Reviewed Aug 15, 2026L’hotel è collocato in una zona comodissima, super tranquilla ma poco distante dal centro di Nizwa. La stanza era estremante bella e pulita. Lo staff super cordiale, pronto a soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze. Anche la colazione buona. Essendo stati qui in un periodo dove c’erano pochi ospiti non abbiamo potuto usufruire del buffet. Ci è stata però servita un’apposita colazione super abbondante che ha ugualmente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.
Nulla, tutto ottimo. Darei però un consiglio per migliorare ulteriormente il loro servizio. Ottimizzare lo spazio dedicato ai posti auto.

The staff & manager was never available, pool was unclean, surprisingly no food was available at the property. This property we chose as an over night stop for the family (including two toddlers). Before arriving we had messaged the property asking about food availability as we didn’t want to go out or drive during our halt. We didn’t receive any message informing us that due to the current situation the resort is non-functional. Additionally the pool was so dirty but the manager literally encouraged us to go into the pool only to find hair & other dirty stuff. Toilet roll was half used. No toiletries in the bathroom. All i can say, may be currently situation is difficult for the property but honestly that doesn’t allow them to not give us service. Even in the morning the manager casually told us to simply carry all our luggage and open the property door and go. Then we put our foot down & demanded help. We stopped for rest but got none. Super disappointed.

Breakfast - went at 07:30 but the tables were full had to wait half an hour which impacted our itinerary, it wasn’t the best. The omelette pan needs replacing, we passed on the eggs as the Teflon had peeled off and it was unhygienic to cook on the black lining. A cat scratched a guest and I witnessed the cat being caught by back of neck and put into a thick plastic bag sealed at the top, it was being carried to another location by a member of staff but I don’t think in 35° heat if it would have survived, it upset me a lot, there are more humane ways to release a cat.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Très très bel établissement, tout près de la vieille ville de Nizwa. Cadre magnifique avec un beau jardin, petite piscine, petit déjeuner sous la tonnelle. Les chambres sont très belles ( nous avons gentiment été surclassés), très belles, literie très confortable. L'accueil est très sympathique et serviable. Conseils sur quoi faire dans les environs, les restos, ...on a adoré.

We had the family room with 2 bedrooms - you walk into one of the bedrooms directly from outside (there is a pool right in front of the doors) and that bedroom has no windows! That was a big negative surprise. The apartment has no decoration and does not invite to relax there, just really to sleep and go. Pool is not in the best shape, doesn't invite to be used Breakfast - very limited offer (fresh made eggs and toast - that's pretty much it), all the same every day

Service wirkte nicht sehr motiviert. Frühstück war leider nicht schon um 7 Uhr vorhanden,wie angekündigt, sondern erst mit halbstündiger Verspätung, was uns unter Zeitdruck brachte.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026This small hotel comprises a series of bungalows in midst of a peaceful oasis filled with palm trees, a fountain, flowers and birds where you also breakfast is served. It is a 15 minutes walk to the historic city center. The staff is very friendly. It is a unique experience.
Currently some construction work going next door, but they do their best to keep the noise on a low level.

A pochissimi passi dal centro di Nizwa, tranquillo, con poche camere e immerso nel verde, sembrava un'oasi. Molto bella l'idea di poter fare colazione nel giardinetto in mezzo al verde: come unico, consiglierei una colazione un po' più ricca. Consiglieremo ad amici e conoscenti questo bellissimo posto

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026Albergo molto ospitale e curato, ideale per un soggiorno rilassante a Nizwa. La camera era bella, spaziosa e perfettamente pulita, dotata di un ottimo set di cortesia che rende il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Uno dei punti di forza è il giardino, un luogo incantevole dove fare colazione e rilassarsi all’ombra delle bouganville, immersi in un’atmosfera tranquilla e piacevole. Lo staff è estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La posizione è eccellente: a pochi minuti a piedi dal souq di Nizwa, perfetta per visitare il centro storico senza rinunciare alla quiete. Un luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo le visite, in un contesto curato e armonioso.
Il parcheggio interno è un po' piccolo, si può comunque trovare posto vicino all'albergo.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, nur wenige Minuten vom Nizwa Souq entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Auf Wunsch werden Eier frisch zubereitet. Der Garten des Hotels, in dem auch gefrühstückt wird, ist wunderschön und gut gepflegt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten

Es gab keinen Kaffee o. Tee im Zimmer und was sich Kaffee zum Frühstück nannte hat den Namen nicht verdient....

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026W obiekcie spędziliśmy tylko jedną noc, zatrzymaliśmy się w drodze z Salalah do Jebel Shams. Obsługa bardzo miła, przyjechaliśmy do obiektu bardzo późno, bo około północy, mimo to, obsługa bezproblemowo pomogła nam dostać się do naszego pokoju. Wynajęliśmy pokój rodzinny składający się z dwóch pokoi, łazienki i aneksu kuchennego. Pokój był przede wszystkim czysty. W cenie mieliśmy śniadanie, które było podane w ogrodzie na świeżym powietrzu.
Nie ma takiej rzeczy. Wszystko było wporząku.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Accueil chaleureux et personnel réactif. Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans cet hôtel. il est très bien situé trois minutes en voiture du souk et du Fort.
Je ne vous Recommande pas la chambre standard de 14 m² car la salle de bain est vraiment petite ( douche wc coller ). Après avoir eu quelques soucis d’hygiène dans la salle de bain (2 cafards ) nous avons été surclassé rapidement pour notre dernier jour. Pour les petits déjeuners il y a très peu d’options je ne vous recommande pas, prenez-le plutôt au souk de Nizwa.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Het hotel ligt iets buiten het centrum maar is prima te belopen. Er is meer dan genoeg ruimte om te parkeren. De ingang van onze kamer lag naast het zwembad. Onze kamer was zeer ruim, twee kamers en nog een fijne badkamer. Het ontbijt werd geserveerd in de mooie tuin. Er was meer dan voldoende keus. Omdat we er rond de jaarwisseling verbleven kregen we ook een diner aangeboden. Dit smaakte erg goed. Op oudjaarsavond werd er een speciaal moment georganiseerd. Er was voor alle gasten taart en er werd vuurwerk afgestoken. Zeer attent! Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het water in het zwembad was erg koud (wellicht logisch in december). Het eten in de tuin was heel leuk maar soms ook een beetje fris.

Il bagno della stanza è piccolo e non funzionante. Il wc si è intasato e la doccia allaga ovunque. Manca di un tappetino. Nella nostra stanza la piccola finestra dava su un muro. Mancano appendini

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal, und insbesondere der Manager Herr Vipesch, sind überaus freundlich, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Schon beim Erstkontakt via booking.com wurden uns mögliche Touren mit einem 4x4 SUW in die Umgebung/Jebel Shams/Jebal Al Akhdar zu einem fairen Preis angeboten. Dieses Angebot haben wir, da wir mit einem Kleinwagen unterwegs waren, sehr gerne angenommen. Unser Fahrer Waher hat sich unseren Wünschen angepasst, sprach sehr gut Englisch und so war es ein herrlicher Tag mit vielen Highlights und Gesprächen. Die Unterkunft/Garten ist sehr schön gestaltet. Frühstück wird unter einem Blumenbogen angerichtet. Wir waren in der Weihnachtszeit an diesem Ort, es gab abends ein Buffett zum Dinner und am Silvesterabend wurde von einem Musiker die traditionelle Laute 'Oud' gespielt. Es gibt Parkplätze an der Unterkunft. Bis zum Freitagsmarkt/Altstadt ist es ein kleiner 10 Minuten Spaziergang. Wir würden vor allem auch wegen des freundlichen Personals wiederkommen.
Das Bad im Standartzimmer ist sehr klein.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Die Unterkunft an sich ist wunderschön grün, das Gelände allein macht Spaß zum Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Es ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist okay. Ausreichend um satt zu werden, aber kein Vergleich mit einem großen ausgedehnten Frühstück im Hotel. In der Unterkunft gibt es viele schöne Ecken zum Sitzen und Verweilen. In die Innenstadt ist es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir waren sehr zufrieden dort. Wenn man etwas in Laufnähe der Altstadt haben will muss man sich aber etwas anderes suchen. Auf dem Gelände gibt es zwei Vogelkäfige mit Tauben und Wachteln, das fanden die Kinder besonders toll. Ein Tipp. Das Familienzimmer kann man locker auch mit 2 Paaren buchen. Es sind zwei separate Zimmer mit einem Bad.
Kein Spielplatz für die Kinder, wäre noch angenehm.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Personale gentilissimo e a disposizione sempre. Colazione abbondante. La sera in cui abbiamo soggiornato avevano preparato una cena tipica indiana molto molto buona, da usufruirne pagando in più ma ne è valsa la pena. A 10 minuti dal Souq di Nizwa, posizione comodissima.

La habitación en la que estuve era interior (daba a un patio interior), la ventana no se podía abrir, con lo que la ventilación era inexistente. Esto hay que advertirlo porque puede hacer desragradable la experiencia. La atmósfera no era la más saludable en mi habitación (414).

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026El lugar es muy tranquilo, lejos del barullo del centro del pueblo. Está muy bien decorado, la zona exterior común de jardín es muy bonita con árboles frutales y plantas. El desayuno no es muy variado, pero tiene gran cantidad de fruta, cosa que agradecemos mucho! En la recepción nos ayudaron con las actividades a realizar y lugares a visitar. Nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación de forma gratuita porque no estaban completos!!!
Sólo que tienen piscina y no le da el sol, nada más!
