The electronic door is difficult to use. Not sensitive and hard to press the passcode.

Location was perfect, got McDonald right in front of the apartment. Convenient store was just within 2 mins walking distance.

The apartment is old needs some renovation.

The room I was given had a leaking AC and a cockroach infestation, which could not be immediately fixed so was not suitable for the money I paid.

Aiza was very helpful. The room is huge and has all amenities you can think of. Location is perfect and security of the bldg is ok. Highly recommended

Had a wonderful stay but was hoping the communication was bit quicker -rather smooth and efficient. I would love to stay here again. Other than that, 10/10 would recommend.

Overall the check in process was great. Keep in mind this is a suite so the manager emails you the details on how to get in which is very clear and easy. Location is awesome nesr plenty of restaurants, shopping airport and MOA.

It was a wonderful stay! Host Aiza was so kind and answered all my questions and helped us throughout our stay. Location was great even though there was some construction going on.

I didn't saw the host in person but s he's really helpful and nice in WhatsApp she also upgraded our room to a loft room which give us more space , the room was beautiful , huge space, and perfect location.

We had to wait at the lobby because our booking was not communicated to the concierge. We paid more than what we booked for. Bathroom needs scrubbing as the grouts are moldy. Also, flooding behind toilet from a leak under the sink. Odour coming from cupboard under the kitchen sink.

Everything was basically fantastic! Free coffee, water and toiletries which most staycation units I've booked doesn't provide.

TV has only shopping network in it. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Location was excellent. Close to everything in walking distance. The host was helpful and willing to assist with any questions we had. It was also nice to have washer and dryer in unit to do our laundry since we had already been traveling and were headed out to do more traveling after our stay.

The Air Con seemed to be struggling to put out the best cold air. It was an older Air Con unit and I noticed that it had been taped already on the oscillating fan arm. Not a deal breaker since it still was comfortable in the room with the temperature.

It was private and quiet. Right at tourist area. Food options. Across for McDonald's if you don't want to walk a few minutes

I was surprised how much the rentor reached out to provide me information about my room and make sure I was good to go. Infact, I had forgot some of my belongings in the room and the rentor immediately reached out and assisted me to secure what I had left behind. I was very fortunate to have dealt with an honest and considerate host. I would rather deal with this type of host than take more luxuries from a host with less integrity. I would definitely be happy to stay here again.

No dislikes to mention. I only wish my stay was longer than 1 night.

Really easy check in, even though we arrived to Manila in the evening. Just had to text the provided number and pick up the access key from the security desk. Room is a great size for 2 and everything is in good condition, including the bed and AC. And of course the biggest draw is the walkability in BGC which is my favorite place in Manila. For all these perks, I found the price to be extremely reasonable, and I look forward to coming back.

It’s my husband who stayed at this property. He loved the place since it’s very convenient to everything. The place is clean. Easy to communicate with the management.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite for 4 adults - this room DOES NOT sleep 4 adults, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed that is it. We asked for a bed for the 4th guest and we were brought a small futon to go on the floor you would give to a child at a sleepover! Hotels.com advertising daily house keeping, housekeeping didn't come once even to empty the bins The room was a little more tired than expected but on a positive is in a great location in BGC

Very convenient location. 2 steps from BGC high street. We liked friendly stuff, fast check in, digital lock in apartment. Also it’s very cozy inside. Everything you need there is - like kitchen stuff for cooking, microwave, a fridge. Apartment is clean. No insects (it’s important in Manila!😁) If you like McDonald’s it’s just in front of the place.

Great location, close to restaurants. The laundry facilities are also useful as you will need to change your clothes more frequently in a hot country. Very spacious stay with plenty of room for wardrobe. The kitchen facilities were great too.

The air-conditioning location is not ideal as it hits you directly while on the bed. I also had to ask for help via Whatsapp as the support is not the same as a hotel. The room cleaning was scheduled for every 4 days but kept being "forgotten" so our room was only cleaned twice within a 14 day stay. Each time the room was cleaned there was something that was forgotten, e.g. hand towels, no refill of toilet paper. I also noticed that the property required a bit of maintenance as I found some mould in the room, and the curtains would not shut completely.

There were several disappointing aspects to this property. First of all, the unit was only partially cleaned, with some areas in the kitchen having a smell. There were not enough towels, no laundry detergent for the washer that was there and problems with water draining out of the shower into the bathroom floor. The worse part of the entire experience and stay was communication with the property manager. Michelle was very slow at responding back, she only communicated Tagalog despite me not understanding and replying in English, and she did not communicate with us about the parking stalls. In the end, we paid more for the parking stall than what was listed on booking.com. To me this is false advertising in which she blamed it on the website. Simply unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here.

This is one of the best places to stay for its location. The host, Aiza, was easy to reach as she responds promptly to messages.

Water heater needs looking after.

Location is ideal for my purpose. The host is easy to contact and is very responsive. The room is huge and has complete amenities - equipped kitchenette, washer and dryer, toiletries in the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and the place is very clean.

Location, location, location! One of the best spots in BGC, a short stroll from an abundance of restaurants, bars and cafes. Rooms are large and spacious and generally well equipped and good communicators. Excellent value for size and location. As this isn't a hotel prior communication with the managers is critical to ensure a smooth check-in.

Some of the decor was a little dated.

Cooker uses a 10 amp plug feed. Common in Manila. Wire up a 30 amp fuse and it will work properly.

there is a cockroach running in the fridge. towels are too old . My towels that I used for cleaning are clean and new . Terrible if I didn’t request to clean they will not clean. Condo is filthy. with my standard I will not recommend to anyone had I know I could stayed in the hotel. After I check out from condo stayed in the hotel close to the airport it was clean and had breakfast . I will never rent a condo when I come back.
