I think the hotel is slightly overpriced given what you get. Their staff are friendly. They even sent me night fruit, which is very nice. Thank you.

A had an allergic reaction with difficulty in breathing due of the airrefresher they are using in the hotel so i have to cancel 2 nights for 2 room as I was staying with family for 3 nights and they agreed on it and got confirmation email however the money after 2 months did not return to my cc account and no one is taking action despite many calls and emails been sent to them from myself and the customer care of booking.com.

Staff are not helpful and did not reply to messages and calls and did not return the amount back

Nice hotel near a good-sized Mall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good.

I initially stayed in a more prestigious sunshine hotel closeby but because of the better gym facilities and free laundry facilities, I loved to this hotel to full satisfaction

5* hotel with good breakfast , plenty of things to see and do around , metro is very near to get in and around shenzhen. Staff were all good and very helpful,would definitely come back and stay here again.

We stayed at Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel for 3 nights earlier this month. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but one incident at the restaurant left us extremely disappointed and humiliated. On check-in, the receptionist offered a discount for meals if paid a day in advance. I paid cash for two people the first day, then again the next day for our final lunch. I didn’t ask for a receipt, trusting the hotel to link it to our room. On our last day, when we arrived to eat, a young male server rudely told us we hadn’t paid. He spoke loudly, causing a scene in front of other guests. I explained we paid in cash and even suggested checking the cameras. He refused to believe us and insisted there was only one payment. I asked for the manager. The manager arrived and, without asking any questions, said “Let them eat,” clearly more concerned with stopping the scene than solving the issue. I told him it wasn’t about the money—it was about being treated with respect. We felt humiliated and left without eating. I left a note and my contact info in our room. I strongly urge hotel management to investigate the situation—check the payment records and review the cameras. This experience was unacceptable. Guests deserve to be treated fairly and with dignity. If you pay in cash at the restaurant, please ask for a receipt.

The hotel generally is quite good, except it let itself down with the entertainment. The size and the quality of the tv is really bad.

Good stay, lovely and large swimming pool, and a varied breakfast. Good value when you reserve at the right time.

Ordered a city view room, got a no view (a big wall in front of the window)room , plus the window was broken. Front desk staff told us their system didn’t show we booked city view room at first, after I opened hotel.com app to show them, they changed a much better room.finally we got our room at 4:00pm, check in suppose at 2 PM. A staff helped us to got a ride on the check out day, moved our luggage’s to the ride’s pick up area, it was a big help.

The buffet breakfast s top quality. The omelettes are excellent. Hotel is quiet and clean. Rooms are excellent.

Booked this hotel was very last minute as our flight was delayed. Excellent hotel all around. Clean, beautiful, staff are all professional and helpful. They even gave a plate of fruits. The general manager called and asked how my room was after I checked in, and helped me schedule a taxi to the airport the next day. Would definitely stay here again.

Interior was very old and weary. Television remote was not working. Toilet was not flushing properly.

The executive lounge was closed. Should’ve informed earlier. So that I don’t need to upgrade to the executive level. The orientation of the room layout wasn’t good. It’s uncomfortable where the bed is facing both the toilet and entrance.
