The space functioned with good technology. And the property owner made sure to inform us clearly on each amenities. The space was neat and tidy and I saw how frequently they do the cleaning service . There’s a beautiful little view from the windows.

Perfect to visit jew street and explore jew town

W&H is one of the worst properties I have ever stayed at and I would strongly advise everyone to stay away. The toilet had a constant, nauseating smell that made the room uncomfortable to even use. The person in charge was completely clueless and unhelpful — he couldn’t assist with even basic necessities like drinking water and didn’t seem to know where to get it from. The rooms are grossly overpriced for what they offer. There is no proper parking, no service worth mentioning, and absolutely no justification for the rates they charge. For the same price (or less), you can get far better, bigger, and cleaner rooms in Fort Kochi, Mattancherry, or Jew Town. I had booked this place for 4 days, but the experience was so bad that I was forced to check out after just 2 days. Despite this, the property refused to refund the unused days — which speaks volumes about their ethics and customer care. I am genuinely shocked to see such high ratings for this place. The only possible reason is its proximity to Jew Street, because there is absolutely no value for money here. Location alone cannot compensate for poor hygiene, bad service, and zero professionalism. Avoid this property unless you want to waste your money and ruin your stay.

I wouldn’t recommend this property to any solo traveling woman.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this property and ended up checking out after just one night, despite having a two-night reservation. The overall experience was far below acceptable standards. The room itself felt more like an extension of a bathroom—poorly designed, with an unpleasant smell coming from the washroom. The corridors had no lighting unless specifically requested, which created an unsafe and unwelcoming atmosphere. The neighborhood was also extremely noisy, with loud banging starting as early as 7:30am. To make matters worse, there were children running and shouting in the corridors late at night, with no staff intervention. Security on the property is essentially non-existent. As a solo woman traveler, I felt very unsafe. The “smart door” system was not explained to me at check-in, and when I stepped out of the room, I was unable to get back in, leaving me stranded outside until someone eventually assisted me. I raised all these concerns during my early checkout, but the staff at reception showed no interest, offered no assistance, and did not even inquire about what went wrong. I was not offered a refund for the unused night either. Overall, this was a distressing and harrowing experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone—especially solo female travelers.

Got upgraded to executive room with magic vibrating bed with tilting mattress and radio music and bluetooth facility

Room lacked design ascetics with lack of furniture and co-ordinated units. The Rain Shower was installed so low you had to sit on stool to use. No coffee machine in room as advertised or cafe facilities nearby for food.

The location was perfect for Jew town and the people were so friendly. The bed was large and very comfortable and the room had everything we needed for a 2 night stay.

Unfortunately the kitchen was not up and running so we had to go in search of breakfast. Also no bar and refreshments because of this. We was told this was being prepared in the coming days.

Service was shocking and manager seemed to be unaware of massive failings of the hotel. Was offered a discounted night and massage, which was terrible. They need to focus on making sure they have: water and maybe some hot water. It really could be a nice hotel but so much wrong, much more than I have mentioned. Good luck

Just a short walk from the Pardesi Synagogue and the quaint Jew Town Market, this was a surprise find. Beautiful new hotel , with very clean rooms, modern amenities. We were anxious prior to reaching the place , but as soon as you get to the front of the property you realise this is definitely a really nice hotel. you can literally walk to the ginger house restaurant, with an amazing menu and views, but most other attractions are just a short drive away. The rooms: We opted for the premium delux rooms, these were large rooms, with really tall ceilings, wall to wall tile decor, modern touch sensors and touch buttons. Lovely bathroom and toilet ( separate to the bathroom ) Well stocked with bathrobes, towels , sandals. The beds were something else! the entire bed had massage and other features, you could use the recliner function . You could activate the heating. A/C was good and cooled the room down really quick. The wall to wall tiles helps keep the room really cool even when its really hot outside. The team: Nazim and team were really sweet and helpful. They had a problem with their card machine , didnt' stop us from checking in. Got us checked in within minutes as we were really late ( almost midnight ) and told us we can sort the issue out next day. very helpful and made the stay really pleasant.

They are a new hotel, so there's still a few teething stuff.. Would be great when their ayurvedic massage is up and running. options to have a full breakfast at the hotel would be a great addition. Besides that, this is a brilliant little find even if the area around it feels a little narrow and congusted.. but then most of old town will feel that way.
