The oven was extremely dirty and must not have been cleaned in weeks/months, so we had to do it ourselfes. In general the kitchen could have been cleaner.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026This is a nice property. It’s spacious and comfortable and has everything you need. The location is convenient as it’s on the edge of town, so short drive to town and easy to get to wineries and things outside of town. You can hear planes coming and going, but they are infrequent and stop about 8pm. It is in a neighborhood and it is 2 units, I believe the owner lives in the main unit. You park in the back of the driveway close to the door of the rental. There is room to turn the car around. I had no interaction with the owner other than through the Booking app, but everything was easy.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025We loved our 4 night stay! Beautiful views & facilities. We also did a great walk to a lake and on to a winery for tasting, it was nice to not have the car! There is a nice pub on the estate too!
Some sunloungers would be a nice addition & oven instructions need adding to the book (you have to set clock for it to work and it’s hard to figure out). Also better instructions/signage as its a bit hidden

Facilities in the house were plenty and usable such as washing, drying and dishwasher machines. The rooms and furnitures were clean. There were everything in the kitchen if you need to cook.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025Very quiet and private, spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. Mountain views from every room. Saw horses in adjacent field everyday. Some airplane noise occasionally but there were no flights overnight. Nice to have a few pantry items.
Pillows were not comfortable.

Reviewed Dec 11, 2024Very modern and beautifully furnished house. Excellent facilities. We immediately felt very comfortable. The panoramic view of the mountains is simply fantastic. The location in the Lower Shotover Country is very pleasant. Nice walk to the river. Ideal for exploring Queenstown and travelling to Corona Peak or Glenorchy. We really enjoyed our stay.
