Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Overall, a very good stay. The apartment on the 9th floor was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The host was also helpful and responsive.
The only issue was the bathroom bidet, which was leaking. The host offered to send a technician, but overall it was manageable.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Location
Unfortunately, this stay was quite disappointing. The apartment on the 6th floor was good, but there were several major issues. The main bathroom sink was leaking so badly that I could barely use it. They were aware of this before my arrival, and no action was taken to fix it. Because the apartment was a duplex, I had to go downstairs every time to use the other bathroom. The bathroom lighting was extremely dark, with no proper mirrors in the apartment, no towels, or bathroom mats. The pillows and sofa had a very bad, unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Thankfully, I only stayed for 3 nights this time, although it's my second time with the same host, and when I requested to stay at the same apartment I had the first time, they said that apartments are assigned randomly. I would NOT choose this apartment (6th floor) again.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026The homestay was spacious, clean The basic amenities was enough. The area was convenience with mall downstairs. Easy access At first quite difficult to get to the security but they are helpful Just the parking quite confusing - just follow ypur alphabet to get to ur parking spot !! 😋
Add on additional blanket + pillows as complement 😌

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026The apartment was in a great location. Inside a shopping mall and walking distance to a 2nd mall. It also had beds for each family member, stuff to use in the apartment and netflix.
Neighbors were a bit noisy and some of the things were leaking/loose like toilet seat, sprayers, minor things.

Reviewed May 26, 2026We truly enjoyed our stay. The ambience was lovely, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The location is very strategic with the convenient store and shopping mall. The house was clean and comfortable, with a very pleasant bed. We would gladly stay here again in the future. Price also affordable..

Reviewed Dec 24, 2025The final price was higher than what I saw on Booking.com. I was charged the full price, which was $50 more the day before arrival. The owner asked for an additional $50 deposit by credit card, which was not refunded. I initially agreed on $120 for 3 nights, but ended up paying $220. In the end, it felt like a scam.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2025Totally dont like. Scam deposit money
Paid 200 for security deposit. Then after i checkout , asked when refund. Been told wait till 8- 10pm. When i check in , you want me pay immidiately, when i check out you pay me back immidiateltly la. Wait till 9 ++pm then told me, not paying my 200 back because found 2ciggrate bud at the outdoor compressor room. Never check or call to ask. Straight confiscate my money and refuse to return it. Defintely not reccomeding this host. Who knows what other fault they might use to forfeit your deposit. Totally bad type of host!!

Reviewed Feb 15, 2025Just the location
First the property bedsheet wasn’t clean , feel like a scam , if you sleep without flipping out the duvet you won’t see the dirty spot on the bedsheet very disgusting. Second when I contact the property they only explain they communicate with cleaning but wasn’t sure that they check on their after clean . This is very unacceptable answer .
