The location was brilliant overall the apartment was ok

It was advertised for sleeping 6 while the double beds upstairs was comfortable the pull out bed in the living room was really uncomfortable

The situation of the app is perfect, because it's really close to the city center and that allows to manage everything. The appartment is big so it's perfect for 5 friends more than 60 years all, and it isn't noisy. We repeat this building every year, but this time we had the best appartment

Apartment was in serious need of some TLC. The floors feel like they are going to give way. Pull out couch bed could not really be considered as a second bed. The smell of what ever someone is cooking as you enter into the apartment block is horrendous.

But sofa bed isn’t good for bed coz broken by someone been used before ya came. It’s nice apartment inside.

Las ventanas no se podían abrir, ya que estan ubicadas en el techo, tampoco cerraban las cortinas, por lo tanto entraba luz al salir el sol en la mañana y no se descansa bien. Había mal olor por no poder ventilar los ambientes. El estado de mantenimiento general no es bueno. Las fotos no reflejan la realidad.

We loved the location, really interesting building. Close to all of the places in Liverpool we wanted to visit. Perfect for me and my three teenagers. Gorgeous design. Comfy beds.

Apartment very roomy, the 2 beds very comfy, everything we needed was provided, including washing up liquid! Location great for Docks, Mathew Street and Concert square

The sky lights had no pole to open or close them. They were stuck open during our stay which luckily wasn't too much of an issue as weather was hot but if it had rained it would have been difficult. Also the sofa bed in living room did not go into a double bed as described which was a problem as 2 people had to sleep on it.

The location was great for bars and restaurants

It doesn't look like the photos anymore! It's grubby tired and falling apart. The floor is very bouncy like it's rotten. The flooring is chipped and the walls have LOTS of holes in them. A big stain on one of the beds was quite unpleasant. It is right at the top of the building and is like a furnace with the only openable windows being skylights. We eventually found a hoover tube that we could push them open with. The 2 fans (between 3 sleeping areas) had massive dust bunnies in them and barely blew any air as a result. One of the skylight blinds had what appeared to be blood on it. Another had a broken blind that covered half of it. The bathrooms both had moisture stains and the main bathroom had blown plaster because of the moisture. There was nowhere to hang a towel in the ensuite so we had to drip back into the bedroom to get our towels. The fridge is on a 30° angle and the kick boards fell off every time we opened it. I'm glad it was only for one night. It wasn't worth the price we paid sadly.

Location was perfect. Beds were really comfortable, towels were plenty and very soft.

Tv remote s didn’t work. Door handle was loose in bedroom and in en-suite. Toilet roll holder broken off needed replacement. Apartment needed a bit of cleaning and TLC.

Erittäin siisti ja puhdas huoneisto. Jopa poreamme oli puhdas! Sijainti loistava hiljaisella sivukadulla mutta hyvin lyhyt kävelymatka keskustaan ja Waterfrontiin. Pyykinpesukone oli plussaa!

Kesäkuumalla (+32 päivällä; jopa +27 yöllä) ilmastointi olisi ollut tarpeen, tuuletin onneksi oli mutta ei auttanut enää noin kuumassa riittävästi.

The rooms were spacious and location was excellent

There wasn't any sockets by the bed and no socket for hairdryer by mirror. No wardrobes in one bedroom.

The location was excellent ,lose to the centre with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby . easy access at 3pm by code on main door and flat door. The bedrooms were comfortable with double beds and en suite in one Generally in good clean condition

It was very hot with not much ventilation and the fans were useless . The curtains in the lounge/kitchen were to small for the windows and one of the bed settees was broken making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Both settees were well worn and need replacing. Noise from outside in the morning

Great location! Good size for 2 people.

Very warm, especially during a heatwave. A bit daft you can’t crack the windows open even a tiny bit. We were glad to get outside when we left. Lots of things need fixing - curtain hook for the tie backs was literally a screw in the wall, tv was wonky, loo roll holder was hanging off the wall. Small things but you expect it to be perfect for £280+ for one night. Not happy that the lift was broken and we weren’t told. My husband is disabled so it was difficult to get him up a flight of stairs.

We stayed in a heat wave and it was hot which wasn’t helped by not having any windows or roof lights that we could open. The fans helped but there just wasn’t any opportunity to get cool air in.

Its location in the city centre is fantastic, 5 minutes to Matthew Street and main shopping area and 10 minutes to Albert Dock. Some street noise but to be expected due to its location. It offered great accommodation for 5 of us over a split level. Kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable! Having two bathrooms was great.

Needs a bit of TLC, looking a bit tired in various places. Not enough plugs upstairs. Due to the hot weather and only having four velux windows it was extremely hot in the apartment. Two fans had been provided - could have done with another. We had a problem with one of the bathrooms but this was quickly resolved for us. The lift didn’t go to floor 3. Kept going up and down to the basement and up to floor 2 - with the doors attempting to open in between floors.

Location was great,close to restaurants, shops and bus /train stations , yet quiet. Very comfortable bed. Great shower Very nicely decorated Kitchen well equipped although we didn't cook

Property was clean and in such a good location to everything and only half an hour uber from the airport. Loved the way the key was in a lockbox on arrival so no hassle of checking in and waiting around. Loads of space for everything also.

Some toilet flushers and seats need to be updated. A door handle should also be changed on one of the upper bedrooms. Everything was still functional but just for the future in case they do break fully. Other than that it was amazing

Really lovely apartment (I loved the decor) with everything we needed in a great central location. We would stay again!

It was 29 degrees and extremely hot when we walked in. We couldn't open any windows to let fresh air in. I understand why the windows couldn't be opened for safety reasons but there was no air conditioning or fan to use instead. The lift was too small for luggage and pram etc. We managed it but not ideal. No luggage storage.

Located in a good central area of the city, good sized apartment that slept all 7 of us comfortably.

Through no fault of the owners the first apartment we were given hadn’t had the cleaners round to clean up from the previous occupants. The owner was quick to rectify this and provided us with a bigger apartment that had been cleaned at no extra cost.

Loved how central it was and the layout of the room. Bed was really comfortable.

Water didn't stay hot enough as runs off a tank. Would be OK if having quick showers but one of us used the jacuzzi not realising and then the others had to wait for water to heat up again.

Ubicación excelente, en todo el centro de Liverpool, al lado de todo lo importante. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, limpio y en una zona sin ruido, y cerca hay supermercados y bares, restaurantes, de todo. El jacuzzi es una maravilla.

El sofá cama es durísimo, podrían tener un sofá más cómodo. No hay escoba ni fregona. La ducha del baño no tiene mango, solo grifo, sería más cómoda con un mango, y por la parte del efecto lluvia sólo salía agua fría.

Location was very good 👍 and there was enough room in both apartments.

The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable with it being leather, you get provided with a sheet but didn't really help much. Could of done with extra pillows for the people on the sofa bed as only got 1 each.

indicamos cuantas personas éramos y la distribución en dos apartamentos fue algo extraña la ducha del apartamento 26 se salía, la mampara no cerraba, el apartamento 26 un poco oscuro el apartamento 12B mucho más iluminado

The location was amazing, close to Mathew Street and the Liverpool one shopping centre. The Royal Albert dock was a 15inute walk. The beds were comfortable with plenty of room.

2nd bedroom is tiny with a small double bed. No where to hang clothes or storage in the 2nd bedroom. Windows were small portholes in every room so rooms were dark. Sofa bed in living room was broken. It had to be propped against the wall to use as a sofa. Photos made the apartment look spacious, it wasn’t and we were very disappointed.

Location was insanely good. Just enough outside of the very centre so that it's quiet, and close enough that most places were within 5-10 minutes walk. The apartment was easy to access, clean, and enough space for us all. We mainly used it as a base so it was nice to have a place close by to chill and sleep. A few minor apartment concerns were ironed out through communication with the host.

Would be harsh to say there were things I didn't like as realistically, for the price we paid, the place was next to none. There isn't much clothes storage, and I would check with host if anything particular you want to cook in case you need to bring own pans etc.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en el centro de Liverpool.

Si bien el departamento es grande, tenia 2 habitaciones y 2 baños, tenía muchos detalles de mantenimiento, como pintura, estado de los pisos. El que nos tocó a nosotros no tenía ventanas, y realmente nos sentimos un poco sofocados, pero es cómodo.

Tot i avisar de la nostra arribada tard els calefactors estaven desendollats i l’apartament estava gelat. Només hi ha dos petits radiadors que no aconsegueixen acalentar l’estancia ni del menjador on hi ha dos sofàs llits ni el bany i passadís el qual genera molta incomoditat a l’hivern. Els edredons dels sofàs llit eren molt prims i va costar dormir.

The location was excellent,

The apartment needs updating, no power in showers. Could not close the bedroom door upstairs and no door on the single bedroom. Living room needs bigger couch for 6 people.

Location was perfect, apartment was nice, and clean.

Hot water wasn’t great, 7 of us stayed there and only 3 managed a warm shower. Sofa beds weren’t the comfiest but fine for a long weekend.

Outstanding communication from Host. Superb central location. Towels very good quality and the apartment quickly warms up. Very cosy.

Decoration bit tired in places and could do with touching up. 2nd bedroom very tight for 2 people.
