owner didn't acknowledge my 1 day refund as i used the first day for half day and i did not use my last day of stay. curtains are not being changed, too much dust even on the fans.

The way The staff behaved and they over booked the room's,and lied to Booking.com executive that due to water issue they didn't give me the room,but the reason hotel gave me that they thought I will not come to the hotel even at a prepaid booking I was told that the hotel wasn't sure If I will come or not, such a lier staff and owner.
