L’établissement m’a envoyer un message que whatsapp avec un autre nom d’hôtel et a exigé que je le paie en cash uniquement avec un ton menaçant Bien sûr je n’ai pas donner nuit faites attention

Nous n’avons pas eu l’appartement réservé. Nous avons été sous classé. Le pire est l’attitude de la société qui ne nous a pas prévenu et nous a fait visiter l’appartement comme s’il s’agissait de celui que nous avions réservé. Il a fallu batailler pour obtenir une réduction ridicule. L’hôtel quant à lui est bien mais nécessite un rafraîchissement (sale et vieillissant) et la piscine est froide car exposé nord. C’est dommage.

La 2eme chambre du coup, sans fenêtre avec du paire peint et une porte coulissante aussi avec du papier peint qui rend la chambre un peu glauque. Une seule serviette minuscule très ancienne par personne Il y avait une invasion de fourmis, traitée aussitôt signalée heureusement Une seule carte pour 4 personnes pour accéder à l appartement, à la piscine, et l ascenseur: donc se déplacer à 4 pour tout. Literie inconfortable

4 serviettes pas très grandes très anciennes pour 4 personnes et pas de petites pour les cheveux ou les mains.c’est très contraignant Une seule carte d accès pour les 4 personnes en sachant qu il en faut pour monter dans l ascenseur, pour fermer l’appartement et pour accéder à la piscine. Pas de nettoyage pendant 4 jours. La 2eme chambre est sans fenêtre avec du papier peint et une porte en verre fumé bizarre ! Et sa literie n’est pas confortable Des fourmis dans la petite chambre et dans la cuisine mais sont passé les éradiquer après envoi de vidéos et photos.

I stayed at this place in Malaysia, and the view was amazing. The location was also pretty good, as we could get around easily by taxi or on foot. However, the major issue was the overall welcome. We had a very long wait for the person who was supposed to check us in. The building is shared by several rental companies, so we couldn’t figure out what to do or where to go. We weren’t able to leave our bags anywhere, so we just had to wait for hours after a long 18-hour flight. On top of that, we had to withdraw cash because we didn’t know we needed a deposit in cash, and we ended up with leftover local money we didn’t know what to do with. Overall, the rooms were decent—spacious, with a washing machine, and they matched the description—but the beds weren’t super comfortable. There weren’t enough plugs in the rooms to charge devices conveniently. Despite these issues, I would say it’s still somewhat recommendable, but just be prepared for these downsides.

The fact that the building was shared with several compagnies, and we didn't have any lobby to ask for anything if needed

My stay exceeded all expectations. The check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The room felt luxurious and had a cozy, homey vibe. I loved waking up to the city skyline each morning. The rooftop pool and gym were added bonuses. Will definitely be coming back again soon!

Horrible view despite being upgraded The pool was under maintenance the whole time so couldn’t use it at all- they must give a heads up or don’t charge for that part of the facility - you are paying for something you’re not using!!! Unreasonable- The toilet also wasn’t clean The sheets were stained too… Not what I usually experience at platinium They truly sucked this time… Not to mention the weak old equipment that barely worked such as the blow dryer and the washing machine… Pure Disappointment…

Really beautiful room that felt very luxury for the price we paid. The pool area and view of petronas tower is so good, and gym is great. Really helpful staff, we extended our stay for longer in this hotel it was so nice. We really loved inside room have bathtub and window city view.

Firstly the host is very very rude. He asked us cash payment on arrival, I had clearly selected card while booking the property. Later he told us that if u want to pay by card I will charge you extra 5 %. Then when I denied giving him extra 5 % and told him to give us the room, he made us made in the lobby for very long, later came and told me you guys do drama all the time and bring no cash. Very impolite and rude. They even ask for extra money as a deposit. So PLEASE DONT BOOK.

The people checking us in were rude and then I was not able to get my refund back because they were not there when they said they would be. The towels weren’t that great. There was ants everywhere.

The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and key tourist attractions. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, The Face Suite is the perfect place to stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next visit to KL!

Nice location in KLCC with spacious apartments. Breathtaking view. Near to the monorail station and some of the most famous sites in Kuala Lumpur.

We arrived at the accommodation after a 14-hour flight + transfer. Entered the hall and I went to the desk opposite the entrance. I showed my reservation to the person at the desk but he said, "This is a private apartment", they don't know. I called the phone number provided in the confirmation email and it turned out that the person was sitting in the hall 5 steps away from me. I showed him the reservation, and he started looking at his phone and told me that he didn't know about this reservation. I asked him how I could receive a confirmation email from them. He said, "It's no problem as I didn't pay, so feel free to look for another accommodation". Yes, after 8 pm, dead tired, in the pouring rain, with suitcases, in an unknown city. After a quarter of an hour on the phone, After a while, I finally got a key from him. The apartment is spacious, but a renovation would not hurt. One day I wanted to use the washing machine. It's been an hour or so when I hear water running from the kitchen. I ran out, to see that the water was flowing out of the washing machine. I turned it off and soaked up the water with a towel. It was not the first time, because the parquet skirting showed that the water had stood there before. They could have said that the washing machine was broken if they were not able to fix it. You can get an electric shock from a washing machine standing in water.

We never stayed there. We arrived an hour after the 14:00 check-in time, and the owner said our suite hadn’t been cleaned so to wait in the lobby. I called him back after 45 minutes and he said it would be at least one more hour as the lift wasn’t working. When I said we’re wasting our day sitting in the lobby, he said so cancel your booking then. So I called booking.com and cancelled.

the view wasn’t what I expected one of the 2 rooms was terrible it has one big bed with a weird mattress which was smaller 20 centimeters than the mattress with no bedside tables, no mirrors and a broken door so we couldn’t close the door at night

The apartment is in a very beautiful and modern building, with great lobby and AMAZING infinity pool. They also have a nice rooftop bar. The location is pretty good. They have 2 metro/train stations in less than 10min walking distance, and also good options for coffee/breakfast around. There is one Starbucks less than 5mins away and a small supermarket 3mins away. I could reach the Petronas Towers within a 15-18mins walk, so I barely needed to ask for taxis. The facilities are nice, and you can see that everything is new. The master suite is beautiful and the bathroom that comes with it is huge! The wifi works well. The living room and kitchen are very cute, I specially appreciated the view towards the Menara Tower (although it was better in the evening because during the day part of the landscape is occupied by ugly construction work from the building in front of it). The kitchen comes with the basic tools for you to cook. Although it doesn’t work as a hotel, where you have immediately someone available to do your check in, the people from the management team got in touch with me the day before my arrival through Whatsapp. They asked me the time I would arrive and advised me to call them once I reached the property. On the day of my arrival I called them and waited for around 10 minutes for them to come and handle me the key. The communication with them was good.

I would say the biggest downside for me was the second sleeping room, which had no windows and came with a small double bed (looked a bit like a cave, although it might be good if you like to sleep in a lot). Another thing that could be improved is that the windowsill in the living room was super dirty and covered with cigarette butts. This compromised the nice view that you have from there! Finally, it would have been nice to have at least another key since we were 4 people and you can only take the elevator using your room key. This meant that we had to always be together in order to have access to our room floor, but when you’re traveling with friends sometimes you have different plans and that might be a bit problematic.

Magnificent view from 23rd floor, access to infinity pool on 51st floor with view on KL Menara Tower was exclusive, great location with walking distance to Petronas Towers and KL Tower, Exclusive interior with tailor made furniture, high quality materials in bathrooms, washing machinw combined with dryer was a great benefit, friendly staff.

Second bedroom without window, apartment had 1,5 bathrooms. E.g. no shower in one of the bathrooms, whereby in masterbedroom bathroom there was both bathtub and shower. Kitchen equipment could be better: no toaster, no dishwasher, only cold water in the kitchen sink, limitted kitchenware, only one towel per person provided.

Farid and Ani are very good hosts. They respond to queries at lighting speed ☺️ Especially Ani she is fantastic!!!! The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Price also is very reasonable compare to other apartments with same amenities. We will definitely stay at this apartment if ever we visited Malaysia again. We will also recommend this apartment to our friends who would be visiting Malaysia. PS Your goats milk body shampoo is fantastic ☺️

The breakfast was open till 11am, however when most of the breakfast items were finished at 10am and were not replenished. A little disappointed.

The lift service was absolutely below standard. Everytime we had to wait for the lift for about 20 minutes from our level to ground floor.

Central location.

Not a proper hotel with reception. These are managed apartments. One bathroon in the apartment was unfinished and full of construction items. We were told that workers would come for couple of hours while we were at the apartment, just not professional, this apartment should not have been given for rent in the first place.
