A fabulous room in a great location. So clean and well equipped. Everything in nice condition.
Superb suite of rooms in a heritage building. Nothing to fault it.
I booked it for wedding guests to stay and didn't stay myself. All the feedback was excellent
Booked for a concert in the castle and location was fabulous. Room was very charming with lots of interesting features. Very comfortable bed had everything we needed. Bathroom was huge!
Everything was fabulous
No breakfast was offered
The attitude of the young lady who checked us in. Very much take it or leave it attitude. There was only one set of towels in the beautiful bathroom.
Excellent place, convenient and a very comfortable stay right in the middle of town. Highly recommend for a visit to experience the charm of Ludlow
Beautiful room, very comfortable bed. Very welcoming staff, the information provided before arrival, recommending where to eat was much appreciated. Excellent location.
Everything was perfect!
Grateful to the deli holding my bag ahead of our very late check in time, and for allowing us in 20 minutes early.
At £220 a night I wasn’t expecting the Langham, but did expect a clean room. Bullet pointed for brevity: - Our bathroom hadn’t been cleaned which is pretty unforgivable, they sent someone from the deli to - I quote - “wipe it down” - gross. Didn’t want to use the shower/bath after that, so was actually relieved for the 8.30am check out time so silver linings! - Check in at 3pm, check out at 8.30am (lol). - The window dressings are inadequate for a child to sleep there - my LO woke up at 6am which is unheard of for her, but convenient for our 8.30am check out in fairness. There’s no Velux bar so I used my iPhone to reach up and shut the blind on the one that did have a blind (but we had to sleep with it ajar as there’s no way of closing it) but the other one allowed light in. The curtains were paper thin and also let light through. - Really tatty bathroom curtains which actually made me laugh because I don’t even think a dog could have done that damage? How did it happen? - Didn’t like having to access the property down an alley behind a now disused Holland & Barrett. Not the end of the world as we purposefully came home early to avoid having to do it in the dark, but in the morning there was a topless man lingering out there so not ideal. - Less significant hence being my final bullet but a really naff tv - we obviously don’t go on holiday to watch tv but it can be handy to have an episode of something on for LO whilst I shower so I can get ten minutes peace after a busy day exploring, that was a no go. I just think it speaks to things being done super frugally/meanly which is just a shame. The whole thing is such a shame as the deli is gorgeous and the owner is so glamorous and lovely, I cannot understand the alignment between these two businesses. They could really lean into the luxe / foodie angle and make it a fantastic place to stay and enjoy but instead I was itching to get home and have a bath!
Lovely looking well equipped property
The location is great
In the centre of Ludlow, very convenient. Unfortunately our business made us late to arrive & early to leave so not enough time to really appreciate the town, so will look forward to coming back at another point to visit properly
A truly brilliant place to stay for some days. Just in the city centre - within a stone throw to all sights. Exceptionally helpful 2 ladies, who were cleaning the room. Add to this a great historic feel in the room!
Nothing
Beautiful, spacious room and bathroom.
Nothing
Character building, central location
Would have preferred front facing room
Great location, beautiful period property. Hosts were very friendly.

Location, bathroom
Parking, Room a bit dark
Perfect location
Very high four poster bed
We knew ahead of time there was no food or parking so that was not a negative. The nearest car park is just a quick few blocks away. Love the location of the town house.
The actual room placement. We were right next to the gate that was super noisy. Our windows faced the inside corridor and didn't have any wind to help cool the room down. Room was too small to have anything but a basic desk, nightstand and the bed. This room is better left for storage or for staff who needs to stay overnight than it is to be rented out. If you are going to recommend restaurants, maybe having a map of their actual location would help. We went to the Green Cafe and had we known about the hill, we would not have gone.
From check in at the neighbouring deli, to being shown to our room and our overnight stay, everything was fabulous. The lady that showed us our room was really friendly and helpful and the room itself was beautiful with a huge comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom, we couldn't find fault with anything.
There was nothing to dislike.
I was disappointed for the price there was no breakfast included and as the accommodation owned by a restaurant I was under impressed that they couldn’t supply a meal for a breakfast
The approach to the accommodation was quite unclean it could do with a good clean, it was very scruffy.
We upgraded to the top floor, and this room was so much better. Very memorable stay.
Everything was fine.
Lovely room. The staff at the cafe who look after the bookings were so helpful and kind.
Location! Lovely place
Nothing
Lovely room, great location Not having breakfast included was no issue at all, we had a fabulous breakfast at greens one of the reccommended options in the guest info in room
Proper fridge with ice. Kettle.good bathroom. TV well located at end of bed. Great location.
Bit small. But ok for 1 night if going out all the time.
Good location. Very clean room
All good
Beautiful historic building. Comfortable, clean, great coffee. Perfect location on Broad Street. In the middle of the most beautiful town.
The low beam - but that's a tiny gripe!
Beautiful
Our room was very comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. And it was so central.
The sound of the church bells :-)
That I had to leave
It was central…the room was lovely…spacious…lovely bathroom..exceptional comfy bed.
Noisy which is understandable
Really lovely room, very central and quiet. Comfortable bed and great bathroom and shower. Well provided for with toiletries coffee tea and milk.

Perfect place. super comfortable. i love Ludlow

This place was amazing! Great location. Stayed on the suite which was gorgeous!
Excellent location although photo is misleading.
Parking no very convenient.
Gorgeous luxury room that incorporates the period beams seamlessly, an amazing 4-post bed, and right on the high street but quiet, close to all the sights and shops/restaurants
The accommodation was furnished with impeccable taste. It was secure, tranquil, and tucked away in the centre of Ludlow. It was excellent and I would heartily recommend it to discerning travellers who appreciate tastefully furnished, high-quality accommodation.
I liked everything.
Great location and beautifully furnished.
Having to pick key up at deli.
Beautiful room and a convenient location.
Room and location was beautiful, comfortable and very clean and tidy
Amazing location. In the centre. Only 5 minute walk to Ludlow castle.
Location Comfortable beds Spotlessly clean
Air conditioning would be a treat !
Charming building right in historical centre. Five minutes walk from the market and castle. Beauty's walk down to the picturesque riverside. Some lovely pubs dotted around.
Not much choice for eating out for vegans, though the lounge chain is convenient.
Superbly appointed suite
Maybe a breakfast basket supplement for this high end apartment?
Clean, comfortable and nice location. Staff showed us to our room and explained everything
We were happy with everything
Beautiful accommodations, clean, spacious and central in Ludlow. Very flexible and resists. We are greatly appreciative for everything! Highly, highly recommend this inn!
Great location and quiet.
Excellent location right in the heart of Ludlow; beautiful room which was spacious, airy, and luxurious (we had the most expensive room); lovely street view, excellent facilities, massive four poster bed, original renovated beams which told a real story about the property.
The room would have benefitted from a good well lit make up mirror and a close plug socket to a mirror for hairdryer use.
Beautiful apartment with very comfortable bed. Location superb
Bathroom slightly dated
Wonderful quirky large room on the prettiest street in town. Spacious and quiet, would definitely stay again. Woke up Sunday at 9 to a concert band set up across the street playing marches! Bizarre but lovely. Late check in was painless. Parking was a few blocks away.
Nothing.
Very comfortable. Great location.
Access for dropping off and picking up of luggage was challenging
Layout, attention to detail, location, very helpful owners - would stay again
Appreciate it;s not possible but a lift would be nice :)
The location and standard of the property was excellent Staff were friendly and very helpful
The room was very luxurious, with very good facilities in a perfect location to explore Ludlow in the short time I was there. Given the space I had for the price, it was very good value for money.
It was all good.
Very comfortable large room
No parking on site, so it is difficult to find street parking
Central and a very good sized room , clean and comfy
Everything was great
Lovely building and nicely decorated large rooms with comfortable beds. Very clean. They were able to facilitate a later check in and early check out, which we needed. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the village. By virtue of our arrival and departure times we never met the staff face to face, but they were friendly and helpful on the phone.
We had to use public carparking, which was free for us as we arrived after 18:00 and left before 08:00. It was pretty warm too, but it was the hottest June day ever, so short of having aircon there is not much could have been done
Room was well appointed and situated in the centre, with great views of the town.
Parking is difficult, but large car park 10 mins away.
Well equipped and central

Beautiful characterful room with large bath/shower room and separate WC in a heritage building. Very central
Some people wouldn’t like having to park in a public car park and transporting own bags to the property. Also eating out for breakfast. Both were clearly explained at booking and detailed information also sent by the host. Tip - download MYPermit parking app before you go. Essential so you don’t have to be at the car park by 8am to pay the next morning.
Location was lovely. Shower was good. Room was clean and up market with milk and spring water in the fridge.
Car park was nearby but expensive and I had to buy another ticket at 8am the following morning as it didn't have 24hr tickets available.
Fantastic room Clean and very comfortable Excellent location in the middle of town
Nothing
Great central location in a quiet, secure area. Lots of character, furnished to a high standard and very comfortable.
Such a convenient location
Nothing
Clean and tidy, great location in town centre
Only slight drawback was proximity to parking
Really quite and peaceful
Nothing everything was fine
Fantastic location, close to the market square and the castle, spacious, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended. The kind manager kindly changed my first room, room 2, which though very comfortable, had a view of a wall and a bright green stair light, making sleep very difficult the first night, I also felt unsafe, the door had a flimsy lock straight to the alleway. We were there to be with our father, who was in palliative care and I really appreciated the move to room 6 the following day, which was so restorative and beautiful, at a very difficult time. My sister had room 8 which was really lovely. Thank you.
No View from bedroom
Great character accommodation in the heart of the old town centre. Very close to all the sights and action. Nice blend of old features and modern functionality.
Absolutely beautiful rooms- very tastefully decorated. Great location right on the centre of Ludlow. We were only sorry we only had one night there! So clean and everything was so well thought out
Nothing!
Great room, great location. Room was comfortable and clean with a great view of the town.

Central location right on the main street Very clean. Sheets immaculate and towels fluffy and white Lovely little touches : little milk bottle in fridge, all tea /coffee making facilities: S/poo, conditioner, bath wash . Gate at front locked at night giving added security ( you do get a job to open)

Beautifully modernised suite. Centre of town. Easy walk from car park.
A brilliant place

The building is stunning and the rooms are amazing. The location in the centre of a wonderful border town was fantastic. Late check in arrangements worked really well as did checking out at the Pantry.
There's no on site breakfast available but there are plenty of places within a few minutes walk to get anything you need.
No parking - but perhaps to be expected given the location and there was good info provided as to nearby parking No breakfast included which could have been more clearly stated before booking and perhaps an offer of pre-booked/pre-paid food items/pastries from the deli. However everything else was really great - beautiful room in a superb location
Superb. Clean with everything you need.
Nothing.
Spacious and comfortable
It was very warm which affected our sleep
The hotel is a historic building. It is atmospheric but met our needs. The staff were helpful and pleasant
We liked it all
The room and bathroom were spacious, and very well-presented.
Communication in the lead-up was a little confusing - I hadn't realised check-in after 6 pm would require special arrangements. But once I'd phoned the hotel they sent me further information, and check in turned out to be very straightforward after hours.
Excellent central location, lovely apartment.
Lovely room with huge bed. Located in a quiet courtyard. Fantastic central location. Hosts were very helpful and key pickup was easy. Easy to unload luggage on street and overnight parking charge in nearby car park was very reasonable.
Nothing.
Perfect in every way
Liked everything
The room and furnishings.
The shower could do witha safety rubber showroom mat and at least one grab rail.
Location
The room was quite small
Lovely room and check in process via the local deli was easier and more helpful than expected. Great spot too.
Very comfortable and centrally situated in the heart if Ludlow
Very easy checkin at the local deli. Amazingly central location. Excellent and super comfortable King bed. Especially liked the spaciousness of the room/living area.
Comfortable, quiet and central.
Nothing.
Quality of accommodation and location it is in an historic arcade in the centre of the town near the castle and marke6
Access - accommodation is on the first floor no lift which would make it difficult for people with mobility issues
Day 5 of our cycle tour, arrived early, staff were very accommodating and gave us access earlier than planned. Our room on the ground floor was spotless, warm with an excellent shower. Great location in the middle of Ludlow, will return in the future. With convenient overnight locked courtyard to store our cycles. The Harp Deli is a must for a snack and coffee after a 30mile bike ride.
nothing of note,
Great weekend break staying at The Townhouse- location is excellent near all amenities.. rooms are beautiful and beds are so comfortable, we will definitely stay again

Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed . Fridge to use , everything was provided all secure behind a gate . The decor in keeping with Ludlow and plenty of room. Fantastic breakfast at Aragons only 2 Minutes walk . We had dinner at the old bake house , would highly recommend .
The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. It was good to have two armchairs. I know I was alone on this occassion but so often when there are two of us it's really frustrating to only have one chair in a room for two. Here there were two comfortable armchairs. Brilliant. And a bath as well as a shower. Luxury!! Various teas, coffee, drinking chocolate, biscuits proper milk and water provided. Superb.
Nothing I didn't like.
Beautiful inside, 4 poster bed, large ensuite with tea and coffee facilities. Milk and 2 bottles of water in fridge. Close to shops
