Otel maalesef booking uygulamasında vergisiz fiyatı gösteriyor. benim gibi ödedikten sonra fark ederseniz 2 katı fiyata çıkıyor ama is isten geçiyor. Bu kurnaz fiyat politikasi yüzünden istesenizde iptal edemiyorsunuz. Birde üstüne depozit parası diye ayrice para talep ediyorlar. Belki müşteri kitleleri yüzünden haklı sebepleri vardır. Tutmadan önce bunlara dikkat edin. Ayrıca odada küçük hamam böcek ve temizlik sorunları var. Ayrıca kapı kilidi iyi çalışmıyor.

It's centrally located, though most landmarks are not within walking distance. However, the price and facilities are reasonable.

Emplacement, propre et tout confort pour 4 personnes. Personnel très sympathique et réactif.

Le wifi ne marchait pas.

Kuala Lumpur'da konaklama yapılabilecek en iyi bölge burası. Bu ev ise tam merkezde. KLCC Park'a yürüyerek 10 dakika uzaklıkta. Çevrede çok sayıda restaurant ve market var. Ev sahibi ile iletişim çok iyi. Birkaç gün öncesinden gerekli tüm bilgileri fotoğraflarla göndermeye başladı. Her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Tüm odalarda klima var. Yataklar,havlu ve çarşaflar tertemiz . İki oda ve iki banyo var. Çamaşır ve kurutma makinesi çok işimize yaradı.

Ev sahibi ile ilgili bir durum değil ama bu bölgede çok yoğun inşaat var. Bu nedenle biraz gürültü söz konusu. Apartmanda ses yalıtımı yok. Yan dairenin sesini çok rahat duyuyorsunuz. Biraz rutubet kokusu var. Bu da şehrin genelinde var diye düşünüyorum.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is excellent, just a short walk to KLCC and many restaurants and convenience stores. Check-in was smooth, the host was responsive, and the room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.

La personne du staff qui c'est occupé de nous était gentille, à l'écoute et très réactif. L'appartement était grand et les lit étaient confortables, avec une belle vue sur le centre ville. mais L'appartement et la résidence un peu vieux, résidence en pleins centre ville, peu faire beaucoup de lieux a pieds et a 5 min des tours petronas.

Le 1er appartement sentait l'humidité et il y a avait des cafard, et après l'avoir signalé nous avons pu changer d'appartement plus propre et plus confortable. La résidence et l'appartement sont vieux... Et la rue qui donne directement à la résidence et sale

Good location, walkable to most places. Lovely big room and the pool was an added bonus. The shower was hot and bed was pretty comfortable.

Host wouldn’t respond on booking.com prior to check in, so messaged on WhatsApp, then was told to contact a different person regarding dropping off our bags early. It is unstaffed so security wouldn’t let us drop off our bags until the host confirmed, in which we waited 40 minutes for a response (after calling). Had to pay an additional $70aud for a security bond which wasn’t mentioned beforehand, power went off multiple times and to the hosts credit he did come and switch it back on, but when we returned it was off again so he didn’t fix the problem.. a better solution would be putting us in a different room for the inconvenience. Check out also requires you to take a photo of the card and send on WhatsApp. Not an easy or comfortable stay, terrible communication too. The silver lining is that the host was apologetic and did seem to care about our stay (somewhat) but I would not recommend. Too much hassle.

1. Very centrally located and at a 5 min walking distance away from KLCC with enough options of restaurants and convenience stores near by. 2. Very spacious and comfortable. 3. Well secured building and locality. 4. Polite and friendly host who is easily accessible via phone or chat.

All good. Except maybe the bidet could be a proper one with a jet spray instead of an open nozzle (common across malaysia)

What I like the most is that it was so peaceful and quiet. It felt very homey like a cabin in the woods. I felt like I was the only one in the building. The walls were very think I could not hear anything!

The bathroom wasn’t super clean and the shower pressure was very very low the water almost was not coming out.

Memang dekat dgn KLCC, jalan kaki sampai. Owner rumah pun memudahkan kita & baik. Keadaan dlm rumah BERSIH !!! Bilik besar, katil selesa gila !!! View bagunan2 😍. keliling bawah tu ada kedai makan tp not sure kedai makan tu mamak @ india. Guard yg jaga dkt bawah pon faham bahasa melayu so senang 👍. Sory gambar takde sbb buat video

Tak nampak KLCC 🥺, KL towel nampak sipi2 tp jadilah, nampak juga kan 😍. Lagi satu takde arrow arah kiblat untuk solat walaupun rumah tu owner dia cina. Tp harap pasni blh upah org islam utk dtg tentukan arah kiblat yg betul. Lagi satu takde mcm ubat gigi @ berus gigi. yg biasa blh pakai buang tu pon jadi dh.

It was a really good experience here at this apartment. The owner was super helpful. You can see stunning view at the night from the window. Good facilities and super comfortable.

This is an amazing place to stay with your friends and family, with the property being in a secure location and close to supermarkets, restaurants and even shopping malls! I would definitely recommend staying here if you prefer a home vibe on international stays!

Everything is great. It's located near the KLCC itself and the walk is near. With a group of people, it is comfortable staying there. There are convenient stores and stalls nearby to go which stay open quite late.

The corner apartment can get a bit noisy late night. Load motor cycle and traffic sound may disturb sensitive sleepers.

There's a small cockroach infestation that comes out in the bathroom at night. The admin was notified. Mattress is a little bit hard but depends on each person. Gym is old but is like a plus

Actually everything was very good although all of them was the last minute plan of vacation 🤭 I am very satisfied for the cleanliness of the place, very comfortable and very recommended for those who want a place to stay 👍🏻 The place also easy to reacheable! The owner also give fast response and thank you for made us happy customer and would love to come again in the future ❤️

We enjoyed our stay at Unit 17-1. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was well-equipped with cooking facilities, a washing machine, and a refrigerator. There’s even a convenience store on UG level where we could easily buy basic groceries for cooking. Plenty of slippers were also provided in the unit, which was a nice touch. The property has a basic pool and gym on level 34. They aren’t luxurious, but they are good enough for relaxing and spending quality time with family.

However, there were a few things we didn’t quite like about the unit. Even though there were many wardrobes, there wasn’t a single hanger provided — which made us wonder what’s the point of having so much wardrobe space if we couldn’t really use it properly. We also noticed that the apartment has a high number of foreign tenants, especially Middle Eastern guests. It didn’t affect our stay, but it might feel slightly uncomfortable for those who prefer a quieter or more local environment. As for the view, it was quite disappointing. All we could see was the building next door, with just a small glimpse of the KL Tower. You only get a better view — like Merdeka Tower — when you head up to the pool area. KLCC is completely blocked, so don’t expect any skyline scenery from the unit itself. Another inconvenience was the grocery store — it’s closed on Sundays. Luckily, we managed to buy our ingredients on Saturday night. The lift access was also a bit troublesome, as only one lift goes down to the UG level. You must first go to Level 1, then switch to another lift to reach the grocery store.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and the facilities provided were excellent. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

We’re very grateful to the owner for allowing us to drop off our luggage before check-in. The place was wonderful! If we ever come back, we’d definitely stay here again. The room had amazing views, and the location was convenient and close to many popular attractions.

We didn’t realize that a Type G adapter was needed for phone charging. It might be helpful for future guests if this detail were mentioned in the listing. Of course, it wasn’t the property’s fault — just a note to help future tourists prepare in advance.

Dirty with roaches and insects in the bed. The couches and furniture are stained. Towels are sheets of paper. You never want to stay here and when asked for a refund so we can leave they forced us to stay not giving our money back.

The process check in/out smooth with guidance, the room size is suitable for couple (exceed my expectation), facilities are complete includes the kitchenware, tv, hidden large unique wardrobe, fridge and microwave, easy access to go anywhere around KL, KLCC is the nearest, beautiful view, and I would definitely recommend this stay with an affordable price!
