The property is centrally located near the major attractions and means of transportation, all malls are in the surroundings, and all services are available. The host was very responsive and attended immediately when needed.

No major issues, the internet was interrupted on some days, but eventually fixed.

They doesn’t clean the room when stay. Also doesn’t provide any tissues & graves bag. Only one key for apartment.

My family loves it. Location just 5-10 minutes walking to Legoland. You can see the view of Legoland from your room. Near Medini Mall if you want to eat mamak or other restaurants.

I had a great saty with my family. The host was amazing and very accommodating. He kindly gave us extra time for check-out, which we really appreciated. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as I expected. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

There are only two lifts serving the entire 26-floor building, so they can get quite busy at times. Additionally, the metro train runs nearby, which was noisy and made the overall experience a little less comfortable.

An okay stay overall, but definitely not worth the money spent. The unit is in desperate need of a refresh—the furniture is outdated, and the bed linens were very old and uncomfortable. The bathroom accessories and toiletries provided were also quite substandard. Unless they upgrade the furnishings and basic amenities, it's hard to justify the current rates.

Unterkunft war dreckig, abgenutzt, laut und heruntergekommen. Der Pool war eiskalt! Schimmel in der Dusche …aus der Toilette floss Wasser auf den Boden. Es stank nach Insektenvernichtungsmittel!

Just the bed/mattress, it was a springs inside & was uncomfortable & painful to sleep on. Other than this, everything was ok.

What did you like? > The location is quite convenient, and the apartment is spacious with a nice layout. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and the unit has good potential. However, the overall experience was affected by several issues that should be improved. What didn't you like? > Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The cleanliness of the apartment was far below expectations. The sofa was extremely dirty with visible stains, and the entire unit was covered in dust, making it feel as though it had not been cleaned before our arrival. There was also a strong unpleasant smell throughout the apartment, which made the stay uncomfortable from the moment we entered. Another major issue was the large number of mosquitoes inside the unit. We had to deal with mosquito bites throughout our stay, which made it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. In addition, the apartment was very noisy because the windows had been left open. We only realized the next morning that they had not been properly closed, so we were disturbed by traffic and outside noise early in the morning. The check-in process was also frustrating. We had to wait a long time because the staff arrived very late to hand over the keys. After a long journey, this delay was very inconvenient and unprofessional. On top of that, we were surprised to have to pay an additional RM10 for parking, which should have been made clearer in advance. Overall, this property did not meet the standard we expected. Better housekeeping, proper pest control, improved maintenance, and more punctual customer service are needed. I hope the management takes these comments seriously and improves the cleanliness and service so future guests can have a much better experience. I would not choose to stay here again unless these issues are resolved.

Is about the stuffs were we used is not clean and found dirty inside wash machine cover, the second room bed is not comfortable, seems like has not changed the bedsheet,has white patches on top of blanket, and felt itchy.Found many small cockroaches at the kitchen table please consider this thank you

We originally booked 10 nights but we couldn’t bear it more than 3. Cockroaches everywhere. When we complained they just send us spray which is doing nothing except exciting bugs to leave their cracks and keep running within the unit. Staff approach was unprofessional, after two nights they shifted us to a better apartment which was found to be even worse. When we couldn’t stand it anymore and terminated our stay, they increased the nightly rate. Unfortunately, even Booking was not able to protect us from them.

Silent location around the property so it was very peaceful with view of merdeka tower. The view was beautiful.

I don't have any dislikes about the property. However, I booked a two-bedroom apartment, and the second bedroom was slightly congested. Overall, the property is well-maintained.
