Reviewed Apr 27, 2026The awesome seaview, bole nampak dari setiap bilik dan living hall too. Deco cantik, all facilities available. Ada musolla juge. Very spacious, 3 bedrooms +1 musolla & ironing room, with 3 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. This is the best part of the condo. All the condo and apartment taht i booked before this only have 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom. But this condo is totally different. Awesom.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Terdapat banyak kedai makan yang sedap-sedap di sekeliling apartment. Antaranya adalah Singgang Budu. View dari bilik sangat cantik berhadapan dengan laut. Tapi ada bangunan di depan akan siap tak lama lagi, maybe akan tutup view laut tu rasanya.
Owner perlu letak peraturan dengan lebih jelas larangan merokok. Terutamanya yang diberi dalam WhatsApp. Tidak disebut tentang bayaran ganti rugi ya. Note siap-siap sekiranya merokok,guest akan dikenakan bayaran sekian2. Tapi yang peliknya tempat yard penuh puntung rokok so saya fikir situ adalah smoking area. Sebelum sewakan kepada orang lain, pastikan semua dalam keadaan bersih terutamanya puntung rokok itu. Saya tak tahula itu modus operandi untuk meminta bayaran denda. Saya dah pergi mana-mana service apartment,yang ini paling teruk saya jumpa. Siap ugut nak minta pihak Booking.com block saya kalau tak buat bayaran.

With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a dryer, every family need is perfectly catered for. The house is clean, tidy, and has a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere. An ideal place for a family getaway. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025It was very central to many of the tourist attractions and close to lots of food stalls & 2 malls.
The 2nd bathroom smelled bad and the hot water heater didn’t work well. The water never got hot, just stayed lukewarm. The batteries for the AC controller died which made it difficult to adjust the temps and put off when leaving the apartment. There is no air conditioner unit in the living room, just the bedrooms. Getting both fans in the living room to work at the same time was a challenge. Only 1 worked at a time. For families coming from the west, we need it working as we are not used to the heat of Malaysia.

It would have been nice to have had hot water in the sinks. There was aircon in the bedrooms but none in the main living room. There were ceiling fans but they just blew hot wind around the lounge/ kitchen area. Communication was difficult with the owners. We used WhatsApp and they didn’t always get back to us very promptly. Looking back through previous reviews l noted that we were the only English people that had stayed there for several years. Almost all others were Malaysians. I feel the owners didn’t really appreciate that we were in a strange country and could actually do with a bit more help? The hastle with the “mail box” key and TWO different key codes was a stress we didn’t need after a long flight. The place is definitely geared to Malaysians (who can speak the language) and who arrive by car.

just need to improve the safety at the windows, have to lock or grill for family got children, front door & laundry door need to put lock inside..others very good to stay..
