one bedroom apartment in trendy Zurich West

Schöne Einrichtung, geräumige Wohnung. Es hat mir gefallen, dass einige Produkte wie Duschgel, Öl, Tee, Gewürze, Kaffee, etc. vorhanden waren.

Ich hätte mich über eine Option zur helleren Beleuchtung in zumindest einem Raum gefreut.

Yalnız rezervasyon saati 16.00 bu çok geç bir saat. Biz buna dikkat etmemiştik. Ama yardımcı oldular saat 14.00 gibi girebildik. Merkeze uzak.

Man findet in dem Apartement alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind wirklich sehr gemütlich. Super Lage für den Besuch im Letzigrund Stadion, nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Es gab keinen persönlichen Ansprechpartner. Apartements roch sehr unangenehm. Es wurde auch durch lüften nicht besser.

Everything superb!

Key box is not so easy to find. I managed but in darkness it is hard to see it.

The flat was spacious and well decorated. It was located in a quiet area.

There was a very strong smoke odor. The property manager apologized but unfortunately there was nothing that could be done. We just stayed out during the day and had to sleep with the windows open. But very lovely overall.

The frying pans were with full of scratches. We asked to exchange, immediately they responded and changed, but new ones had also many scratches, so we bought a frying pan for our own use.

Very cramped bathroom. dishwasher provided but not working. The host then tried to charge us CHF 150 for dishwasher issues when we didn’t even use it. Location is very far. Hardly anything in and around. Closest well stocked supermarket is about 1km away and everything needs to be reached by bus (nothing is walkable). Also apart from 1 pizza restaurant, nothing else close by. Not convenient if you’re travelling with small children.

Rooms are spacious and clean, but this is expected when you rent out a flat.

I didn't like collecting of keys method, there should be someone from host to handover the keys as people travel from other countries and it should be easy for them to get access to the flat for which they have paid and then no one was there to help us as we were standing down for 15 mins with my family. I had to get the contact details from booking.com for the host and call them up. The keys code and the accessing key was not working so had to try multiple times and its under the tiny lockup. The bathroom is very small, a well build person can't take a shower in that small shower bathroom. There were no fans in rooms and it was very hot in August summer time, I had to call up host multiple times but no help was provided it was difficult to sleep in night due to hot climate so I would not recommend this property to a family in summer and property is far away from center, however there is a bus stop nearby from where you can go, but no grocery stores or shops nearby.

The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable. Lots of space in the bedroom & living room. Coffee and toiletries were provided.

When check in starts at 16:00 it is very early to check out at 10:00. Most other apartments have check in 15:00 and check out at 11 or 12. The bathroom was very small but functional.

Everything and the host was very responsive and immediately replied to all the queries. 10 on 10

Nothing much but a suggestion additional fan would be appreciated. Because during our stay the weather was hot.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Large property. Liked that some coffee pods and cream were supplied plus a few staples for cooking. Extra bedding for the pull out couch were supplied

The door lock to the apartment is very finicky and when you lock up sometimes it seems to be locked but when you check it’s not. Seems to me it needs to be changed. It is a first floor apartment so you hear people above you but they were quiet at night for sleeping

The flat has a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a spacious kitchen and is very warm. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Near to a bus stop. Convenient mattrasses, we did not have any back pain.

The neighbours in the flat avobe the facility were having a party the whole night and were very loud. I think you should speak to their landlord. The location of the house itself is calm. The bedroom windows are directed into the inner courtyard, which is good. We were not bothered even by football fans at the stadion during a football match. But you should do something with the noise from these neighbours.

The apartment is really comfortable and clean, It has all you need for staying a few days. Although is not as close to the center, the bus that goes from the main station is quite often and the bus stop is really close.

One of the best apartments I have stayed in. Cosy and comfortable! Home away from home 😊

Sauber, modern, komfortabel!

The instruction is not clear and they just leave the key in a passcode box open to public so when I arrived the passcode that they provided are not working. I was call the host many time and without responding. My kids were worry so much on the street in the mid night that we arrived. We end up have to find other hotel. That was a mess and the host not even being helping at all. Do not stay in this property I would recommend to everyone who trave to Zurich, in fact there are many good one around with good location to reach everywhere. This property’s location is not that good as they mention.

Everything was perfect, the place is very modern, nice and clean. Minimalistic, but has everything you need. In reality it looks even better than on the pictures. I loved every minute here!

The cold, white light in the bathroom. I prefer warmer toned lamps. But it is really just a preference, it does not actually matter, it is perfect the way it is. :)
