The host was helpful, though replies might take some time. The decor, room size, convenience of location (right beside a new shopping mall) all made for a great stay. High floor with good unblocked view.

There's some very minor issues regarding the number of power points and some of them not working well. But overall we enjoyed the accomodation a lot.

Our stay was lovely! ❤️ From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how impeccably clean, bright, and wonderfully furnished the space was. It had such a warm, welcoming vibe that immediately put us in a vacation state of mind. Towels, toothbrush and shower caps were provided. ​The beds were delightfully plush and cozy. ​It's a great place for a girls' trip. We spent our evenings laughing, relaxing, and making memories we will cherish forever. We are already talking about when we can come back! ✨🥂

We had a great stay overall! Check-in had just a small hiccup but was resolved swiftly. ​The only tiny quirk was that the ceiling fan in the larger room had a droning sound, and we found ourselves wishing for just one or two more plug sockets in the living room for all our chargers. Aside from those little things, it’s an absolute ideal space for a girls' trip and we had a wonderful time! 👍🏼

L'appartement est très confortable et très propre, idéalement situé pour pouvoir aller visiter Singapour.

La seule chose qu il manque c'est un deuxième badge car l'appartement est adapté pour 6 Personnes mais nous sommes obligés de sortir tous ensemble ou que qqn descende nous ouvrir car sinon nous ne pouvons pas accéder a l'immeuble et a l'ascenseur. Ce qui est très contraignant.

Great location, well maintained, easy instructions on check in and check out plus friendly and very responsive staff.

The pillow was a bit hard for me to have a good sleep but this is just my personal preference. My friends had a good sleep.

Toilet is slippery when shower especially with old people around.

The location is good. Right beside the new SKS city mall. Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The kids (10 years old) enjoyed the kids room very much. Having 3 bathrooms is great, especially with kids around. Swimming pool looks nice and the gym is good enough for a quick workout.

Car park ramp is easy to miss as it’s right behind a wall (would be good to state in the check in instructions). Would be good to provide 2 access cards as the apartment is for 8-10 people and it’s unrealistic for everyone to be together all the time.

i liked how clean it was, how towels were given and everything was really convenient with regards to checking in and out. a really smooth stay and really value for money for a cozy stay

there was unfortunately no tissues other than toilet paper so we had to buy our own and there was only one hair dryer.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. Nicely decorated, easy access. If you're driving an EV, you can charge at next door mall. Recommended.

Would be better if there's drinking water.. if not Coway, bottles water would be nice addition.

The property was clean and well decorated. Love the city view as the apartment located on 32 floor. The bed was comfortable and soft. Instructions are really clear. Highly recommended.

The city view from both the patio and the rooms is stunning, whether day or night. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and having three bathrooms is a huge plus. We also loved the swimming pool and badminton courts—perfect for fun family activities. The facilities truly made our stay enjoyable.

The potential traffic from travelers heading to Singapore may make it difficult to return to the property.

Every thing! We love every thing in this apartment! The moment my kids enter they love the room and owner is so sweet to provide some toys for them to play. The moment you open the door, you can feel the apartment is so holiday mood!

On the bad side is that the surrounding around the apartment is doing construction, therefore if you are a light sleeper than you maybe awaken by it.

The apartment is amazing and absolutely beautiful! I love the color theme and i feel so homely and cozy throughout the stay. My 2 kids simply loved it and we end up stay quite abit in the apartment before going to the shopping mall. It took me less than 5 mins drive from the custom to reach the place. Im very particular about the comfortable level of the bed as i am a light sleeper and i cannot sleep well if the mattress is too soft. To my surprise, the bed has the stiffness that i like and i sleep very well for both nights. We had our breakfast in the morning, at "Mrs Who Cafe" which is just located at Level 1. The food were superb but abit pricy. Kayden is a great host. He was very responsive to my request, give clear instructions from check in to check out. Very service minded. The whole unit look very clean and tidy also. Overall enjoyable stay. Looking forward to stay here again.
