ロケーションが良かった。 ホテルの近くには複数の飲食店が有り食事に困ることもなかった。 周辺の街並みは落ち着いており、朝も夜も静かに過ごすことが出来た。 ホテルのスタッフの対応は親切かつ丁寧だった。

シャワールームの排水が悪く、水がバスルームに溢れることを心配しながらシャワーを浴びなければいけなかった。 1階の部屋での宿泊だったが、入室時に別途の近くにゴキブリが居た。 ホテルのスタッフはすぐに対応してくれたが、また出てこないか心配しながら過ごすことになった。 また、翌朝部屋を出たとき、扉のすぐ近くにゴキブリの死体があった。

The service was exceptional. The team tried to go above and beyond. The location was very good. It was chosen because it was next to where I worked but I had so many eateries and cafes around me without being on the main drag where it could be crowded like my experience with properties in D1. The room was huge, comfortable and had everything I needed.

The only faults I found was mostly out of the control of the service team - 1) noise from the construction behind my attic room 2) noise from loud TV with the room next door. But what was within their control and could improve was the toilet paper was not replenished one day when I got back to the room. They acted on it promptly when I told them. There was lack of bath towels so they told me they could only give me a few had towels on the last night there. But I really appreciated the gestures of trying to make up for gaps eg helping me with the laundry.

Dobra lokalizacja za rozsądną cenę. Blisko do stacji metra jest dodatkową zaletą, mniejsze tłumy a łatwo dostać się do dystryktu 1 Uprzejmy i uczynny personel. Polecam.

Wir wurden von der Unterkunft leider über den Tisch gezogen. Nachdem wir das Zimmer an der Rezeption bei Ankunft bezahlt haben, haben wir leider entdeckt, dass unser Zimmer im EG leider eine komplett verschimmelte Decke aufwies und demzufolge sehr muffig roch. Ein Aufenthalt für 2 Nächte für uns nicht vorstellbar. Auch blickte man auf eine graue Wand beim Vorhang zurückziehen. Und nicht wie auf den Bildern bei booking auf einen grünen Garten. Auf sofortige Reklamation an der Rezeption teilte man uns mit, dass kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar ist, wir aber das Geld zurückbekommen. Daraufhin haben wir unsere Bankverbindung (Rückbuchung über die Kreditkarte wurde leider nicht akzeptiert) hinterlegt und eine Bestätigung über den Betrag erhalten. Auf das Geld warte ich bis heute. Leider wurde nie eine Bestätigung über die angeblich erfolgte Rückzahlung übermittelt. Zuletzt wurde auf die Nachrichten gar nicht mehr reagiert und geantwortet. Sehr enttäuschend.

Polite and courteous staff. Helped with my local travel. Rooms were neat and clean, spic and span. Hot water available 24 hrs. Beds were comfortable, AC was great. The propery location was perfect for local dining and attractions. Will definitely be back.

It all went well! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was super easy. The room was spotless (and new). The bathroom was very clean, modern and spacious and really nicely designed. We had tea and coffee in the room which was replaced every day with clean cups too. Bed super comfy. Quiet room was also welcome after a day walking.

Very comfortable and clean room and the bed was comfortable. The amenities were great. I loved the instant hot water in the shower. The staff were very nice, good at English. Check in and out was super easy and I was able to reserve a taxi to the airport at the front desk conveniently too.

The first day housekeeping did our room. I had dropped a hand towel to have it changed on the floor however, the housekeeping had folded the same towel and reused it. It was still damp and smelly. Not good

Hotel perfectly located for a transit in Ho Chi Minh, close to the airport and with everything you need around to eat and shop. And especially lovely staff who did everything to make sure we could get a pair of forgotten earring, thanks again!

Ben was the best, most helpful staff we had the whole trip in Vietnam. There should be more Ben's. He went over and beyond to help us, make suggestions on where to go. It's walking distance to the closest mall and a quick drive to the city center. Also just outside is a delicious Bahn mi food cart.

The rooms don’t look like the photos, heavily edited. I picked the room with the balcony and arrived and got a room seeing a wall. They said that the photos showed the wall and that should be enough. Even after 4 days m we moved to another room, the balcony is not really a balcony. There are ants in the room and it smells of dump. When we complained to the staff about the room they kept telling us we will move the next day for 3 straight days but that was not happening for various excuses.

For a tourist, it’s at the far end of Thao Dien from District 1. So everything was a 25 min Grab ride away.

Really like the location of the hotel. District 2 is a good, fairly quiet neighbourhood and a short cab ride to the city that is nice to walk around in. The hotel rooms are fairly clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room that we stayed in had a washing machine and fridge which was a bonus for us since we were staying for almost a week.

Our hotel room was sharing a wall with the hotel cafe so it was quite noisy in the mornings when the cafe was opening up and serving customers. Also, we liked that there was a washing machine in the room but there wasn't a practical way to hang up laundry in the room.

The toilet is leaking, no carpet in front of the toilet, so if your foot is wet, it will be all over the place. Anything is greater.

We had to move twice to different rooms. The first room had strong smell of damp. The second room had unbearable sewage smell. All rooms had no soundproofing and it got very noisy in a morning. There is also a construction site right opposite the house. Builders start work as early as 7:30am, causing a lot of noise and air pollution. The location is not ideal for those who need to commute to District 1.

Staff friendly and reimbursed me for the room.

They didn't have the room available that they sold (I booked the room on the day so it should have been available if it was advised), they offered me a different, smaller room on the ground floor for a discount. After returning to the room late evening, I found cockroaches running around the room, managed to kill one only for more to keep arriving. I had to leave at 2 am as there was no way I could sleep in that room.

It was loud. A room on m floor was renovated. They started to work at 8 AM. My room was next to the reception. They played music until 11 PM.

The location itself isn't bad. It's in a relatively quiet neighbourhood & not too far from nice cafes & restaurants.

The pictures did not really match the reality. I stayed a total of 2 nights without housekeeping (except refilling the water bottles they did not make the bed nor replaced the towels or cleaned the sink). The TV did not work & wasn't properly set up. The kitchen had very spare amenities.
