1/ La salle de bain présentait une odeur de moisissure et de renfermer, 2/ les échanges avec l’hôte ont été cordiales aussi suite à l’une de mes demandes pour conserver nos bagages à la fin du séjour à été négative ce qui peut être compréhensible, aussi il aurait été apprécié que l’hôte nous propose d’autres solutions autour de la location payante ou non.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026家族5人で泊まれるとこ、駐車場が近くにある、ワンフロアで全て完結できること！初めてのアパートタイプのホテルの利用でしたが、とてもキレイでスタッフもすぐに質問に答えてくれたりと安心して泊まることができました。家のような感覚で家電も使えるのでとにかく洗濯がわざわざランドリーに行かなくてすむのが楽で良かったです。また利用したいと思えるところでした！！ありがとうございました！

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026A hospedagem foi excelente! O local é muito bem localizado, bem perto da estação, o que facilita bastante para se locomover. O ambiente é organizado, limpo e muito confortável. Tudo estava bem cuidado e funcionando perfeitamente. O atendimento também foi muito bom e a estadia foi muito agradável. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui e recomendo!

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Бронировали апартаменты для семьи из 4 человек (2 родителя и 2 ребенка)! Была застелена только одна кровать, у второго ребенка не было одеяла! Для взрослых не было подготовленно вообще спальное место! В апартаментах было очень грязно (пыль за стиральной машинкой вообще не протиралась)! При нашем обращении попросили доплатить за размещение, не понятно почему! Но и при этом, нам пришлось самим себе стелить постельные места! А ребенок остался без одеяла!

嬰兒床沒有很穩， 小朋友站起來邊邊會容易歪掉。

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026The rooms were well-equipped. It had a lot of towels prepared for a week stay and the kitchen utensils were complete. Numerous hangers were provided so doing laundry and drying clothes were easy. There were also umbrellas you could borrow, which were lifesavers especially during the rainy season. A mop and a vacuum were also provided in case you made a mess. Checking-in and out was easy, and the instructions provided by the host was short and clear. The location is great, it's directly in front of the station, and on the other side, there's a supermarket.
The hallway entrance was narrow, so removing and wearing shoes is a bit of a struggle. There's also no full-size dining table which made it a bit awkward eating dinner with more than 2 people.

Reviewed May 27, 2026It was across from the train station and very accessible. It was a breeze to check in. The views were beautiful from the room. There were large windows all around the living room with a nice view of the city. There was a family mart across the street and a cafe shop right next to the building.
The shower was difficult to navigate. I had to shower in cold water. There is a pad in the living room that you have to try to figure out to heat up the water half hour before you shower.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Die Unterkunft, als auch der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber waren super! Unkompliziert und schnelles Antworten. Die Wohnung war sauber und auch die Ausstattung war einwandfrei. Die Lage ist super, direkt an einer Bahnstation gelegen! Wir hatten rundum einen super Aufenthalt! :)
Mülltrennung war ein wenig schwer, da nur ein großer Mülleimer zur Verfügung stand

特にありませんが入口が目立たないくらいテナントの端っこでうっかり見逃しちゃったことくらいです。

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026地點非常的方便，就在今宮站旁，出站過個小馬路就到了，房間也算大，多了一個和室，剛好拿來放戰利品，房東服務非常好，有問題馬上幫忙解決，回訊息非常的快. 一層一戶，所以左右不會打擾到. 旁邊有大創,超市，超商，走10分鐘有LIFE，AEON,等超市，算很方便 性價比非常的高，下次來大阪,還是會選擇這間！！
一些細部清潔，譬如電梯裏面很髒(牆面,地面） 吸塵器很久沒有清了，所以我不敢用

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026The location is very quiet but is a 2-minute walk across the road from the nearest train station, which is one stop away from Namba, a major train hub. It’s also easy to catch the airport train from here. Other than that, it was a very nice spot, especially when we opened the windows.
My friend reported that the bed in the single bedroom wasn’t particularly comfortable. When we arrived we had lunch at the cafe downstairs but it wasn't always open. We walked around the block and didn't find any nearby restaurants, which was a bit of a let-down.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026The place is super clean, cross street of Imamiya station. The Neighbourhood is super quiet but convenient to go anywhere. The Location is perfect. Room size is definitely good for 4 adults. Suitcase can be opened with space.
It might be noisy with train passing by. It didn’t bother me since 3 of us got fever and deep sleep whole days. 😂

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026房屋離JR今宮站很近，隨離地鐵很近但火車聲幾乎聽不到。房子兩房一廳一衛空間相較其他住宿大很多，主衛三個行李箱可以全開，洗衣服還可以烘乾非常方便。 下次來訪會再次入住。

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Located right opposite the subway station, this hotel offers fantastic, convenient transport links. Most major Osaka attractions are within a 30-minute walk. A Lawson convenience store is just 2 minutes away, the beds are comfortable, and check-in is hassle-free. Highly recommended for people who want to visit Osaka.
The only downside is that there aren't many utensils or kitchenware, which makes it a bit inconvenient to enjoy meals after buying food back to the hotel.

Wij hadden bovenburen die van 23.00u tot 7.00u keihard muziek draaide en meubels verplaatste leek het wel. Hierdoor sliep ons kind niet. De bedden zijn heel groot, maar keihard. Onder 1 bed lag ook nog pakje sigaretten.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026The apartment was clean and spacious in comparison to other accommodations we have had in Japan. It's right next to the station and a Lawson which is a huge plus. The owner / staff were helpful and welcoming.
The apartment had a very faint smoke smell which you get used to after some time. It is only noticable if you walk in from the outside. Unfortunately, the toilet smelled much stronger but it was bearable as we only spent very short amounts of time there. It was not a big issue but might bother somebody with a sensitive nose.

The beds were very comfortable, and having a washing machine in the room made a huge difference during my stay. The space overall is very roomy, and the kitchen is well-equipped for everyday small meals, which was really convenient.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the place was quite disappointing. The cutlery and plates were dirty, there was hair in the bathtub, and the bed sheet was torn. This definitely made the stay less enjoyable. If it weren’t for these issues, I would have given it a perfect 10.
