Palazzo Titti Rialto Suites

El alojamiento es muy bueno, antiguo pero muy limpio y la cama bastante cómoda. Situación perfecta, muy cerca de todo y fácil ubicación. A una hora y media del aeropuerto, primero con el bus y después a 20 min.a pie o con el vaporetto. Tiene 55 escalones para llegar a la planta donde están las habitaciones y la recepción, incómoda para personas con problemas y con maletas. Para nosotros ningún problema. Volvería a alojarme allí.

Por lo general todo está bien, al igual llegamos pronto y el check in está entre las 14.00 y 18.00, fue un poco largo.

Las escaleras, son tres pisos para llegar a la habitación que nos dieron,en un altillo .Es muy difícil con valijas y nadie te ayuda. El televisor no funcionaba, sin caja de seguridad, sin secador de pelo.La relación calidad precio no es satisfactoria, muy caro para lo que brinda. No lo recomiendo.

Es en el último piso de un palazzo y no tiene ascensor.

Our room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. We have stayed in 13 other hotels, apartmenrs or houses so far this trip and this facility is the best so far with it's amenities. The shower toilet area is quite roomy and everything works as it should.

Difícil acesso. Não tem elevador e o hotel fica no terceiro andar.

Extremamente bem localizado, de fácil acesso da estação Rialto Mercatto, menos de 5 min andando, o que facilita bastante com a questão das malas.

O acesso tem alguns lances de escada, embora seja uma escada larga e com corrimão, é um problema para subir e descer com malas.

Few days before my arrival I received a message from the hotel asking what time I would be there. I replied that I wasn’t sure (it was my first time in Venice), but probably around 9-9:30pm. I got a message saying that in that case I would be charged €25 (which I hadn’t seen mentioned anywhere before) so that someone could be there to help me get inside if needed. This amount was charged before my arrival. In the end I arrived at 8:30pm and yes, I needed assistance as I had been given the wrong code for the entrance door. I called the provided number and could hear the phone ringing at the reception but no one answered. I then called another number I found on Booking.com and eventually the door was opened for me remotely. So the person I was charged €25 for to assist me wasn’t actually there! The next day when the reception was open (it’s only open for a few hours a day) I asked for a refund of this fee but unfortunately my request was denied. This experience left a bitter taste in my mouth hence my review of this hotel. As for the negative aspects of the hotel itself the mattress is worn out and therefore very soft. The entrance is very dark. There are too few hangers in the room. In the bathroom, the shower height cannot be adjusted and there’s nowhere to hang clothes due to the lack of hangers.

No lighting in the outside to get up 3 flights of stairs. Extremely dangerous. Roof leaked our 1st night there during a rain storm and we had water all over the floor. Had to use our bath towels to clean it up. Coffee pot leaked all over had to use a towel under it. Proprietors were clearly non existent and not around. When we reported the leak they said they were investigating. Not worth the $$$ we paid. Also, the room for 4 was an attic with low ceilings and beams. We all hit our head several times. Very uncomfortable and the bathroom was very small and when you opened the bathroom door, it blocked the entrance to the room. Crazy set up. Not conducive to a nice stay.

Очень понравился отель . Номер чистый , новый ремонт , вид на милый канал как в фильмах про Венецию , очень тихо . Атмосфера была невероятная . Локация самая удобная , до моста Реалто 3 минуты пешком , и до всех достопримечательностей близко , при этом в дали от туристического шума .

Не было капсул для кофе машины , хотя она предусмотрена , принадлежностей для чистки зубов , не работал фен . Но это мелочи .

Arrivare di sera con le valigie e farsi 3/4 piani di scale è troppo impegnativo. Sconsigliatissimo per chi ha le valigie da portare da soli.

Good location on a quiet street. Glad we chose that neighborhood. Little Pizza restaurant/jazz cafe in front was also great.

Zero human contact. Zero amenities . Not even water. One bar of soap. No facial tissues. Repeated requests for a rollaway bed went unanswered. Checked in to find one bed and ONE blanket for two adults. The worst experience of my life. Glad im out of that hellhole

No había nunca, nadie en recepción, no podías preguntar nada porque no había nadie, ni jabón en el cuarto de baño por referencias una cosa escaleras una parte sin luz. En resumidas cuentas no se lo aconsejo a nadie no digo más por pudor ya.

La habitación estaba bien.

Se trata de un tercero sin ascensor. La zona de acceso está vieja y muy mal cuidada en relación al precio pagado.

Very clean, spacious. The Shower and toilets were very modern. Beddings were of very good quality.

Had to climb up three stairs to get to the room. Difficult when you have 23Kg check in baggages. Especially if you are a senior above 65. It would be helpful if a microwave was added to heat up milk if you want to have cereal breakfast.

Extremely difficult to enter the building using a code, or using the swipe card given. Resulting in late night calls to the emergency number for the place to be let in.

Posizione centrale e comoda al vaporetto. Struttura pulita elegante e accogliente. Personale gentilissimo, capace di rispondere rapidamente. Abbiamo potuto lasciare anche in deposito i bagagli.

The quality of the work, the furnishings and cleanliness. Only a few minutes from most landmarks and water transport.

The shower is mounted too low. Not very effective. It would be nice to have some shelves and hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom.

Comfort of the room Cleanliness and brightness.

The lighting in entrance area was poor. I was scared at night coming back in. Soo dark. Was scared the light would go off. I think the hotel needs to warn guests of height of stairwell and steepness. I’ve just recovered from torn meniscus in knee. I wouldn’t have booked property as it was a struggle on leg. I think I paid a little more than I booked. It is a lovely place tho and I did enjoy it.

We loved the style of everything it was beautiful and the entrance is beautiful and old. The stairs up just add to the charm we think. Very quiet and right by everything, beside Rialto bridge, shops + food. Bed very comfy too and good air-conditioning. I have never stayed anywhere like this before.

È nel centro della città, tutto è facilmente raggiungibile. I Codici per le porte e le grate alle finestre garantiscono un'ottima sicurezza. La zona è molto silenziosa e le stanze sono ben insonorizzate. Riguardo l'accoglienza, nei giorni precedenti al pernottamento lo staff è stato sempre reperibile e ci hanno assistito anche quando abbiamo avuto problemi con il metodo di pagamento. In breve la struttura è consigliata. Se si fanno piccole migliorie puó diventare un'ottima chicca nel cuore di Venezia.

Ci sono molte scale per arrivare alla reception. Sconsigliato per chi ha problemi a camminare. Non ci sono servizi riguardo mangiare e bere. Si trova giusto una macchinetta del caffè in camera con due cialde al giorno e una bottiglietta d'acqua omaggio il primo giorno di alloggio. La stanza di per sè era comoda negli spazi. Armadio comodo ma solo con due grucce. Il problema grande sta nel bagno, l'acqua nel lavandino, nel bidet e nella doccia non defluiva correttamente. Tant'è che il primo giorno il pavimento del bagno si è completamente allagato (questo anche facendo molta attenzione ad usare poca acqua in docci). Sicuramente questo dovuto anche alle guarnizioni molto usurate. Riguardo i servizi di pulizia, il primo giorno la camera era in ottimo condizioni e durante il nostro soggiorno non è mai stata lavata correttamente. Veniva rifatto il latto, tolti gli asciugamani ma poi ci si fermava lì. Il secondo giorno sul pavimento c'erano ancora i capelli e polvere del giorno precedente e inoltre è stato sostituito solo un set di asciugamani, nonostante fossimo una coppia.

Je n’ai rien aimé, c’était un vrai cauchemar

Le personnel est le pire personnel d’hôtels que j’ai jamais vu dans toute ma vie, (plutôt que je n’ai pas vu car ils sont absents, et ne répondent que rarement et très tardivement aux messages et aux besoins les plus vitaux du client,). j’ai voyagé partout au monde, des hôtels les moins classés aux 5 étoiles et aux grands palaces, j’ai vu du personnel d’hôtel de tout genre, mais cet hôtel a le pire personnel, ils s’en fichent de faire leurs travail, ils se fichent des clients, ils se fichent des éléments basiques que nécessite un client, et je parle de la sécurité du client. Attention, je déconseille, ils ont ruiné mes vacances!

everything was great except for the broken alarm

everything was fine except for one thing, the fire alarm was constantly going off, although no one was smoking in the room, it started in the evening, it was at night, every 10 minutes in the morning, it was very uncomfortable, we didn’t get enough sleep, this alarm woke us up in the morning!

To many stairs, not lite up at night this is a place I would NOT recommend if you are elderly or really struggle with stairs However this is Venice and you have to expect a fair bit of walking etc so the stairs in most hotels are common place

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo Titti. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the stunning architecture and the charm of the historic building. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The location of Palazzo Titani is perfect, situated within walking distance of many of Venice’s major attractions, yet still offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling crowds.

The attention to detail in the decor was exquisite, blending Venetian elegance with modern comfort.

Staff were easily accessible and responsive ahead and during our stay! Staff on site were equally excellent!

Great beautiful canal house in the hart of Venice with wonderful facilities, very spacious and comfortable, very near one of the vapporetto station (Rialto Mercato). All the beauty of the city and it's history, it's interesting citizens, the walks and the boat trips, the gelato's, the prosecco's, all breakfasts, lunches and diners, the galleries and musea's... Venice you are a real italian miracle!
