Personnel très réactif, très serviable. Bien placé dans l'hypert centre.

Hotel privatisé pour un séminaire entreprise, le petit dej se prenait dans la salle de séminaire pendant que les lo aux travaillaient, pas top pour le décalage. Chambre hyper basique. Pas très faciles de se retrouver dans cet espace. Les rideaux s'ouvraient en plein sur l'entrée de la salle de séminaire donc pas envie de les ouvrir.

Amazing , amazing location , but a little bit tricky to find. Staff were very , very helpful and the room was very nice with great views. It's a renovated building and is really peaceful , very central to everything around the fort. Breakfast was very good

Swim pool isn't really a swimming pool.As per the pictures is more of a paddling bathing pool.

Loved the property style, decor was very cozy, location and the warm welcome by the staff. Had a good night's sleep. Breakfast buffet was good. Would have loved to have rigag.

Some rooms had the fancy mirror, which our room didn't have. Would have loved to have it to take pictures and get ready in front of it. The bathroom mirror was the only mirror I could use. Hence, the rating 9. Location was not clear from google maps, so the team had shared a video and very prompt in responding and helping.

Clean and comfortable; location is just in the heart of old Nizwa.

There was no towel in the room; and the complimentary waters were just small size, not enough for summer. The breakfast was quite poor and food hygiene was not considered enough; all foods were open, no protection on them. Due to an incident on the road from Haima to Nizwa, we could arrive very late to the hotel; however the gentlemen at the front desk was more sleepy and exhausted comparing to us. It took over 10 minutes for him to complete the check-in and I personally didn't like this experience.

the room was so pretty and comfort and so much quiet. actually i was needed to rest and this hotel completely was my propose. they gave us so good breakfast by more respect because they held in restaurant a event thats why before anything's and bother us room service provided us so delicious breakfast . we were so happy that days there

La localisation juste à côté du fort de niwza et des différents restaurants. La piscine est un peu petite mais elle fait l’affaire. Petit dej satisfaisant et le personnel au top. Je recommande.

AC needs to be full on , If not the temperature doesn’t drop so that was uncomfortable at night as the next morning I was sick. It was impossible to drop the temperature as there is air leakage everywhere. Breakfast not Arabic, it’s mainly Indian.

Beautiful and traditional houses, wonderful small pool surrounded by date palms & banana plants, delicious breakfast buffet. Staff were lovely & A/C in rooms worked well. Location (with parking) was unbeatable. Communication /directions were excellent.

On occasion water pressure was poor- this in no way detracted from our enjoyment of the hotel and tended to resolve spontaneously.

Though the location was shared, it was confusing and so i contacted the property and they escorted my family. The location was excellent, well appointed rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast and good WiFi connectivity. The swimming pool was well maintained.

Magnifique hôtel, accueil excellent, personnel aux petits soins, en particulier San San Wai que je remercie. Très belle et grande piscine. Petit déjeuner varié et très bon. Je reviendrai dans cette magnifique ville pleine d'histoire et chaleureuse. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Everything is excellent. The staff are friendly, warm and helpful from the arrival to departure experience everything was great. There's a few selection for breakfast but they managed to have it international buffet. A big thanks to Mohammad, Sheena and Abdulrahman.

A fantastic hotel right in the heart of Nizwa’s old town, offering a truly authentic local experience. Everything is within walking distance, from the fort and souq to great restaurants, and having on-site parking is a big plus, although Google Maps doesn’t show the correct way to access it. I first parked at the large, free Nizwa Souq parking, and after check-in, the receptionist kindly came with me and helped me navigate to the hotel parking, it was actually very easy. The atmosphere is charming and the place is quiet, so you can sleep well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast has plenty of options to start your day, including traditional Omani coffee. One morning, an old lady was making traditional Omani bread on-site, which was a great experience. The girls working there were also very polite and helpful with everything I asked. A perfect choice if you want to fully experience the spirit of Nizwa.

The location is great, a minute walk from the fort, delicious delight at the reception. Nice and spacious garden. Delicious breakfast. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice.

We didn't have soap and second cup in the room so we had to additionally ask for these. Also the electricity went down two times but the stuff brought it back up a few minutes after.

Great location next to the fort. Everything easy to get to, especially the Friday goat market!

Its charming, really beautiful traditional building with history and beauty, the breakfast was excellent and presneted in a beautiful traditional way. They also picked us up with their own shuttle when we got lost with our car

Très bien situé dans Nizwa avec un parking sur place. Personnel adorable notamment lors du petit déjeuner. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec notre bébé. Petit déjeuner très bon. Chambre agréable bien qu’un peu petite avec les bagages.

Hôtel magnifique

The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants in walking distance as well as different sightseeing spots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vibe of the hotel is super cool as it really feels like the architectural style of Nizwa.

The breakfast buffet was really disappointing. Very limited options. The room doesn't have any natural daylight, which means the lamps have to be turned on constantly. The infrastructure in the bathroom was outdated. Our toilet flush was broken for example.

Veoma niska ulazna vrata u našu sobu i nemogućnost otvaranja prozora na prizemlju, nije bilo mreže na prozorima, kupatilo je prostrano ali veoma skromno uređeno, nema prostora da se okače peškiri ili kupatilska kozmetika.

Die Lage in der Altstadt, wunderschöne Anlage mit Pool und Bepflanzung . Die Zimmer sind großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Very well located, a few steps away from Nizwa fort. Property with garden and palm trees in the middle of old Nizwa, refreshing and peaceful. Room nicely decorated and comfortable. Nice pool but very few sunbeds. For some reason, no hot water during our stay.

evening Event for Ramadan break, iftar, without notice. So, access to garden and pool was limited. No hot water for shower in the room.

Fabelhaftes Frühstück mit sehr vielen vegetarischen Optionen. Innenhof wie eine kleine Oase und die Lage so nahe am Souq war hervorragend. Parken am Hotel möglich, ausserdem gibt es einen kostenlosen großen Parkplatz unterhalb der Festung. Bei der Abreise wurden wir mit unserem Gepäck vom Personal dorthin gefahren.

Unser Zimmer und ein weiteres Zimmer hatten einen gemeinsamen Vorraum. Dieser liess sich durch eine Türe von innen und von aussen abschliessen (vermutlich, um die Zimmer für eine Familie mit Kindern zusammenzulegen). Leider haben unsere Zimmernachbarn das nicht begriffen und uns von aussen eingeschlossen. Wir kamen nicht mehr aus dem Vorraum heraus und konnten erst nach einem Anruf an der Rezeption und einigen Minuten warten befreit werden. Das war ärgerlich, da man nie wusste, ob es nicht wieder passiert - im Falle eines Feuers hätte es katastrophal enden können, da neben der abgeschlossenen Türe auch noch die Fenster im Zimmer vergittert waren.

De locatie van dit hotel is prachtig. Een mooi plein waarbij de authentieke huisjes gerenoveerd zijn tot hotelkamers. Dit alles is midden in het centrum van Nizwa, maar daar merk je niks van. Je bent er in een oase van rust. Het ontbijt was in de binnentuin en prima verzorgd met zowel Europese als Arabische gerechten. Een avond in Nizwa met alle restaurants, geopende souq en musea, maakt dat je je in een 1001 nachten sprookje waant!

De routebeschrijving van Booking klopt niet. Je moet door de slagboom bij het fort om bij het hotel te komen. Het personeel van het hotel was zeer behulpzaam om ons op de juiste plek te brengen.

The location was near fort but that was the only plus point about the hotel. The rooms are smaller than average and had lots of mosquitoes. The staff was not helpful and we had a hard time staying for the night with our parents. Also they had no kitchen so breakfast came from somewhere and not many options they had. The value for money quotient was missing !

Gestaltung des Bades: Beim Duschen wird unweigerlich auch die Kloschüssel mitgeduscht.

Magnifique hôtel Personnel très accueillant qui nous aide à chaque fois à garer notre voiture au mieux dans le parking, qui est tout petit mais aucun soucis pour trouver une place à chaque fois Chambre très belle, lit très confortable et bonne salle de bain Petit déjeuner parfait avec crêpe omanaise à la demande ! En plein centre ville, pas si compliqué à trouver en suivant bien les panneaux une fois entré dans la vieille ville, avec une berline ça passe crème Une fois arrivé, quel bonheur de tout faire à pied !
