Maison Song Anh

This is the second time we've stayed at Maison Song Anh. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Tthe staff are extremely kind and very helpful. It is also very well located, we will definitely come back on our next visits to Ho Chi Minh City !

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Song Anh. We loved our room on the top floor, with access to the rooftop terrace available to guests — a real bonus and very much appreciated. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The property is perfectly located on a very quiet street, yet close to everything. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

The only small point that could perhaps be improved is the water pressure in the shower, which was quite low — but this is a minor detail in an otherwise excellent stay.

Sehr freundliches Personal und schöne Zimmer. Die Lage war perfekt weil wir vieles zu Fuß machen konnten. Auch bei Fragen wurde uns jederzeit geholfen. Tolles Café im Erdgeschoss mit leckeren selbstgemachten Kuchen und kleinen Speisen.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is beautiful, charming, and very comfortable, with so much character. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere made it feel like a little oasis in the middle of Ho Chi Minh City. The location was also very convenient for exploring the city. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Petit havre de paix dans une rue calme proche des différents points d'intérêt de Saïgon. Il est juste au dessus d'une boulangerie qui gère l'hôtel et le personnel est super aimable et accueillant. Un bon pour consommer à la boulangerie est offert suivant le nombre de jours réservés. Lit super confortable, bon wifi, bonne insonorisation intérieure et petit balcon très appréciable. Il y a un resto trop bon juste en face.

La pression de la douche un peu faible et le fait que l'hôtel soit géré par les employés de la boulangerie donc il n'y a pas de vrai réception et c'est seulement ouvert aux heures d'ouvertures de la boulangerie mais des boîtier à clés sont à dispo. Pour rentrer après la fermeture il faut ouvrir le store de la boulangerie avec une clé automatique. Un peu déroutant au début mais on s'y fait très vite.

This place is a jewel in the heart of D1. Mid-block on a relatively calm street, the rooms are above the cafe, accessed by elevator. Each floor has 2 rooms, one facing back. The other forward. There is also a nice garden porch shared space on 4th floor. The room was cool, quiet AC. Augmented by a ceiling fan. Plenty of space to stash luggage and clothes. And a small porch to dry clothes. A smart TV was there with Netflix. And a very good Bose Bluetooth speaker. The room decor was thoughtful with old school room maps on cotton canvas. So cool, I found a store that sells them and bought a couple. The room also had a first aid kit, for just in case. I really enjoyed my stay there, an easy walk to coffee shops, barbers, good eats, etc. I've probably stayed in 40+ boutique hotels and AirBnB in D1, D2, D3, D4, in past 4-5 years and I'm most likely to return here if a room is available.

Very comfortable and super thoughtful details that made the stay even more relaxing whilst in a great central location. The rooftop garden is peaceful & a great place to take some pastries and coffees up to from the patisserie downstairs.

amazing little spot in a super convenient location in district 1. staff were friendly and welcoming and the room had everything we needed (even a washing machine which was a real bonus). a perfect (great value) base for a weekend in HCMC!

A lovely place. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and with lots of natural light. The bakery downstairs is a great place to grab a bite and relax. Location is great, within walking distance to many locations, yet on a quiet side street.

The location, rooms and facilities were exceptional! It’s very convenient to be located above the lovely little coffee shop offering amazing coffees and pastries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a washing machine in the room was also useful.

Only minor point, we were on the top floor near the communal balcony and sometimes were disturbed by other guests late at night.

Wow,such a lovely hotel, situated in a nice quiet street in a busy city,great location,everything was perfect,my room was so comfortable,the attention to detail was excellent even the beding and towels smelled so nice,it felt more like a home than a hotel,super friendly and helpful staff as well

Boutique hotel, with a very central location, close to everything (Including a minimart, craft beer bar, and an excellent Banh Mi spot right next door). Super clean, staff was very friendly too, and the aesthetics of the rooms were very cute and cosy! Highly recommended!

Mit der hübschen Einfahrt zu der Straße fängt schon alles mit Erleichterung u einem Lächeln im Gesicht an. Unten gehört eine süße Patisserie zu dem Maison mit herrlichem Gebäck, tollem Café u gechillter Atmosphäre. Empfang war sehr zuvorkommend. Gepäck wurde sofort entgegen genommen. Den Zimmerschlüssel bekamen wir zügig. Besitzerin ist von Viietnam, er Deutsch u von daher spricht sie perfekt Deutsch. Der Aufzug in die 4. Etage brachte uns zu unserem kuscheligen Dachzimmer mit gemütlichem Bambusbett u Laternenleuchte. Der Ausblick durch die Holzrollos bringt Vietnamfeeling. Alles sehr leise. Bad hat eine schöne Dusche, viel u direktes warmes Wasser. Das Becken voll schön u Bambusdesignwasserhahn. Viel Abstellflächen. Grosser Spiegel im Zimmer, Kühlschrank. Café, Tee u Wasser. Alles perfekt. Unten im Café kann man wunderbar den Tag mit einem Frühstück starten. Leider waren wir nur 1 Nacht dort. Wären so gerne länger geblieben!!!Danke für so ein tolles Finale in Vietnam!!

Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Waschmaschine. Frühstück und Kuchen gab es direkt im Kaffee.

Das Zimmer so wie Müll und Handtücher wurden erst nach dem dritten Tag gereinigt. Das Hotel liegt zwar in einer Seitenstraße, in der es aber auch Nachts relativ laut ist, zu unserem Aufenthalt gab es noch eine Baustelle in den frühen Morgenstunden.

Le confort et l’emplacement !

Il y avait un peu de bruit à cause de travaux dans le building d’à côté. Mais le personnel a été prévenant et nous a offert le petit déjeuner de la boulangerie en compensation. :)

Très belle chambre, décorée avec goût. Vous avez tout sur place ou dans les alentours car l’endroit est très bien situé. Personnel très gentil et avenant. Un grand merci à tous.

Уникальный интерьер как в номере, так и в остальных помещениях! Много facilities — стиральная машина в номере, разные девайсы в шкафу. Наличие и кондиционера, и вентилятора. Наличие кафе-булочной внизу — очень удобно в случае необходимости. Доброжелательные хозяева.

Ванная комната тесная — пока один человек сидит на унитазе, второму проблематично выйти из душа. Вид из окна некрасивый. Мусорные пакеты в урнах были расположены так, что при бросании в них мусора, они сбиваются и падают на дно урны. Неочевидная система работы кондиционера и вентилятора.

It was in a very nice location, close to everything but not affecteed by the noise you might expect in a tourist area. The room and the balcony was very nice but bear in mind the balcony is not attcahed to your room, that was a bit of a surprise.

The Wifi was not working while we were there, we stayed for only one night so there was no time to report the issue and get it sorted.

Wonderful large room. Great views over rooftops from our room and a large rooftop communal area. Washing machine. Best air con and ceiling fan combination. Great location on a vibrant street. And The Maison Song Anh is a bakery with Wonderful food and tea and cheesecake..... Mmmmm.

Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und empfehlen es wärmstens weiter! Das saubere Zimmer war charmant, es fehlte an nichts. Das dazugehörige Café mit der Dachterrasse war das I-Tüpfelchen.

Une adresse parfaite : la chambre est jolie, confortable, ultra propre, dans un coin plus agréable que d'autres du district 1. Le lave-linge sur place nous a bien rendu service et l'egg coffee du RDC est délicieux !

Juste pas de chance d'être tombés pendant des travaux bruyants dans l'immeuble voisin.

Le camere si trovano al piano superiore della pasticceria gestita dalle proprietarie, molto buona e carina. Sono molto ben arredate e provviste di qualunque cosa. Si trova in centro, ma in una via molto piccola in cui praticamente non c'è passaggio di auto. Di fronte ci sono un ottimo ristorante e un buon centro massaggi.

Zdecydowanie dobry wybór. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, pieszo można dostać się do atrakcji dystryktu 1. Bardzo, bardzo czysto co dla nas jest najważniejsze. Pokój duży z wszystkimi istotnymi udogodnieniami. Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Bardzo ładny. Łazienka również ładna, duża. Śniadania płatne bardzo dobre szczególnie te na słodko. Obsługa bardzo grzeczna i uprzejma.

Śniadania trochę za drogie, szczególnie dla gości którzy płacą nie mało za noclegi.

Everything was great!

Wir waren vier Nächte in dieser Unterkunft und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Das freundliche Personal, die gut ausgestatteten Zimmer, die Dachterrasse, das kostenlose Wasser und das sehr schöne Café machen den Aufenthalt einfach wunderbar.

Loved the cool, stylish vibe of Maison Song Anh - everything about it was special, the beautiful. airy room and chic balcony, the chilled roof terrace vibe and the delicious cakes and breakfasts in the patisserie/cafe downstairs. The staff were wonderful - super- friendly and welcoming… we both wish we could have stayed longer.

L'accueil chaleureureux, le confort et les équipements de la chambre ( climatisation ajustée, machine à laver, douche operationnelle). Qualité de la literie. Silence de la rue, bien qu'en plein district 1. La localisation était parfaite, pour rayonner, faire les visites et excursions et se reposer dans un environnement calme.

Sehr zentral und doch ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Leckere Köstlichkeiten im Café und sehr freundliche Chefin und Mitarbeiterinnen. Habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt.

Останавливался в этом отеле между перелетами на Фукуок. Важно было расстояние от аэропорта и возможность посмотреть основные достопримечательности города. Естественно чистый со всем необходимым и по разумной цене. Отель оказался подходящим по всем критериям. От аэропорта 8 км (по времени 40 минут при среднем трафике). Отель находится в 1м районе, рядом со всеми туристическими улицами, магазинами и ресторанами. И, не смотря на это, в тихой улочке, поэтому никакого шума в номере нет. Номера чистые. Для остановки на несколько дней в самый раз.

A very welcoming place to stay, in central District 1 but in a quiet location. A lot of thought has gone in to the rooms to make them really comfortable & well appointed. Lots of hooks in bathroom! Delicious coffee & food in the ground floor cafe, really lovely staff there too. Be sure to sit & enjoy their roof garden. Within 10 min walking distance to 'Soul Classic pub' (enter via car park to take elevator...) which has a cool rooftop bar with city view. Decent prices.

We hebben hier vaker verbleven en komen er zeker terug. Alles was gewoon top. Perfecte kamer, heerlijke bedden, lekkere douche en zeer goeie airco die ook echt stil is in de nacht. Prima ligging in district 1. Was de prijs meer dan waard!

Ontbijt vinden wij wel aardig en eigenlijk te duur. Maar genoeg andere ontbijtmogelijkheden in de omgeving

Byliśmy w tym obiekcie na początku listopada 2025 i z przyjemnością wróciliśmy przed odlotem powrotnym do Polski, po dwóch tygodniach podróży. Obiekt jest kameralny, czysty, prowadzony z dbałością o szczegóły. Widać, że włożono serce w jego powstanie. Pokoje, w których spaliśmy (Bamboo i Indochina) były zawsze sprzątnięte, przestronne, urządzone z pomysłem, bardzo wygodne dla pary. W pokoju bamboo była pralka, która jest dużym atutem. Obiekt położony jest w super odległości od centrum i popularnych miejsc w Sajgonie. Przy jednym z pobytów korzystaliśmy z funkcji późnego zameldowania - hotel bez problemu zgodził się na pozostawienie dla nas klucza w specjalnej skrytce i wszystko przebiegło bardzo sprawnie. Obiekt nie oferuje śniadań, ale w piekarni, która znajduje się na parterze obiektu (i przez którą też następuje wejście do pokoi) są opcje śniadaniowe - bagietki, croissanty czy tosty. Korzystaliśmy z piekarni w czasie naszego pobytu i jest tam pysznie :) Ostatnie na co należy zwrócić uwagę to przemiłe Panie w piekarni!! Zawsze uśmiechnięte i służące pomocą. Jeżeli będziemy mieli okazję zawitać jeszcze kiedyś do Ho Chi Minh to z pewnością zatrzymamy się w tym obiekcie. Było ekstra :)

Na pewno można znaleźć tańszy booking, ale wtedy nie macie na wyciągnięcie ręki pyszności z piekarni Maison Song Anh, więc po co ;)

I had the rooftop suite and everything was perfect. Private, quiet.

Der herzliche Empfang, die liebevolle, wunderschöne Ausstattung. Einfach ein absoluter Wohlfühlort. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Preis-Leistung stimmt, Lage ist auch sehr gut.

Really nice hotel/guesthouse, small which we really liked, not on a main road so it was quiet but a very good location. Very spacious, staff very helpful and the patisserie/cafe on the ground floor was convenient. Plus the bonus of a washing machine in our first room! We liked it so much we actually stayed there twice.

De kamer was bij aankomst netjes verzorgd en de locatie, midden in de stad, is perfect.

Tijdens ons gehele verblijf hebben we geen personeel van de accommodatie gezien, alleen medewerkers van het bijbehorende bakkerijtje. Hun Engels was echter zo beperkt dat communiceren lastig was en we zelden een duidelijk antwoord kregen. De entree bestond uit een rolluik dat met een afstandsbediening geopend moest worden, wat wat onpersoonlijk aanvoelde. Tijdens ons driedaags verblijf zijn er geen nieuwe handdoeken verstrekt en is de kamer niet schoongemaakt. Bovendien was de douche ’s nachts niet warm, wat onhandig was gezien onze vroege uitcheck vanwege de terugvlucht.

This was such a wonderful stay in Ho Chi Minh - the room was so nice, comfy bed, great air conditioning, and a washing machine in the room. Big rooftop on the top floor that was covered so we could sit outside even when it was raining. Staff were so lovely, brought us up our coffees and food after we ordered downstairs up to our room for us one night. Amazing coconut coffee, Netflix on the tv and down a quiet side street cross from a great restaurant. 10/10 - thank you for having us! :)
