Notre chambre étaient au sous-sol donc très peu de lumière naturelle et nos lits étaient séparés par une demi cloison

Angeblich wurde meine Kreditkarte abgelehnt und ich wurde vorab gebeten in bar zu zahlen, was ich abgelehnt habe. In der Unterkunft konnten wir „komischerweise“ nicht mit Kreditkarte bezahlen (der Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption hat uns mit seiner Karte vorgeführt, dass das Kartenlesegerät angeblich funktioniert). Also blieb uns letztendlich nur eine Barzahlung. Eine schriftliche Bestätigung über die Bezahlung der Zimmer habe ich per WhatsApp bekommen

Posizione ottima per visitare le principali attrazioni di Istanbul: in circa 20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la Moschea Blu, Santa Sofia, il Topkapi, la Basilica Cisterna e i bazar. Anche se in centro, la via dell'albergo è molto tranquilla e silenziosa di notte. La nostra stanza al piano terra anche se piccolina aveva tutto il necessario ed era molto pulita. Lo staff è stato sempre super disponibile. Durante il soggiorno avevo bisogno di stampare dei documenti e se ne sono occupati loro con celerità e ci hanno anche organizzato il transfer all'alba per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!! Consigliatissimo

Essendo tutti i pavimenti di legno sentivamo i rumori degli ospiti della camera sopra alla nostra... consiglio di portare i tappi se si fa fatica a dormire.

Ok, so. Good things first, the hotel was well located, 2 minutes from the T1 tramway, in a bustling area near a beautiful mosque, Grand Bazaar, restaurants (but you don't feel like you're in a touristy place). The personnel was friendly, helpful, smiling and accommodating, so absolutely no issue here. To be clear, it was still a correct stay for the price, I wouldn't really complain, but it was a bit shoddy.

However, it was not mentioned at the time of booking that we would have a basement room. That means no possibility to open the windows, lights all around the night. Humidity either from the building or from the bathroom. There were ants in said bathroom. The toilet seat was broken, the towels were clean but really really old. And the fridge has the most foul odor ever.

We loved everything! Location, cleanliness, design and very helpful staff (Can and his other colleague). Plus it is a great value for money which is a surprise in Istanbul which in most places is overpriced. Absolutely fantastic little hotel!

Nothing! It’s a gem! Maybe I would stop supplying mini products and instead offered soap/shampoo/conditioner reusable containers for a full sustainability.

Truly nice decoreted and cozy room with a sea view from the balcony. Hotel is settled in local busy area full of manufactures and wholesalers, but not far to main turist spots in Sultanahmet or elsewhere. Nearby local eateries have reasonable prices. That accommodation was good choice.

There wasn't a microwave in the room as it was in the room description. Other don't know...

Good location (short walk to tram), comfortable bedroom, had a separate kitchen (no cooking facilities) and sitting room. Our room had a lovely view to the Marmara Sea - great for early morning and evening relaxing! Would stay here again.

Lacked a microwave, which would have been useful. Shower didn’t always drain well. Noisy at times from residents operating machinery in other buildings.

De centrale ligging. Niet ver van een tramhalte en op wandelafstand van restaurants, bars en bezienswaardigheden.( Blauwe Moskee, Hagia Sophia)

De kamer lag net naast de ingang van het gebouw waardoor er contant veel lawaai was. Ook hoorde je heel erg wat de buren boven je deden. Tijdens de nacht hadden we hierdoor weinig rust en slaap kunnen vatten.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette chambre et le service de chambre de cet hôtel. La chambre était impeccable et refaite chaque jour. Les lits sont grands et confortables, la rue est calme, les nuits sont donc excellentes.

La communication en amont de notre visite, via WhatsApp, était un peu agressive (l'hôtel semblait pousser des services de navette aéroport, croisière sur le bosphore ..) mais heureusement elle ne reflétait pas l'expérience finale. Le quartier est "en devenir", un peu decrepis, ouvrier, avec quasi exclusivement des hommes dans la rue.

Nice option for a short stay. We had a family room with a small kitchenette and dining area. The location is very good, close to the Blue Mosque, we walked around a lot. Comfortable beds, good wifi, very helpful staff.

Wonderfully clean room, quiet and exactly as advertised. Very friendly and helpful staff. Any questions it issues they were able to help with. Hotel is in a great location to walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia or Sutans Palace (which is not cheap but highly recommended as you can spend the whole day there exploring, it's amazing!) Overall I'd stay there again if we're ever lucky enough to visit Istanbul again.

Pillows were quite big and hard! Hardly a major issue though!

L'habitació i el bany gran molt ben decorat. Llit còmode. Molta llum natural. Prop de l'hotel hi ha molts restaurants i botigues.

La terrasse vue sur mer au 3ème étage accessible à tous et régulièrement nettoyée. La qualité des salles d’eau et un emplacement à la fois calme et idéalement située à 15 mn du centre historique

Το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά ευρύχωρο. Έμπαιναν κάθε μέρα για καθαριοτητα οι καθαριστριες!

Πολύ κακή ηχομόνωση. Ακούγαμε τα βήματα του από πάνω δωματίου καθε μερα. Το κτήριο βρισκόταν σε μια πολύ μεγάλη κατηφόρα, ήταν δύσκολο να την ανέβεις για να βρεθεις κεντρικά. Η περιοχή δεν ήταν και τόσο καλοφημη. Τα έπιπλα ήταν αρκετά παλιά.

Personal ist sehr sympathisch. Gute Lage des Hotels (renoviert). Zimmer sehr sauber und sehr geräumig. Dachterrasse und privater Innenhof zum Verweilen. Das Bett sehr bequem! Günstig und perfekt!

Staff including Can very helpful. The room was exactly like the pictures. Felt very safe and would have been happy to stay longer. 5 min walk from Grand Bazaar tram stop. Walkable distance to Sultanahmet stop(Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque) Would highly recommend and would use again.

La chambre était grande, parfaitement adaptée pour un couple avec des enfants, dont un bébé. L’emplacement est stratégique, à proximité de tout. Le personnel de l’accueil est très professionnel, à l’écoute, disponible et très gentil. Je recommande.

J’ai été déçu par le ménage. À notre arrivée, le sol n’était déjà pas très propre, mais je n’ai rien dit. Le lendemain, j’ai constaté que le ménage n’avait pas été fait correctement. J’ai demandé à la femme de chambre d’intervenir, mais elle s’est contentée de ranger rapidement sans changer les draps ni nettoyer le sol. Le jour suivant, même problème : en rentrant l’après-midi, la chambre n’avait pas été faite. Les poubelles n’avaient pas été vidées (ce qui est important avec un bébé, notamment pour les couches), aucune serviette propre n’avait été fournie, et aucun nettoyage n’avait été fait. Lorsque j’en ai parlé à l’accueil, on m’a répondu que les draps ne sont pas changés tous les jours, ce que je comprends. En revanche, le minimum (poubelles vidées, serviettes propres) devrait être assuré quotidiennement, surtout qu’il n’y a pas de chauffage pour faire sécher les serviettes. La personne de l’accueil a tout de même essayé de nous aider en venant lui-même récupérer les poubelles et nous apporter des serviettes, et je le remercie. Cependant, vu le prix payé pour 4 nuit a 422€, je trouve que le service de ménage n’était pas à la hauteur. J’ai été vraiment déçu, surtout avec un bébé. Pour des adultes seuls, cela peut passer, mais avec un bebe, c’est plus compliqué.

It was my second time in this hotel and I will gladly come back. Clean, beautiful, stylish and quiet. Comfortable beds, cozy and spacious room with a small fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Great location- close to everything and yet not the most touristy area. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very, very nice and helpful stuff. Feels like home away from home! Thanks a lot, guys, we’ll come back for sure!

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet & entsprach den Bildern. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich! Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben jeden Tag frische Handtücher bekommen. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Basar, es ist ein kleiner Spaziergang Bergauf aber selbst meine Oma hat es nicht für schlimm empfunden. Ein schöner Blick von der Terrasse, es hat leider geregnet aber mit Sonne kann man sich bestimmt dort lange aufhalten :)

Die Toilette riecht etwas aber mit geschlossener Tür war es kein Problem.

L'emplacement, proche des centres d'intérêts et des transports en commun. Chambre conforme à la description et aux photos, propre, lumineuse et confortable. Équipe sympathique, arrangeante et réactive. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Un peu de bruit de l'extérieur en journée (la chambre était côté rue)

Lovely room, very spacious and nicely decorated. Really good location, the historical sites were about 15 mins walk away. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The room was street facing, and there was a degree of street noise as the windows were single glazed, not too much of an issue at night. There is a transference of noise from the room above, which is acceptable during the day, but the guests above were up late and their general movement on wooden floors was noisey in the early hours, we did have to let them know and they were very apologetic.

Good location to explore the city and very helpful staff! Also the view from the terrace is beautiful. It was clean and comfy.

For people who are very sensitive to noise I would advise to bring earplugs for a good night's sleep

there was a weak wifi signal through all 4 days we've stayed there, and we couldn't fix it, so I had trouble to get connected with my clients I had to work with online. also in the shower the pipe in the bottom was clugged and water didn't go. I hope it all will get fixed and next time we stay there we will enjoy Eagle's Nest even more. microwave would be great to have in the room with kitchenet. and a queen bed needs attention, maybe some screwdriver... it's sound when you lay down is not a pleasant one. Sorry for a long story) In general I really like a place
