Qcub3 Homestay

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Der Gastgeber war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit da wir für die zweite Nacht eine weitere Decke benötigt haben.

Das Badezimmer war leider sehr schmutzig, der Geruch war sehr unangenehm. Die Matratzen waren extrem hart und man hört leider die ganze Nachbarschaft. Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen.

Great location for me. Off the beaten track in a little local market street. Great price. Felt safe and secure. The staff were at the end of wattsapp and replied quickly.

Čistota nebyla 100%. Pokoj superior neodpovídal fotografiím. Koupelna je pres schodiště a netekla tepla voda. Klimatizace nesla dobře redukovat.

One of our best accommodations yet for facilities. Bed was big and comfortable, had a fridge in our room. Private bathroom and use of the facilities/kitchen was really great. Phong was a great host, he let us in early and made sure we had everything we needed. If ever back in HCM again we will definitely return

The accommodation was super clean and airy. The bathroom was clean and had everything you needed. The host was 5 stars, always attentive and always available. I highly recommend it. You can wash and dry clothes in the accommodation's machines completely free of charge. This accommodation is super complete and has a kitchen available with everything you need. We really loved it.

Everything was great ! Very comfortable and quiet, clean, with everything we needed (and more!).the laundry and water available are definitely appreciated. The host was super kind and happy to give us some recommendations when we asked. We totally recommend this place! We actually wanted to come back but unfortunately it was fully booked.

We don't even think of anything that needs to be worked on.

This is my second time to stay at Qcub3 and I always enjoy. The homestay is clean and well-organized, with basic furniture. Phong was friendly and kind, very responsive. I will come back again!

We had a good stay at Qcub3. All was fine.

No major complaints.

Location was excellent, mattress was comfortable.

The host was friendly, but unfortunately our stay had several issues. The room was very small and didn’t match the photos or description. The descriptions and the photos are all very misleading. There were cleanliness concerns, including dust on fixtures and a general layer of dirt on the everything on the balcony. There is some furniture that is broken along with the string and lights. The bed was quite squeaky and if you have someone sleeping on the upper bunk sleep will be difficult if they move at all during the night. We experienced a safety concern with a sparking bedside lamp cord. The bathroom is private but not en suite so you will see other guests traveling to their respective bathrooms from time to time. We also had a problem with the booking, after confirming three nights, we were later told we couldn’t stay the final night and had to find other accommodation. During our stay, the host was away and not available to help with issues like a broken air conditioner remote which was in a horrible state of disrepair, which if we had not sorted out ourselves would have been left with no AC. Sounds small but it was 96 degrees. We did end up finding a very lovely spot for that Friday. It was the same price and a night and day difference in accommodation.

Idéal pour être en totale immersion dans un quartier typique. Au fin fond d'une minuscule ruelle, au calme. Tout prêt de toutes sortes de petits commerçants et non loin d'une grande avenue. La chambre est spacieuse, la salle de bain privative sur le pallier. Le propriétaire est aimable. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Gebucht über booking.com incl. Bestätigung. Da schrieb mir der Typ von Der Rezeption mir ein Tag vorher per WhatsApp warum ich nicht an s Handy gehe. (Wie soll Man wenn man im Flugzeug sitzt). Echt Frechheit. Somit hat er daß Zimmer anderes vermietet und wenn es kurzfristig frei wäre meldet er sich. Daß geht nicht, Frechheit, somit stand ich vor Nichts und mußte mich um Einer neuen Unterkunft bemühen. Finger weg vor dieser Unterkunft. Man Bucht sie und steht dann vor nicht s . Zum Glück könnte ich gerade kostenlos stornieren.

È presente una lavatrice e un’asciugatrice, che per noi è stato un pro che ci ha fatto scegliere questo posto. L’host ci ha anche dato una mano con i vestiti quando eravamo in città!

District one location, not the best, but the best of my staying fir sure. The homestay is the worst I ha e ever stayed in terms of structure and facilities. No space. You can just stand in your room, and that's it. I was on the top floor, a long way up, a tiny tiny room and unfortunately the electricity went off at 3am but nobody was around to help, so no sleep as it must have been 40 degrees in the room. It was fixed in the morning, though. To be honest, I travel very often and never left a review but this is the worst ever value homestay ever came across. This pkace isn't definitely worth 360k per night.I hope you'll have a better experience than mine. Good luck.

Stay here for the second time but different house. Location is easy to get around Ho Chi Minh City downtown. Clean and specious room. The owner is nice and willing to assist you all the time which is why I chose the property again. Bathroom and bedroom is seperate which is good for me cause I don’t prefer bathroom smell. house staying instruction is clear and easy to follow. I and my sister had good time here.

Noise from the neighbor might be a problem but the other house of them was more quite.

Ich bin für 3 Nächte geblieben. Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das eigene Bad ist nicht direkt am Zimmer aber auf dem Flur, jedes Zimmer ist auf einem eigenen Stockwerk und jeder hat sein eigenes Bad. Anfangs etwas schwer zu finden aber ich habe es sehr genossen, das „echte Leben“ in einem typisch vietnamesischen Haus und Viertel zu erleben. Schöne große Dachterrasse mit kostenloser Waschmaschine und Trockner. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder wählen. Das Preis-Leitungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich super und der Inhaber auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wer Luxus sucht ist hier falsch. Mich haben die einfachen Verhältnisse nicht gestört.

- The host was communicative, accommodating, and readily available. - The room was neat, well-put and has all the necessities. - The bed was spacious and clean. The mattresses and pillows were all easy to sleep on. - The bathroom is private and equipped, but detached from the bedroom itself (a bit of walking across the room). I actually preferred it like so. It's also better this way because of the size of the house (small). - The location is great because it's very central and convenient. Another plus for anyone who wants to explore the local life because it's steps away from a traditional market with plenty of local food available. - At this price point, I think, it's a really good deal.

The one thing I didn't like: Could not sleep well... I'm noise-sensitive. I purposely chose this because it stayed away from all the hectic city night activities. But it was the indoor noises that affected me. The aircon was very loud. Our room was with a double-bunk bed. The upper bunk squeaked whenever the upper sleeper moved, which didn't help at all. Notes to others only, because I didn't mind these: - My bathroom experience was similar to some here: It was old and smelt of mould. The ventilation fan was broken, so that didn't help. Nevertheless, it's very much useable. - It's located in a small alley, even though close to the main street, it takes some navigation. - Because it's near a traditional market, it can be a bit busy. The walking path can be muddy, unorganised and rough (for rolling suitcases). - If you bring big suitcases, keep in mind that you'll have to drag them up the pretty narrow stairway. Nevertheless, I would still consider booking again if I were to return to HCMC. Maybe, by then, the AC's noise and squeaky double bunk bed will have been fixed.

The apartment is nothing like as nice as the photos show, some of the walls are not even the same colour as in the photos. The room was dingy, flimsy curtains that didn't block any light, the sheets had holes in them, the bathroom is not really private as you have to go across a public landing/stairwell to get to it, the bathroom smells of damp and the roof is full of mould and damp and there were cockroaches in it. The kitchen is small, at the end of a hallway with no window, no microwave, very few cooking utensils and has a toilet right next to it. The nice looking living room in the photos is more like a garage and has a scooter parked in it, its not a nice area to sit in. You can also hear absolutely everything from the neighbours and the alley way below all the time day and night. Locals making noise at 5am when they all get up. The apartment is difficult to find, not well marked (the sign in the photos by the front door was not there) also its a good 2-3 minutes walk through the alleyways to the main road and if you book a Car with Grab it only goes to the main road, so if its raining you still get soaked. We have stayed in worse places so we put up with it, but we were happy to leave and the owner asked me to give him a 10/10 rating - he was a nice person but I would not recommend staying here.

La chambre était propre et très confortable avec un lit douillet, le personnel toujours disponible et au petit soin pour nous conseiller (lieu d’achat de carte SIM, visites…)

Host was very prompt and attentive. Access to a clean and equiped kitchen. Room was cozy. I was in Room 4 which felt nice and private and is right by the balcony. The bed was super comfortable which was a nice treat compared to my thin & hard mattress at home! ;) WiFi was decent for working, including my conference calls.

Very beautiful room, clean and comfortable. It had a very small balcony where you can smoke and a terrace with great view!!! The location was convenient and it was located in a very authentic alley of the city centre! I absolutely recommend it!!!

We were on the top floor and dragging a suitcase up and down the stairs was a struggle as no lift. Needs a shelf in the shower.

Access to free water at all times, and ability to use washer and dryer.... for free! We were on the top floor room, so very quiet. Actually, it was a very quiet place, down an alley, and close to everything by either foot, motorbike or taxi, that we wanted to see and do.

Our booking was for 2 beds, but this wasn't available. We managed but it was the first time our booking indicated something that was obviously not available!

I really liked the hotel. My son loved the two-tier bunk bed. The hotel is in a good location - everything you need is nearby, but it is hidden from prying eyes. It is also very quiet and calm inside. The room is spacious, very clean. The Internet works great. The air conditioner and the washing machine are working good too. The roof has a nice view of the city. Our room was on a high floor, you need to climb the stairs. For me it was not a problem, but it is worth keeping in mind for those who find it difficult to climb stairs. There is a shared kitchen with the minimum necessary utensils. Each room has its own private toilet and shower - very convenient. The owner is very polite and helpful. I would definitely come here again!

The room is really small

Room was a good size.

Bathroom was across the corridor.

Phon was awesome and he managed everything really well. We could leave our luggage after check out over there and check in earlier. The room and bathroom were clean and the shared kitchen was alright. Good location and we liked the fresh fruits, sold by the locals, just outside of the home stay. Thanks for everything Phon!

The upper bed needed a little bit of WD40, but not a big deal.
