Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Quiet, clean and comfortable. Beautiful little back yard that makes you forget you are in the heart of the city. Great value for money!
Cooking on the camping stove is a bit cumbersome, but Anne kindly provided us with new gas bottles whenever we ran out.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026Owner called me immediately after I had booked wanted WhatsApp number so that we chat about my coming to her place. She showed she cares. During my arrival her son tried all he could to help me in every piece of request I needed help on....And during the course of my stay they were so kind and cooperative and that motivated me to wish to stay with them every time am in Durban

Reviewed Jan 3, 2025Anne's cottage provided me with exactly what I needed: a quiet, tranquil and private place close to the city and beaches. Very friendly staff who assisted me with offloading my luggage. Very clean place providing all the things you need as a guest and more. They have taken accomodation establishment to another level: I highly recommend to any person visiting Durban, you won't be disappointed.

Well it would have 10 out of 10 if it had a bath, but the shower was good.
