Номера чистые, а завтрак вкусный хоть и немного дороговат, но для Парижа мне кажется это обычная цена за такой набор. Очень приветливая хозяйка, которая сделала наше пребывание здесь более приятным. По нашей просьбе она без проблем заменила полотенца, а когда наши подруги уехали, предложила нам вдвоём остаться в четырёхместном номере, чтобы нам не пришлось переносить все свои вещи.
Старые номера, требующие ремонта. Фен нужно каждый раз просить на ресепшене. Напор воды в душе очень слабый(практически отсутствует). Меня возмутило, что каждый раз при уходе нужно оставлять ключ на ресепшене, и при этом хозяин (насколько я понимаю) всегда требует знать точное время вашего возвращения. Мы с подругами ушли гулять и сказали, что вернёмся в час ночи. Нам предъявили претензию, что мы вернулись позже, хотя мы были на месте уже в 00:55. Следующим вечером он был удивлён и, как мне показалось, недоволен тем, что молодые девушки идут гулять по Парижу в 22:30. Мы не в детском саду и не должны отчитываться о каждом своём передвижении, тем более что в описании на Booking указано, что стойка регистрации работает круглосуточно. Если поздние прогулки гостей доставляют вам неудобства, то, возможно, стоит задуматься о магнитных картах и двери с кодом при входе в здание.

It doesn’t have air con or fridge so it’s hard to keep cool and store drinks for a hot day.

The temperature rose to over 100°. This hotel generously canceled our last three nights so that we could find an air-conditioned room somewhere. That was outstanding service! Definitely this hotel would be great as long as it’s not 100° out.

Le seul reproche que j'ai eu c'est la chaleur dans la chambre, j'y étais en pleine canicule. Alors oui, il n'y a pas la climatisation, comme dans beaucoup de restaurants parisiens. Un ventilateur étant mis à disposition et en laissant la fenêtre ouverte la nuit grâce au calme de la ruelle, celà permettait de dormir normalement.

La pica del lavabo es muy estrecha y la repisa muy larga con lo que tiras el agua por el suelo al lavarte los dientes por mucho que vigiles. El resto correcto. La ubicación está bien por estar cerca de una parada de metro que es la línea que va a la Torre Eiffel

Entiendo que no haya aire acondicionado, pero el ventilador que tienen realmente no mueve el aire, es de muy baja potencia.

Trzeba zostawiać klucze do pokoju w recepcji, ale nam nie przeszkadzało to. Wręcz przeciwnie! W Paryżu bywa różnie z bezpieczeństwem, dlatego klucze w recepcji to bardzo dobry pomysł. Przepraszamy Pana z recepcji za tak wczesną pobudkę!

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026I had done quite a lot of research before choosing this hotel, so I knew it’s limits in terms of standard. It was a very simple room, but nice. I was positively surprised by the french balcony! It was very clean indeed, and that was one of the main reasons i chose this hotel. The bathroom was not very modern, but also this very well cleaned and felt fresh. The biggest issue is the lack of AC, but also probably why the price was so affordable. We didn’t have the breakfast but went to a nearby bakery instead. Connections with the metro to the rest of the city were great. I am very happy with our stay and it met our expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who want to have hotel standard on a small budget.
The lack of air condition is my only issue, but I knew this when I booked the room.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil par le personnel de l'hôtel. Nous avons pu laissé nos bagage en arrivant et en partant de l'hôtel, cela a été pratique pour nous. Le déjeuné était bon. Le ventilateur est efficace (nous y étions pendant le 20 juin lors de très fortes chaleurs). A deux pas du métro et de 2 grandes enseignes de fast food.
Si l'hôtel voulait faire des améliorations je dirais que des mitigeurs dans la salle de bain serait les bienvenues...mais c'est un détail.

Pas d'ascenseur ! pour moi qui souffre des genoux ça a été difficile Par ailleurs la chambre ne dispose d'aucun frigidaire pour y mettre une boisson fraîche : pendant la canicule c'est un vrai problème d'autant que le minuscule ventilateur a été peu efficace !

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très désagréable en période de canicule. Il faisait meilleur dehors malgré le ventilateur.
