Great location, nice view, spacious. Staff was kind enough to let us in early after a long flight

Room is superficially clean only. The tops of the shelves are full of dust. I'm allergic to dust mites and got triggered pretty hard.

For 1st time visitors to KL, it an ideal location. BTS mall is part of the complex, Imbi monorail station attached. The swimming pool is great, always cool & refreshing - never overcrowded. Plenty of food options in BTS for when it's raining & hard to get around. The Japanese restaurant is good value - fresh with a huge selection.

if I have one criticism, the rooms are a little dated, ither than that...no issues, I will stay there again.

No stove for light cooking

The location right above a major shopping mall and within walking distance to many other shopping districts and eateries are a big plus. The check-in staff was very helpful and courteous although I checked in really late around 10pm due to an unforeseen delay. The unit itself was spacious and well equipped for my family of 2 adults and 2 older children.

Parts of the furnishing and carpentry was really dated. Some of the electrical sockets were a little loose and parts of the wooden flooring worn out from age. Perhaps refurbishment of the unit would help make the stay more pleasant.

being located in the heart of the city, the view was breathtaking. I'm usually not a fan of city lights but this, this is crazy. remember to turn off the light for the best city view. bed was a bit on the firmer side but still comfortable to sleep in, the single bed was facing the window and it was beautiful

the shower didn't have warm water so we had to shower on the bathtub. outside of the mall can also be a bit sketchy, saw a homeless person 'beating' an empty water bottle with a big stick :( was kinda scared since we're all girls and this was close to midnight

Highly recommend the apartment for the price point. Location is fabulous and the cleaning and guest services team are very friendly and accommodating.

The room curtains is not able to close completely. When you sleep the sunlight comes through especially the single bed which facing the window.

لقد اقمت في هذه الشقق بالتحديد في الوحدة رقم A23-04 الطابق 23 في الفترة من نهاية اكتوبر الي منتصف نوفمبر 2025 ولقد تعرضت للابتزاز واخذ قيمة التامين 300 ريجنت ماليزي . انهم يقومون بوضع ملايات واغطية بها بقع ومتسخه عن قصد ومن ثم يقولون انك من قمت بهذا حتي ياخذون منك مبلغ التامين فقط مع الاسف ولقد اخبرت المالك فور خروج مدبرة التنظيف المنزلي لديهم ان اغطية وملايات متسخة التي قامت بتغيرها وبها بقع رغم ان مدبرة قامت بتغيرها للتو مع الاسف . لذلك احزرو جيداً من ذلك قمت بأرسال الصور التي تثبت ذلك لادارة بوكينج ودردشة واتس اب مع المالك حتي يتاخذو معهم الاجراء المناسب .

Unfortunately, it was a very wrong choice. The furniture was old and worn out, and the apartment smelled disgusting I stayed in these apartments specifically in Unit No. A23-04, 23rd floor, from the end of October to mid-November 2025, and I was blackmailed and the security deposit was taken at 300 Malaysian regents. They purposely place sheets and covers that have stains and are dirty, and then they say that you are the one who did this, so that they only take the security deposit from you, unfortunately. I informed the owner immediately after their house cleaning housekeeper left that the dirty covers and sheets that she changed had stains, even though the housekeeper had just changed them, unfortunately. So guess carefully, I sent the pictures proving this to the Booking administration and a WhatsApp chat with the owner so that they would take the appropriate action with them for this deliberate fraud.

La taille de l'appartement, la vue à couper le souffle, la localisation très centrale, le propriétaire et la personne qui nous accueille sont très accessibles et arrangeants.

L'appartement n'a pas été refait depuis longtemps et les traces d'usures sont bien présentes.

Ik had een erg goed verblijf in Luxhouz Suites! Het appartement was groot en comfortabel, met een goed bed en goede kussens. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig in de keuken: airco, koelkast, magnetron en waterkoker. Het hoogtepunt was het fantastische uitzicht op de Petronas Towers, heel indrukwekkend! Kamer lag op verdieping 36. Het zwembad is ruim, met genoeg ligbedden en je mag gewoon in bikini zwemmen. De locatie was top. Het winkelcentrum op gelijkvloers is erg handig. Supermarkt, 7 eleven, restaurants etc overal te vinden. Een aanrader!

The property was adequate although dated and with very little in the way of provisions. A tiny bottle of shampoo and the barest kitchen essentials. Linen clean but sheets were no longer white and looked unappealing. No hand towels or tea towel from memory. The location was good and staff responsive.

Awkward dated lay out

Big clean room with comfy bed, great view and small kitchen. Good aircon, perfect location near to monorail and well connected to main attractions, huge pool with bar and food, sauna, fitness centre. Best of all is the location right above huge shopping centre with food, shops and entertainment for all (including full size rollercoaster). Overall, Henry and Rocky really made our experience special, our stay felt like a 5* at a very affordable price.

Easy access to Berjaya mall. Great swimming pool. Gym is basic but enough for a seasoned gymgoer. The apartment has a nice bathtub to relax after a long day.

The apartment is a bit old but if you're not fussy it's not a problem. Some damage in the bathroom or furniture, so think about taking pictures especially if you pay a deposit. My main issue was how during the check-in I was asked for a 250RM cash deposit. I was never informed prior, maybe consider adding this on booking? It's becoming a weird trend in KL apartments. Unless you are a hotel, or providing clear receipts and rules for the deposit, I cannot just hand you 250RM in cash and pray to get it back if you decide to show up exactly when I'm checking out. Since the only lobby in this building is used by a hotel (and not the provider of this housing), it seemed pretty sketchy to me.

The Suite met my expectations as it was very clean and just a 10-15 min drive to most attractions. Rocky, who is the person looking after the suite is very friendly and helpful.

it was convenient for the purpose of my visit, the room its self was large enough for 2 adults and easily 1 child if required. The view of this room was good it partially over looked the roof top of the shopping complex and over looked the pool with a west facing aspect.

1. The furniture in the room is fairly out dated and could be improved, a chair was broken and was reported to the room boy but was not changed as they had no replacement. 2. They request a room deposit for any damage to the room which is ok but i requested a receipt but the room boy could not supply one so i never had to pay a deposit. 3. Room cleaning is minimal they will change the sheets, etc but other than that there's no vacuuming or dusting or cleaning of shower etc. 4. The arrival reception is completely hap- hazard, you arrive at the East wing in times square there is no reception ??? the security guard will call a room boy to come fetch you who will sign you into a booklet registrar at the secuirity in the lobby then escort you to your room. 5. Inside the kitchenette area is crockery is minimal and very dated. 6. AFTER BOOKING WITH BOOKING.COM MY CREDIT CARD WAS FRAUDULENTLY USED TO THE TUNE OF 29,000 MYR.... I CONTACTED THE HOTEL BUT THEY SAID THAT ALL PAYMENTS ARE COMPLETED WITH BOOKING.COM AND THEY DO NOT SEE ANY CUSTOMERS CC DETAILS ONLY BOOKING.COM. I CONTACTED BOOKING.COM BUT NEVER GOT ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM ??? PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN USING YOUR CC IN MALAYSIA AND WITH BOOKING.COM!!!!!!

The room is massive, bed was comfortable. Location was great for shopping, and attractions were about a 10 minute drive or 20-30 minute walk. Very convenient being connected to the shopping centre and not having to go far for meals. Nice pool - needs more lounge furniture. Also had a steam room and sauna which I didn't use but good to have.

My only comment is that the room is a little outdated and doesn't really suit the stars allocated, but this is only aesthetics.

Super Service very spascious suites

It is a little tired. So don't expect it to be immaculate. You get what you pay for, but the location is good. There are a few little issues that others may find bad. Me no, it is what it is.

1. The sink in the bathroom is clogged. 2. The master room toilet bowl is also clogged. 3. Need to do immediate maintenance and change the plumbing so that it is more comfortable and the water flow is fast and large.

Comfortable bed, shower had good water pressure. Large swimming pool. Rocky and Anamul were attentive to our requests.

The bed took up too much room in the bedroom. The kitchen wasn't much of a kitchen. Only had small microwave and small fridge. We like to prepare our own meals so the kitchen area was a bummer. The apartment was dated with torn cushion on sofa chair.

The apartment is well maintained, very spacious, clean, and looks exactly like the photos. Its location is a huge plus point; MRT, Bukit Bintang is in walking distance, and there is a mall and food court downstairs, so it's super convenient. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The position is perfect for running around the city center by walking. The view from the room is wonderful as you get the main city skyline in front of you.

The room is quite outdated. We had few issues due to lack of regular maintenance (bathroom leakages, main door lock not working, minifridge not running properly), and had repair team staying for quite some time in few instances in our rooms, which would have been quite annoying if we were to use more the apartment.

Mr Henry make our stays pleasant and convenient at its best.

It was a great place to stay for our recent trip! It was very clean, with comfortable beds. The location was perfect for exploring the city, And the most that I like is the host (Mr Henry) was very responsive to our messages. We would definitely recommend this place to others

The area, the mall in the complex, was convenient.

The housekeeping was not good, there was no drying cloth in the kitchen, the sponse was filthy, the first day stay the room was not properly tidied, the bed was not made. The curtains in the lounge area got stuck on it's tracks exposing the room in the evening when lit. The lace curtains were sparse in the corner window. Generally, the suite needs a complete upgrade. The floors are of poor quality in the bedroom, lounge, and kitchen.

Great communication with the boys who running the apartments, always replying and helping in any way possible, 24/7 around the clock. The apartment located in a great spot, above a huge shopping centre and in a prime area with walking distance to the night market and shops. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Luxhouz Suites. The location was fantastic, the room was huge and very comfortable. We had a great view of the pool, and the check in/out process was smooth. Our host Henry was lovely, very attentive and hospitable. Thank you for a great stay. We highly recommend and will definitely return.
