Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilft bei sämtlichen Anliegen. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Hotel hat eine phänomenale Aussicht auf Heidelberg samt Schloss! Man ist wirklich in 2-3 min zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum.

The owner needs to step it up . Selling the hotel as a 5 star is a scam. Everything is old , stained, dirty, dirty. Avoid it . Its not worth it. Parking was a big head ache. Its definitely not for the older or people with mobility issues. The hotel had tried to remove my review. Im writing this again !

Abbiamo avuto un problema con la chiave all’arrivo (ci era stata consegnata una chiave che apriva una camera diversa), ma sono riuscìta a risolverlo. Un ringraziamento particolare al ragazzo della reception del mattino, che è stato molto professionale, gentile ed efficiente. L’unico aspetto migliorabile è che la sera non c’è personale presente: in caso di imprevisti( come nel mio caso) si deve ricorrere all’assistenza telefonica, che può essere difficile se non si parla tedesco. Colazione senza glutine eccellente.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Alex was an exceptional receptionist and assisted us with many things. I thank him kindly. He is a real asset to the hotel. Also, the man from Tunisia was also wonderful in assisting us. I have two complaints-the first is in regard to the shower in the bathtub. It was exceedingly difficult to enter and get out of the tub and very slippery. This is a dangerous situation. The second really has nothing to do,with the hotel but rather the boat Patria. I had reserved dinner for my last evening on the boat three months ago. No one ever told us that this reservation would not be honored. after I had gotten dressed and appeared at the reception at 7, I was told by the gentleman on duty that the boat was being used for a private party that evening. No one ever contacted me to tell me about this situation. I really was dumbfounded as I had never had a situation like this before.

Sauberkeit - Badewannenboden gut gereinigt - Badewannenseitenwände unangenehm "plezig" - augenscheinlich sauber - haptisch nicht.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Unterkunft is außergewöhnlich, aber teils sehr in die Jahre gekommen, abgewohnt und für den Preis sind viele Details einfach nicht stimmig. Die Farbe des Balkons blättert ab, die Plastikpflanzen am Balkon sind sehr alt, der Teppich im Treppenhaus ausgefranst, die Küchenzeile abgewoht und, und, und. Mit viel Geschmack gediegen eingerichtet, aber leider fällt am Ende auf, dass es nicht mehr gepflegt wird.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à deux pas du Alte Brücke, sur le Neckar. Les chambres offrent une belle vue sur la rivière, avec une terrasse dans notre cas. Elles sont spacieuses, bien équipées (lits confortables, baignoire, machine à café, mini-bar) et décorées avec goût.
Il manque peut-être juste un petit plus, au niveau des services et des équipements proposés, étant donné le prix. Le petit-déjeuner, par exemple, est très bon, mais sans plus.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026I loved my stay at House of Hutter! The hotel has the best location, right across the old bridge, with wonderful views to the Neckar river, the bridge, the old town, the castle. The lounge is beautifully appointed, furnished with care. My room was lovely as well, with a small entrance space, a seating area, a spacious bathroom, and the bedroom. There was more than enough space to unpack, plenty of counter space in the bathroom as well. I liked the layout of the bathroom as well, the presence of a bidet, and of a real door (not glass!). The bed was comfortable, the pillows soft. The staff was friendly and polite. I requested breakfast in the room for one of the days, and it arrived exactly on time, and with a bonus birthday cake (many thanks!). I will definitely come back, and perhaps request the room with the balcony, for an even better way of enjoying that beautiful view.
There was a minor problem with my shower - i could not get the handheld piece to work on its own, it worked only together with the overhead shower. The reception area air was slightly stuffy at times, not ventilated very well, you could still smell eggs from breakfast even in the afternoon.

Das Essen war zT kalt. 5 oder 6x fiel der Strom aus und somit auch die Heizung. Meine Partnerin fror. Für Euro 371.00 für 2 Personen eine Katastrophe. Boot gehört zum Hotel Hütter! 2. Der Hund kostete Euro 55 zusätzlich. Man müsse danach das Zimmer wieder, wegen dem Hund reinigen. Ein absoluter Schmarren! Unser Hund war sauberer als das Zimmer. Ich sage Ihnen, was wir für fast Euro 400 erhalten haben ... a) ein kaltes Zimmer. Heizung musste durch uns eingeschaltet werden! b) Sidemöbel hatte noch klebrige Ringe von Getränken auf der Glasplatte (Foto vorhanden) c) Ein Fauteuille war an zwei Orten zerschliessen (Foto vorhanden) d) Die Bettdecke war nicht gebügelt, zerknittert (Foto vorhanden) e) Lampenschirm Ständerlampe war mit Flecken überzogen (Foto vorhanden) f) Wasserflecken auf dem Holzboden (Foto vorhanden) g) Bettsitzmöbel mit Flecken überzogen (Foto vorhanden) h) Und zuguter Letzt - Flaschenöffner war nicht vorhanden, unser Schweizer Sackmesser hat uns gerettet. Aber 55 Euro noch zusätzlich abkassieren für den Hund.
