Novo Ampang by COBNB near Gleneagles

The location was near central like 10mins drive from KLCC . Therefore you can avoid the traffic. The room came with everything you need and the design and furniture are modern and nice . We wanted new towels and all I had to do was text the front desk and it was delivered shortly after.

Location near with mall and restaurant nearby . I stay room with kl view and have very nice looking all the skyscrapper

The building was clean and well maintained. The swimming pool has a beautiful view of the surrounding natural skyline, which makes the area very pleasant and relaxing. There is also a specialty coffee café located just behind the building, which was very convenient. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and we were also able to check in early, which we really appreciated.

The bathroom door did not close properly. Also, the toilet area was quite narrow and not very practical or comfortable to use.

​The Room: Absolutely the best! Extremely clean, spacious, and provided a highly comfortable stay for a family with two kids. ​The Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot in Kuala Lumpur. It made navigating the city with the family completely hassle-free. ​The Vibe: Relaxing, accommodating, and perfectly suited for families.

Very nice property. Clean, all the amenities and right across the Gleneagles hospital. Helpful staff: Nina in particular was really helpful and attentive to all our concerns.

Windows don’t have privacy stores pr blackout curtains in the bathroom. Pillows were too high.

It's super inconvenient because there's only one bathroom, and it's inside the bedroom. Everyone has to walk through the room to use it.

Modern, clean and convenient

We booked the penthouse and absolutely did not regret it! The unit was very spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts was having the swimming pool right in front of our unit—it was so convenient and enjoyable. Check-in was also smooth and hassle-free.

The only issue we encountered was with the parking arrangement. We had already informed both the host and property manager that our van would be parked in front of the hotel for one night. However, the security guard later approached us and insisted that we move the vehicle, requiring us to explain the situation all over again. Better communication between the host, property manager, and security team would help avoid inconveniencing guests, especially late at night.

Definitely love the layout. Mini kitchen, so useful for travelers. Especially who plans to stay in the rooms for extra hours.

Only that the room doors are easy to make loud noise when people close it. Can easily hear neighbors door sound.

The stay was generally pleasant — the room was clean, bright, and comfortable. However, the response time for messages was very slow, and phone calls often went unanswered. At one point, we, along with other guests (including families with children), were locked in the parking area. The door leading to the elevator lobby was locked, and our key cards did not work. We tried calling customer service, but no one answered. In the end, we spent quite some time searching before finally finding an alternative elevator that was accessible. We hope this issue can be improved, as in case of an emergency, it would be very concerning if no one is reachable.

Good location, the surroundings are much quiet compared to city centre, ideal if you're travelling with elderly that requires good night sleep. Spacious unit, brought 2 teens and 1 elderly and we have plenty of space to sit and unwind in the common area. The staff at front desk and the security are great and always ready to help. Always my first choice to stay whenever visiting KL and they never fail me. Cheers for the great service and units!

Мне здесь нравится всё. Всегда останавливаюсь только в NOVO. Отзывчивый персонал, великолепный бассейн, бдительная охрана, чистота в номерах. В доступности кафе и ТЦ с продуктовым магазином. До центра 40 минут пешком, либо на такси за символическую плату.

The service was amazing and free shuttle was so convenient. Staffs remember you and can request dropout along the route of the shuttle It would be so amazing to have CoBNB managing the property. Everything so clean Across the road from the Gleneagles hospital

The motorbikes passing on the road are not very thoughtful and purposely make loud noises at 3am but property provide earplugs I slept fine with earplugs. The room facing the road unfortunately can be noisy

エレベーターに乗る時に使うカードの読み取りがとても不便で、何度やり直してダメな時ぐありすごく困った。

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour à Novo Ampang. La propreté est un point fort (que ce soit la chambre, la piscine, la salle de sport, ..). Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable.

Il n’y a pas énormément de choses aux alentours donc obligé de prendre un grab

部屋は清潔に保たれていて設備も充実している 特にジムのマシンが全てテクノだった 近くにはモールもあり食材もすぐ手に入る

ランドリーがないこととと近くのお店で夜中までパーティをしていて音がうるさかった 問い合わせたら耳栓を持って来てくれたのは良かった

The property is easy to access with clean settings. Very suitable for families stay. Loving the privacy we experienced living here. Gonna stay again definitely recommended

The sofa is not comfortable at all, the fridge is not cool, and the door keeps opening all the time. There's not much that can be kept in the fridge, hardly use the fridge as everything get spoil. The front desk hardly pick call, had to call many times, and when you ask why, no one answers, they come out with stupid answers.

The front desk hardly responds., The bath towel is cheap and looks so worn out.

The bathroom's shower area didn't have a rack to place the shampoo bottles. We can only place it on the floor and need to squat fully to reach it.
