Magnificent, clean, fresh and conveniently located next to Hagley park. Easy entry and great value for money. The bed was exceptional

The parking can be tricky

Very clean and well equipped. Super close to Hagley Park and bus routes. Easy walk to the city centre. The outside space was lovely on the warm days

We had every thing we needed. Location was perfect. Host was helpful. Direct given to access the place were clear. Place was clean and peaceful at night.

Would have liked to have natural ventilation.

It was so comfortable, warm, clean and well located. Would 100% stay again. So much natural light. Had everything we needed.

Great place for a couple, handy for Hagley Park and the city centre only 25 minutes away. Supermarket and services stations close by. Had everything we need for a 16 night stay. Couch converted to a bed as well.

Maybe could do with a couple more glasses, only 2 there so the wee dishwasher was going on every day. Not really an issue though.

Location great for our purposes - parking tricky as I was on crutches/wheelchair - but if able bodied I would have been fine

Mats on floor very annoying - terrible trip hazard - couch very uncomfortable - front door extremely heavy - ventilation terribly stuffy in bedroom - neighbours cat payed a few visits so could not leave doors open - no salad bowls - these are not complaints just observations for improvement

Would have liked basic breakfast supplies as I arrived late afternoon so had to walk to nearest (not that near) supermarket for milk etc. Or maybe at least say on website they are not supplied, especially milk

I had a fantastic 13-day stay at Trish’s accommodation, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! Trish was an exceptional host, incredibly accommodating, and went above and beyond to meet our requests. She even had the room ready before our check-in time, which made our arrival seamless and stress-free. The location is absolutely perfect—right next to Hagley Park, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and dining. The proximity to the park was a highlight, offering a beautiful and convenient spot for walks or relaxation. The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean, and well-suited to our needs. Thank you, Trish, for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable! I’d definitely stay here again.

It was close to Hagley Park. Walking distance to hospital which was why I was there. The apt was lovely and welcoming. Spacious. Clean. Had all comforts of home. So grateful that the heat pump was turned on so it was warm when I arrived that night. Trish the owner was wonderful! Responsive and sent me all the details for the apt etc. I want to personally say thank you for helping me to change the dates of my stay. Had family having surgery and could not stay with them but their accommodation was directly across the road so it worked out really well. A++ to Trish and the apartment stay.

The heater in the bedroom could have been better

It had everything we needed and wanted. It was very clean & we loved the location.

Parking was a little difficult at times & we needed to park a short walk away.

It was,a great location walking distance frim station.

It was a spacious apartment with a nice garden. Had everything you would need and was a 20 minute walk to the cafe in Hagley park and about the same into town centre

Parking is a problem during the day. If you go out in the morning you won’t get parked close by before 3/4pm. There’s a college round the corner, a hospital nearby and people park there for these places and those who work in town also park around there

The apartment is very well-kept, has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, the pressure of the shower is good, and it was easy to check-in with the code. The bus stop is just a few minutes away. If I will move to CHCH, I will definitely consider renting this apartment out because it looks good and is situated in a convenient location.

The bathroom doesn't have a window which isn't really a big deal. I didn't have a look at the closet on the first few nights I am checked in, it was quite warm inside the bedroom during my stay and it was already late when I found the fan.

Trish was very responsive and friendly, she provided excellent instructions/images of the apartment 👏 we enjoyed having free wifi 😀 the accommodation, which was excellent and warm and cosy and a lovely comfortable bed, apartment is located close to CBD and lovely Hagley Park. Thank you again, Trish. we definitely enjoyed 😉 😊 our stay, and we are looking forward to staying at another property of yours, Stellar Apartments.

No Sky Sports channel, but we survived 👍 No intercom (would be good for Ubereats service)

I loved how close to the city centre the stay was. Very convenient.

Parking was a bit of a challenge during the day but after 3pm was easier to get one.

The distance from the cbd was great
