The apartment has anything I needed during the stayings. Specially the second bed is so much helpful for us as a family with kid. The area is calm and safe, and there is a tram close by.

We like the place, it is quiet and we have the whole big room to ourselves. The facility provided exceeded our expectations which made our stay in Vienna amazing. Great host Reinhard

It was cold during the nights. We could not adjust the temperature however we used extra blankets that was provided

The apartment is located quite near the city centre, there is only a few minutes walk to the tram/bus station or to the grocery store, so the infrastructure is quite developed. The place itself is on the ground floor, so it is a plus for anyone travelling with a large suitcase like me, as it had been easy to haul the thing up a few stairs. The place is warm and the guests can regulate the temperature themselves. There are also all the utensils available for anyone wishing to cook or wash for themselves, the place is perfect for 3-4 people stay.

The walls are a bit thin, so sometimes you can hear the neighbours, but it’s not really that much or bad.

Krásny apartmán v tichej lokalite blízko od centra mesta. Apartmán bol krásny, plne vybavený čo sme veľmi ocenili keďže sme sa stravovali sami. Určite odporúčam všetkým a určite sa sem ešte vrátime 😊

Nemám čo vytknúť, ale pre mňa bol na posteli príliš mäkký matrac čo mi veľmi nevyhovovalo na moju chrbticu, ale spala som na prístelke kde bol matrac super

Сподобалось розташування, недалеко від центру, є місця щоб припаркувати авто поруч В номері чисто, добре працює опалення, було комфортно вночі взимку. Ми були з 2 дітьми - для них приготували місця на дивані, диван широкий та місткий. В номері є фен)

Якось не дуже гарно та охайно виглядать двері на які приклеїли просто гіпсокартон та трохи погано працює злив води в душевій. Також було б непогано в коридорі перед вхідними дверями змонтувати якесь освітлення, так як ми приїхали піздно і нам довелось включати фонарики на телефонах, щоб знайти вхідні двері

Quiet part of the city with good connection to the city centre, there is a tram station ~150 m from the apartment. Also there are two supermarkets in vicinity, Billa ~250 m from the apartment and Lidl ~450 m.

Checkout was too early, 10 am.

That days was very cold in Vienna, but the heating in apartment was excellent

It was a perfect stay , clean , comfortable and everything you need , hosts communication was perfect , will definitely book again when I come to Vienna again

Apartment spacious, conforrtable, very well equipped in a quiet area about twenty minutes subway from the center of Vienna. Inside coffee and tea facilities, food, a modern washing machine

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und die gute Erreichbarkeit von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Wien. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war wirklich wie ein Zuhause fern von Zuhause – sehr gemütlich und angenehm!

Es hat uns wirklich alles gefallen – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

The accommodation was exactly as advertised, with comfortable beds, a pleasant bathroom and a decent kitchen. Everything was straightforward and communication was quick. Recommend!

Everything was exactly as shown on booking.com. The owner is extremely kind and accommodating.

Very good size apartment, kitchen well equipped to prepare few meals at home, comfortable beds, could warm the apartment as need it, hot water, very close to reach by tram, quiet at night. We love it and hope to come back!

I didn't like it: it was very, very cold in the bathroom, it was impossible to regulate the temperature in the bathroom, and it was very cold in the corridor.

Apartment had everything we needed for our group!

Here you can feel all the pleasant Vienna atmosphere and enjoy your stay. We had a family vacation with our 3-year old son and are fully satisfied with this apartment - it is cozy, comfortable, very clean, and easy to get. Additionally, I want to highlight some things: 1) We arrived late on Sunday when all the shops are closed, so we didn't have the opportunity to buy at least something. So it was great to find some cereals, pasta, coffee, and tea that you can prepare on your own. 2) You can find here everything you need to cook some food or take a shower. 3) We stayed here in December, but it was very warm inside a flat (because of the baby it was very important for us). 4) The host is a very kind person and answered to all our questions immediately. 5) The closest tram stop is 2 min walk. 6) There are a lot of places where you can eat out or buy products nearby (pizza, burgers, schnitzel, coffee).

Host was great, helped us our every question and home was super clean and everything included. I’ve didn’t expect that much. Very comfortable and there is tram in the street. If I come again to Vienna I will choose again.

The host is very friendly and helpful. Place is 150m from the tram station. Facilities are good and all what you may need available.

All ammenities possible (we had everyrhing what we needed), nice details from the host, clean, tidy, etc.

It's a bit far, but the price compesates it.

the washing mashines

It haven’t been cleaned at all before we came. No vacuum cleaner, so we had to use the mop to clean the flor. We also had to wash the linen (with holes in it) an the towels since they did not look or smell fresh. We were lucky the washing machine was wash and dry so we could do it the first evening. Spiders hanging from every corner of the room and bathroom. Reinhard (the contact person) promised 2 pair of keys and than felt lazy to bring the second pair so he said, he was not in town.

We liked that the apartments were quiet, the beds were comfy. There were all the items we needed in apartments (washing machine, towels, hygiene products, coffee machine, tea bags, kettle and others). The comunication with the owner was amazing! They replied really quick amd answered all our questions.

We liked the apartment very much. It was very cozy and comfortable. We didn't miss anything there. It is located in a quiet location, which is a bonus. The accommodation has great facilities. Really excellent host with whom communication was pleasant. We will definitely come again. Thank you ❤️

The best host ever! Thank you Rienhard. Cozy small apartment that contained eveything you need! Coffee, tee, pasta and spices also ☺️. Location is very good with several lines with closest at "Blumen gasse" just a few min to walk. I will definitly go back there next time we visit Vienna.

Furniture litel outdated but fully functional, no problem att all for short stay.

The apartment is located in a quiet zone with transport nearby. We traveled there during cold season and the place was really warm. Clean place, the bed sheets and towels smelled good. We were three people and one slept on the extendable couch and it was confortable. Looks exactly like in the photos. Good comunication with the owner. Recomend to stay there.

There is just one mirror in the entire apartment, in the bathroom, and we would have preferred to can have an extra one outside the bathroom. The owner warned us that the dishwasher was not working and said he would fix it after our stay, we didn't need to use it anyway.

Very caring apartment owner. Before arrival, I wrote complete information on how to get there from the airport. The apartment has all the necessary kitchen appliances: oven, stove, two types of coffee makers, kettle, toaster. He also took care of tea, coffee and porridge, butter for breakfast - everything was in the kitchen. A nice bonus was fruit on the table and chocolates for everyone. The bathroom is very clean. The owner was always in touch and ready to help if needed. Clean kitchen!

Cold floor. It is also cool at night as the heating automatically switches off at night.

You can feel at home

Everything was awesome! Comfort, location, amenities, additional services. Full kitchen, everything is thought out to the smallest detail!
