This was the second time I have stayed and it was excellent..Going there and knowing that the room and standards are impeccable..Its going to be a regular thing now

Nothing much in the kitchen - no coffee machine or cafetiere, took my own thankfully. Not even 4 matching dessert spoons. No saucepan big enough to make a bolognaise sauce for 4. No large bowls for communal salad. No dish to make lasagne in. Basically fine if you want to eat 3 meals out a day, but not for self catering.

The property was clean, the stairwell was currently being used by builders from the next building but still kept it reasonably clean. Easy check in and and checkout.

The only thing was how loud beirkeller was on the Friday until 2am underneath us, but that’s a location issue NOT the property issue.

Clean and comfortable. Good facilities. Good location if you want to be close to the town centre and shops.

It is a very noisy area. Unfortunately, when we were there, a carnival ran late into the night, until 2 am. Generally, though, you can hear everything outside, and the fans are also very loud. Parking is also very difficult - we did not pre-book parking for the apartment, as other options were provided by the host. However, the other nearby car parks were very small, and we had to park slightly further away, which was inconvenient as we had lots of luggage.

Apartment was clean on first entry, lovely little tea and coffee tray. A hand book was left for us with all the appliences in. Location is great as its right in the middle of the city centre, so it's really close to everything. It's easy to exit and enter the buildings. TV is also good, sofa is comfy too. 2nd time staying here and defo would again.

Downside to it being in a good location it does come with loud music and busses at night but the apartment can't control that. The room i slept on the bed felt dipped and could feel some springs, so i had backache some mornings but it wouldn't be enough to put me off not coming again.

Clean flat, everything needed for a short stay and some thoughtful additions such as the tea & coffee and toiletries. It was a good price, great location and everything worked. The flat was quiet, 100% would recommend.

Being on the 3rd floor it was extremely hot following the heat wave, I am not sure the hosts could do much about that. The TV remote didnt work but we used an app on our phones. However these are minor points.

Excellent all round. Very well located in the centre of town. Very clean. Nice big soft towels. Well stocked kitchen with comfortable seating area, as well as dining table. Two separate rooms with comfortable beds, as well as two bathrooms.

Slight disturbance outside during the night but didn’t last long. Earplugs provided and it’s not something the host has any control over.

Great, central location, although a little noisy because of this (but earplugs were provided!) Apartment was clean and they provided everything we needed. Beds were comfy, would stay again!

Our confirmation email didn’t provide us with a code to get the key, and as we’d arrived after office hours, we had to phone the out of hours helpline. It took them nearly an hour to get us in to our apartment, which was very frustrating! Also, there are no lifts in the property and our apartment was on the top (third) floor. Fine for us, but they probably could do with advising guests.

Lovely clean & modern apartment. We had an issue with car parking as we could not gain access through the locked gates, and even though the out of hours staff were unable to provide the code, they did their level best to help and continually phoned to give up dates. We parked in the nearby NCP park and were fully refunded for the parking without any questions.

As the apartments are really central it could be noisy at night, however ear plugs were provided!

This was a gem of a place! So convenient for the city (right by the old Market). I had a 2 bedroom apartment and it had all amenities. I also loved the extra security of the pinpad to gain access to each corridor. The bedrooms were on the roadside which was very noisy but the place provided earplugs which I was happy to use! This would be the only downside to the stay (if you didn't like using ear plugs)but I could not fault anything really.

It was a really nice apartment throughout. There were 2 fans supplied which are in very handy as there isn't any AC. Complimentary tea and coffee provided for.your first day.

Not being able to open the windows a bit more and that it was boiling in the first heatwave we had. Not that its the Stay companies fault.

The property was well located.

Due to the heat, you couldn’t spend any time at all in the apartment. Only one ineffectual fan was provided that you had to move from room to room with you. The windows barely opened so the apartment was like an oven even when it cooled down outside. The view was of a parking area with a big skip bin and ear plugs were provided for noise.

This was such a great property. Very central. Easy process to get in the car park & obtain keys. Great communication. The two bedroom flat was large & had everything we needed. Comfy beds, fans as it was warm & all the kitchen stuff we required. Also hairdryer & iron & safe. Showers fantastic. I couldn’t fault the flat itself.

There was a fan in the kitchen which we couldn’t seem to turn off. It was fairly noisy although didn’t disturb our sleep. I did email but it was weekend so didn’t hear back. We were on the first floor on the road side & quite affected by the club noise till 2am. I have my own really good earplugs (they supplied some too) but had to have the white noise of a fan next to me to be able to sleep. My son didn’t sleep well at all. I think if you’re going to be out till 2am this flat is perfect, but sadly not otherwise. I think it’s a shame the windows aren’t triple glazed or have soundproof shutters as otherwise it is so great.

Not the propertys fault, but the bier keller next door is loud! They do split ear plugs. The noise didn’t bother me much but if you are a light sleeper it might be a problem. When we were there it was 30+ both days. The apartment does not have aircon. They provided fans.

Superb location, 30 seconds walk from main square. Spacious clean kitchen, nice bathroom, big shower. Sofa and dining table for two. Clean, everything provided but if you stay longer than a couple of nights, bring soap / shower gel. Tiny bottles provided.

Impossible to pull the blinds up, nearly all the cords are broken. No soap tray in the shower - poundland sells them with suckers to attach to the wall! Quite noisy (earplugs provided), searingly hot (two fans provided but couldn't open the windows wide).

We were in the attic room , it was far too hot. They had supplied 2 fans but they made little difference, especially as in one room the towel rail in the bathroom was on full on. We were unable to turn it off . Furthermore we were on top floor and the stairs were a challenge for a couple of us

Excellent location and the facilities at the property were very good. For the size and location it was excellent value.

The biggest issue was the heat and although there were fans they did not make much difference. The windows had been left shut and the sun had been on the apartment most of the day before we arrived, The windows themselves only open a fraction so no breeze. Blinds on windows were extremely heavy and hard to open and close. The apartments were on 3rd floor with no lift and although did not cause us a problem it should be something that is stated. We had prepaid for 2 parking spots and for the whole weekend a car was in one of our spots. I messaged the property but got no response. We parked in another spot but we may then have caused an issue for someone else but we couldnt find out what else to do and we had paid £15 per day for the spot

extremely warm in the flat, no fresh air could come in given windows small so very uncomfortable to stay in apartment for watching TV or sleeping.

We were on the first floor at the front of the building (on the main road) which was very noisy with traffic and passers-by. The main issue we had however was that the company have recently installed a VERY bright lit up sign on the outside of the building which was on the wall of the first floor right in-between our lounge and our bedroom windows which stayed on ALL night. Even though the windows have blinds it did not detract from this light which lit up the entire apartment ALL night making sleep very poor.

Location was great for what we needed, the apartment was clean, comfortable and the check in/out process was as easy as it could’ve been

It was okay, perfect location, decent size.

There was no power plug in the living room. It was really hot and there was a fan in the apartment but there was nothing to plug it.

Self check in worked well. The rooms were reasonably clean, the kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances worked, including the washer/dryer. The furniture was ok.

It is never a good sign when there are complimentary ear plugs, and with a busy bus stop across the street, noisy pedestrians and a loud night club a few doors down, the apartment was not quiet. Fortunately the weather was cool, but even with the windows closed I found the noise intrusive. I would not want to stay here when it is hot. I don't understand why a club that plays loud music late at night is allowed to leave the front doors wide open.

La posizione è davvero centrale. Le camere sono molto pulite e spaziose . La procedura si check-in e checkout e davvero ottima e guidata. Non c'è nessuno dunque che gestisce in presenza.

Il locale sotto casa rimane aperto fino alle 2 di notte e nel week end è parecchio rumoroso. Le camere non sono per niente insonorizzate e dunque i rumori esterni si sento parecchio. Questa è l unica cosa che a parere mio andrebbe rivista.

Location was great. Modern apartment with good facilities.

When the weather was good, the apartment was very hot. 2 fans provided helped but weren't enough to cool it down. The noise from the nightclub was very loud until 2 am. Noise was reduced with windows closed, but needed them open for cooling. Would benefit from having an air-conditioning. There is no lift, our apartment was on 3rd floor so difficult carrying suitcases up and down for us.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, the facilities were excellent and the location was perfect

Eu gostei de tudo no apartamento, super fácil o check-in e o checkout também. O barulho da rua é normal para quem fica na frente mas não é algo irritante, o apartamento é maravilhoso e eu gostei muito. Não teve nada que eu não gostei!

Die Lage war perfekt, nur wenige Schritte von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und fußläufig vom Bahnhof entfernt. In der direkten Nachbarschaft gibt es viele gute Cafés und Restaurants. Die Unterkunft ist hell und funktional eingerichtet mit Spül- und Waschmaschine.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig. Im Nebengebäude befindet sich ein Bierkeller mit Club, in dem Samstags DJs auflegen. Die Bässe spürt man im Appartement und die Musik hört man bis früh in den Morgen bei extremer Lautstärke. Wer nicht zum Party machen gekommen ist, sucht sich dann besser eine andere Unterkunft. Sonntags wird es merklich ruhiger.

Central location, secure parking (extra payment) 2 bathrooms, enough space for 4 adults, bedrooms at the back away from street side.

We were on 3rd floor and there is no lift. Small settees, slippy shower tray could do with a rubber shower mat, hooks in shower room for towels and hallway hooks for coats.

Location was good, Easy access, apartment well-appointed. I'm very hard of hearing...I said I'm very...anyway, even with the very thoughtful ear plugs, some might find it noisy on a student night (which might be frequent enough in a uni town). Either way, it worked for me. Straightforward, clean, secure, I knew there was support but didn't need it, everything worked like it should. Would heartily recommend with the Mutt'nJeff caveat

Might possibly be a wee bit noisy of an evening for those not hard of hearing I'll shlep up a few flights and I don't mind but I suspect there's a potential audience out there who wouldn't

Was in a great location, right at the square. The apartment was very nice and had all the facilities you need. It was also very good value. The check-in instructions were very helpful, and it took no time at all to get into the apartment.

Quite loud at night as there are some live music bars on the street below. The lock box is a bit dodgy, when i opened the keybox to return the keys at the end, it took a long time before it finally worked, and then 2 boxes sprang open... So i could have taken the keys to another apartment if I wanted...

Logisticamente perfetta: letteralmente di fronte la fermata dell'autobus skiylink che va e viene dall'aeroporto al costo di 3 sterline (tra l'altro comodissimo, disponibile 24 su 24 7gg su 7). Doccia molto spaziosa, cucina equipggiata di tutto il necessario, stanza pulita e letto comodo. La zona è centralissima piena di locali, pub, ristoranti e attrazioni.

Purtroppo a causa di un locale appena sotto e la strada trafficata, si sente molto forte la musica e vociare fino a mezzanotte-l'una (in dotazione ci sono dei tappi, lodevole e non scontato) quindi è da tenere in considerazione per chi soffre i rumori. La tv è posta di fronte il divano, se potessi consiglire l'avrei preferita fronte letto. Nella stanza c'era un odore di cibo orientale ma dopo un po' non ci si fa piu caso. Si tratta comunque di piccolezze, tornerei sicuramente e comsiglierei a chiunque l'alloggio.

It was extremely noisy, and then there was a fire alarm which went on for over 2.5 hours. Staff on the end of the phone had absolutely no idea what to do, and no one came out to the property for 2.5 hours.

The property is located near the city centre, just a few steps away. The self check-in was easy and quick. The apartment was clean and comfortable, big enough. Our bedroom’s windows were not on the street side, so even if the night life is a bit loud we had no problems with the noise.

Maybe the heater was a bit too high, we didn’t know how to turn in off. There was a noise in the kitchen like a fan, we didn’t know how to turn it off, but fortunately we had a door between the rooms so we just closed it.

This is a very clean and comfortable apartment right in the middle of Nottingham and really convenient for lots of local attractions, restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need... washing machine, dishwasher, cooking facilities and has two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. An added bonus was a secure parking space. Communication was clear and informative in the lead up to our stay and accessing the apartment and parking area was straight forward. We enjoyed our stay in Nottingham and would book this place again.

You do get street noise and hear music from the bar nearby until around 2am but you are in the middle of the city so this is to be expected. We were made aware of this in advance and earplugs are provided - (or bring your own if you prefer). To be honest, it didn't bother us. The apartment was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately the very loud pub below us kept us awake. More info about parking and in fact that the street outside their main entrance is a bus gate and private car are banned. A warning from the property would have saved us from a £70.00 infringement.

Didnt realise Parking was not included until I had booked. But even on the same access point the Council parking was cheaper than the onsite parking. Was not easy to find with the one way systems. Recently implemented by the Council so sat nav not the best! No lift & on 3rd floor so beware if you have issues👍

Lots of space, well equipped, very clean, great location near cafés restaurants pubs and shops. Comfortable bed. Great shower.

Great kitchen but saucepans need replacing. Only 1 was suitable for the induction hob. We made an omelette in the milk pan. We had to call out of hours when someone parked in our space. We were told to contact the parking company but we're not given a number and couldn't find one in the building. We had to park in someone else's space. This only happened on Saturday night.

Great location, we got the place to stay overnight to see Gorillaz at the motorpoint arena. Clean, well equipped. Only stayed the one night but it would have been a great place to stay for a few days.

Being in the city centre there can be quite a bit of external noise late in the evening. Not a fault of the property of course and didn't bother me, but could be an issue for light sleepers.
