The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed and much more. The owner really thought of everything and went above and beyond to make the apartment as comfortable, cozy, and enjoyable as possible. Communication was excellent. always timely, friendly, and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout. The location is also great: convenient, peaceful, and quiet. We would definitely stay here again! :)

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Vienna . The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and get around.

We vacationed in Vienna in July. There were five of us. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a good kitchen with everything you need to cook. Coffee and tea were available, as well as dishwasher capsules and detergents for the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which was important for us. There was a crib and a high chair for feeding, and even a stroller, iron, and ironing board. Special thanks to Reinhard. He was very attentive, polite, and responsive. He was always available and quickly answered any questions. We especially appreciate his help in resolving our problem. Thank you from our entire family.

Przestronne mieszkanie, dobra lokalizacja (okolica bez dużego ruchu, do metra ok 15 min spacerkiem), Pomocny i miły gospodarz.

Zacinająca się brama i drzwi do mieszkania, bardzo słabe oświetlenie łazienki i brak oświetlenia w przedpokoju, sofa w salonie miała uszkodzone (odpadające) oparcie. Meble, sprzęty i wyposażenie mieszkania ma już swoje lata i mieliśmy zastrzeżenia co do ich czystości. Brak wentylacji w łazience.

Apartamentul este situat intr-o zona linistita, destul de departe de centru. Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost facila.

Apartamentul nu este renovat, mobila este veche. Vasul de toaleta este separat de baia cu cada , iar unde este vasul de toaleta nu exista ventilatie ceea ce este destul de neplacut. Fara aer conditionat.

Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel!!! Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone.

Piso amplio, zona tranquila, cerca del tranvía 9. Hay un supermercado cerca, y alguna restauración.

Mal mantenimiento del alojamiento en general. Cuarto de baño desastroso. Muy antiguo. Paredes y azulejos llenos de moho. Cortina manchada y tan fina que se sale el agua. Hay poquisima luz con un techo alto. Los grifos defectuosos, todos. Una de las ventanas de un dormitorio no se podia abrir. El sofa del salon tenia el respaldo roto. No se podia usar. Solo habia 4 vasos de cristal. Eramos 5 personas. Nada de manteles ni servilletas. Tampoco habia gel. Bueno, 3 botes con un dedo de gel cada uno. Necesita renovarse bastante. Lo elegimos porque tenía una calificación de excelente, y nos ha defraudado muchisimo. Ya no se puede confiar en el criterio de booking.

მისაღებში არსებული ტახტი დამხვდა დაზიანებული, აბაზანაში და საპირფარეშოში გამწოვები არ მუშაობდა, აბაზანის კედლები არასასიამოვნოდ გამოიყურება, თითქოს სოკოა გაჩენილი. უსიამოვნო სუნი (სავარაუდოდ ნესტის) დგას ბინაში. რაც მთავარია საწოლებია ძალიან არაკომფორტული.

Buena Ubicación y el apartamento muy confortable para los cuatro. Tambien disponia de menaje suficiente para una estancia corta, asi como detalles (te, cafe, azucar, aceite, sal, ...) en la cocina que te hacen la estancia mas comoda cuando llegas. Tambien estaba muy limpio, calefaccion agradable, sala-comedor grande, habitaciones con camas grandes.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 5 giorni tra amiche e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore! L'alloggio è bellissimo e molto accogliente, con spazi ampi che ci hanno permesso di godere al meglio della nostra vacanza senza mai sentirci strette. La posizione è strategica: vicinissimo alla stazione della metro e a diverse fermate del tram, il che rende semplicissimo e veloce raggiungere il centro storico e tutte le principali attrazioni di Vienna in pochi minuti. Pulizia impeccabile e un'atmosfera davvero calorosa che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Lo consiglio vivamente a gruppi di amiche o famiglie che cercano comodità e stile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Duże pokoje i to w sumie tyle.

Bardzo brudne ściany, niestety telewizor nie działał tak samo jak internet. Pościel była wyprana w bardzo intensywnym proszku do prania... aż głowa bolała.

The apartment was very nice and clean, the temperature was ideal as the heaters were on. The host made sure we had everything we needed and was very kind. Overall it was a very good experience and we will 100% recommend this apartment.

Перш ніж заїхати в квартиру вам потрібно отримати ключі. Для цього нам надали пошагову інструкцію і ми легко забрали ключі. Ключі потрібно було забрати на вулиці , вони були в спеціальному контейнері з кодом. Там ми їх залишали коли виїздили . Квартира знаходиться не в центрі ,але поруч є декілька ліній трамваю, тому до центра доїхати зовсім легко. До трамвайної лінії йти приблизно хвилин 6-9. Квартира простора,в ванній кімнаті є все необхідне. Була пральна машина але ми нею не користувалися.

Нас проживало 5 чоловік. На всіх було лише 5 рушників і ті маленьки, але після переписки з власником, на наступний день нам принесли ще 5 великих рушників. З мінусів, на кухні потрібно почистити посуд , він брудний.. такий як електрочайник, сковорідка… ми не ризикнули на ній смажити яєшню.

Appartamento comodo per sei persone. Essenziale ma dotato di tutto il necessario. Camere e zona living spaziosi. L'appartamento si trova vicino alla fermata del bus, si raggiunge a piedi in due minuti. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile per tutto il soggiorno.Consiglio la struttura e spero di tornarci quanto prima!

The location was not so perfect but still good , the host was very friendly and helped us for everything . I totally recommend it.

First of all, the owner/host was amazing and helped us with all the questions. We asked for a small Christmas tree for the kids (as it was New Year eve), and the owner got it for us (thank you again!) The apartment is nice, located in a quiet neighborhood. Probably 30-40 min from the city center if you take a tram (#43 was the one we used most). The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. - Easy check in process (a locker with the key) - Two bedrooms and a couch in a living room - Small kitchen with a kettle, a geyser coffee maker, fridge, oven, etc. - The apartment has two 1/2 bathrooms - one with just a toilet, the other one with a bath tub. Pretty convenient when you travel with a family.

There were a couple minor hiccups when we arrived: 1) The apartment was not ready by 3 pm (official check in time) - the cleaning lady needed 30 minutes more. Also, cleaning in general - the oven/oven tray may require some deep cleaning as they had not been washed for a while. 2) A window in one of the bedrooms was broken and didn't close, so it was pretty cold. This could have been a problem, but Reinhard (the owner) came to take a look super quickly and fixed it in less than an hour. Another thing to know in advance - as someone mentioned as well, you will be asked to provide some personal information for registration purposes: full name/DOB for all guests and passport data/address for the "main" guest. This may be the Austrian law and convenient in general, but it did feel somewhat uncomfortable as the service that is used (ibindo) is relatively new and collects a LOT of data through cookies (just check the full list what they collect).

The apartament was very clean and organized and the host was super helpful and quick with responding any of my question. 👍🏼

Propriétaire très aimable

We were very pleased with the time we spent in the apartment. It was comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. The only thing we missed as a large family who didn't dine out was more dishes for cooking.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mit dem ÖPNV ist man in alle Richtungen schnell angebunden. In Bezug auf Supermärkte ist man fußläufig ebenfalls sehr gut versorgt. Der Vermieter antwortet bei Fragen oder Problemen schnell.

Wir waren 6 Personen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche (bei unserem Besuch war leider nur ein Topf vorhanden, zudem etwas zu wenig Besteck) ist dafür zu gering. Zudem scheinen andere Gäste die Vorgabe einer Nichtraucherwohnung zumindest für die Küche leider nicht ernst zu nehmen.

The location is very good. Near public transport, big supermarkets,Interspar within few minutes walk. Tram 42 or 43 to city. A lot of restaurant nearby as well. Owner very helpful and provide washing detergent, shampoo, shower gel, coffee and tea as well.

Чудові апартаменти, чисті, просторі. Є все для комфортного проживання. Особливо порадувала наявність солі, спецій для приготування їжі, чая і кави Зручне безконтактне заселення і виселення

Nice environment, clean, comfortable, good communication with the owner, good underground parking with payment in the building. We felt like locals. Safe neighborhood, good transportation.

I wish it had a coffee maker because to me it shows a beautiful way of hospitality. I would also like there to be furniture for us to rest our suitcases on.

Le quartier est agréable, il y a tout à proximité. Le centre de Vienne est à 25min en transport en commun avec plusieurs possibilités. L'appartement est un peu vieillot. La literie est confortable. On apprécie les produits de base disponible dans la cuisine et salle de bains.

Comfortable roooms

Apartament mare, living cu televizor imens. Noi am fost 4, dar mai pot dormi încă 2 în living. Bucătărie foarte mica, dar echipată cu de toate. Ai inclusiv ceaiuri si cafea , ca să nu mai vorbim de vase si condimente.. la 15 minute de spitalul AKH unde găsiți un Spar deschis inclusiv duminică

Baia de serviciu un ușor miros, nu mergea ventilatorul.

Чудова квартира, в якій є все для комфортного проживання ( навіть до маленьких дрібничок) , в тихому районі та з дуже гарною транспортною розв’язкою. Платний підземний паркінг та продуктовий магазин в 3-х хвилинах пішки. Господар завжди на зв‘язку, дуже приємний у спілкуванні. З задоволенням повернемось!

Really nice apartment. Quiet neighbourhood, but some really lovely places to eat and drink. I recommend the Johan nepomuk Vogel Platz. A really cozy square. The apartment has everything a family needs. The host is really helpful and answered all my questions quickly. I really like that there was shampoo, soap, detergent and other necessities there.

Absolutely amazing apartment in Vienna! The location couldn't be better—central, quiet, and close to everything. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. Reinhard the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Truly an excellent place for a family getaway. Highly recommend!

Nothing to complain.

Everything was as it should be. We could leave our suitcases earlier and go sightseeing. The apartment is well equipped, the metro is a 15-minute walk away, the tram stop is literally 1 minute away. Very good contact with the owner. I recommend :)

Very comfortable spacious apartment, we were a family of 5 and really enjoyed staying there (I really like the table that can fit big company!). Besides that it is well equipped it has lots of little things that make your stay comfortable like coffee and tea and many other things in the kitchen (oil, suger, salt), dishwasher tabs and paper towels etc. There is a supermarket just 5 minutes walk and different restaurants. And tram stop with good connection to the center. And we had no problems to find the keys and open the doors.

For the money we paid I don’t see anything I can complain of.

Excellent apartment for the price. It is as good as it seems in the pictures. The owner was friendly and helpful at all times. It is well connected to the city center through the tram.

The apartment was very nice and clean, with great facilities. It had everything you could need, just like being at home. The host was very kind and friendly, making our stay pleasant.

However, the lack of a lift in the building was inconvenient, especially since we were traveling with a child and had heavy luggage and a baby stroller. Additionally, it was a bit far from the tram station. Overall, it was a great experience.

Excellent contact with the owner. Very clean, comfortable. I really appreciated my morning coffee!

The apartment is spacious and has all the items for a comfortable stay. I was surprised by their careful preparation. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. And the apartment is close to the tram station. Reinherd is such a great host. His communication was really quick and kind. We contacted him because of a technical problem at the door, and he ran right over and kindly solved it. Thanks to him, I was able to rest well in Vienna.

The apartment is very spacious and is enough for four to six people. It has everything you need for a good vacation and is suitable for larger families. The cleanliness is on a high level. It is also located near the Metro line some 900 m far and is in a quiet area on the first floor. A Cofie pot provided we liked and use a lot. We have a great and cozy 4 nights there all recommendation from our side, good value for money.

Small things, not much.

Clean, equipment. I like return back.👍
