Location it's just at the city center. Confy room. Nice staff. Very confortable bed.

When we arrived the door of our room was fully open. We did not like that. The breakfast was not included. No amenities on the room.

Very stylish, impeccably clean, well appointed with comfortable beds.

The town of Portrush is very tired and has obviously seen better days.

Es un hotel nuevo, las decoracion de las habitaciones es bonita y funcional, camas muy cómodas! Estuvimos dos noches en una habitacion una superior king. El desayuno buffet, muy completo y todo rico. El bar muy bien, para comer hasta las 4pm. La ubicacion del hotel es perfecta, caminando a la estacion de tren, las playas y las tiendas. En esta ocasión no alquilamos coche, y con el transporte público ( la parada a pie desde el hotel) pudimos ir a la Giant’s Causeway, Dunluce Castle y Bushmills.

Nada. Sólo un detalle respecto el ruido de los circuitos de AC , que aun estar apagado hay un ruido de fondo continuo; pero pudimos descansar muy bien igualmente.

The room was very nice and the buildings interior was exceptional. The location was great for downtown Portrush.

The hotel bar was extremely busy when we arrived, and it seemed like many of the people there weren’t hotel guests. The area around the entrance was crowded with people drinking and being quite loud, which made it difficult to hear the woman checking us in. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but the noise and crowding at the entrance definitely made for a less-than-ideal check-in experience.

The location, the reception and bar area, the decor in the rooms. Good idea to be able to hire umbrellas, they were needed for our stay. Rup greeted us on our first visit to breakfast and explained where everything was, what we could order and a chated with us about her experience of living in NI compared to Nepal, she was the loveliest person, a credit to the hotel. The reception staff were all friendly and helpful, didnt get their names.

Great Location, Dog friendly and beautiful hotel.

Unfortunately we did not have the decent nights sleep we were looking forward to there was a rowdy crowd staying that were overbearingly loud in the bar. Fast forward to 1am and we were woken up by some kind of Altercation with the same crowd right outside our door that went on for almost an hour. I got up to investigate and there was a Number of Police Constables Trying to contain the situation.

Ideal location, right in the centre of town and less than 10 minute walk from the train station. Friendly, welcoming staff, clean, warm and comfortable.

My only, minor, gripe was the size of the room, it was tight.

Not a very nice location, rundown area. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room one day and we had to ask to come and clean it at 5pm after being out all day. Not much choice to eat. No bath. Not enough towels.

Central location

We left a day early as the beds were so hard and uncomfortable, the housekeeping was not great, the shower did not work properly nor did the bathroom sink. The shower is a death trap very very slippy i slipped and banged my knee. There is very minimal floor space and nowhere to put suitcase. The tea was not replenished the next day, there was no complimentry bottled water. The teaspoons were dirty and crusty. We had a family room with two double beds, there was a small table with one chair and what can only be described as a beanbag. The room was very hot and when window was opened all we could smell was sewers. We were in pain upon waking because of the rock hard bed we decided to go home and not stay the extra night, the lady in receptions first words were we won't refund you. I did not ask for a refund. The rooms are very claustrophobic and nothing seems to work properly. The manager did email this morning to offer a night with breakfast included but i have refused. There are much better hotels in portrush. We paid £488 with no breakfast included, pricey for such a small room and facilities that are dangerous and do not work very well. All in all we wasted hard saved money and i felt very sad we had only one day but i simply could not spend another night in that bed, which house keeping did not even make up properly the next day. I have never in my life left a hotel a day early. It was an expensive mistake i will stick with the hotel i normally stay at from now on. Very disappointed

Rooms are nicely decorated and telly is nice and big. Bathroom also nicely done. Breakfast was good.

Everything was okay. Not bad. But for a Hilton, I expected more. And for the exorbitant price, I expected a whole lot more. Suggested change - keep snacks available (even if for sale) onsite. Only thing they had were a few token biscuits for the room teas and 7up for sale in the bar. Most Hilton's I've stayed in have a hotel store with snacks, even microwaveable meals and some free cookies or fruit. The hotel right down the street from the Marcus at least had a vending machine with chocolate bars for sale. Also, if you have a hotel restaurant in a resort area, serve food throughout the day. You're not Gordon Ramsey and no one is coming there just to eat. You're serving "guests", so you should meet their needs and have someone to prepare meals prior to your "opening" time. Finally, I paid a lot for the room because I had wanted to stay in Portrush onsite for a long time. I'm a Hilton Honors member, so when I found the room, I checked Hilton Honors prices and they were $50+ higher than Booking.com, which was annoying. What benefit is there to being an Honors member if I'm going to get charged more? And I did not get good value for the high price I paid. The people were nice, so that was good and has to be said. Either lower your prices or try harder to please your guests. Or both!

Hotel was beautiful, very clean. Room was small in size, fine for me as I was a solo traveler, but would feel crowed for two guests.

Room temperature was too hot and stuffy. Not sure if the AC was working or if the hotel controlled the temperature. No shower gel on the first day and still none even after the housekeeping was in the next day. That being said, I had my DND sign on the door but they still entered the room when I was out for the day.

The decor is very nice, good that some seated areas are reserved for guests, as it can get very busy, espically Saturday night. Dinner menu with an Asian theme, very nice. Breakfast selection nice, about right.

Family room, with 2 large beds, which is good but unfortunately room size, felt crampt, little floor space left. Room 315 view onto side street. Bar experience, trainee bar lady, smashed martini glass accidently into sink. Our cocktail measures were the smallest i think ive every received. Empty conditioner in our room shower, rectified quickly once reported to reception. Parking in public car park 10 mins approx walk.
