Worms in the bathroom and kept coming for some reasons, cockroaches. Leaking waters from bathroom lights for some reason. And the bed needs to be changed as it is bent inwards, makes you having a backpain in the morning.

- geadverteerd als 3 kamer appartement, maar was een 2 kamer appartement waarbij een bed in de berging was geplaatst. - verhuurder was opdringerig. Op een verzoek voor een early check-in (12:00) kreeg ik het verzoek op WhatsApp te reageren waarna ik te horen kreeg om 150 MR bij te betalen voor die paar uurtjes.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026the 3rd bedroom had no air condition only a fan but was not a strong one. The air condition for the whole unit was low even though we set it too high. The flooring of the unit was dirty. Toilet needs brighter lights. Dryer for laundry didn't work. Our clothes were wet! overall the unit need a major cleaning and upgrade.

the 3rd room was claustrophobic. no aricon in that room... NO instruction No make up of room (this is what you get if you go for an apartment) Tv didnt work for a few days .. only youtube. no channels. ZERO response on booking.com. not acceptable. fine print said CASH. i was shocked.. a GUIDE to how to get there and what to expect, and what is expected from guest would be a mandatory requirement.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025The location is very central, just a few steps away from Petronas Towers, lots of places for food and coffee shops around. You can leave your bags with the staff even after you check out if needed.
The location is very noisy, with cars and motorcicles racing on the streets in the weekend , keeping you awake even after 4 AM, on top of the noise from the traffic during the day. The building is old, and has a very bad smell on the hallways and coming from the bathrooms. The room was big, but it's advertised as a 3 bedroom, when in fact the 3d wannabe bedroom is just a small improvised space only divided from the living room with a very thin curtain. In one of the rooms the bedding was very dirty and smelled really bad, like someone was sleeping there just before we arrived.Same for the towels. The pool area is not free, you have to pay for the entrance. All in all I think there are much better choices out there for the price I've paid.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025The landlord was excellent to deal with and very patient. The place is close to a supermarket and fully equipped with everything we need; we only need food and very basic necessities. The location is very good and close to many important places.
The elevator is always very slow. The grocery store owner on the property was not polite to guests.
