The location is close to the airport. Easy to find.

The door is somewhat broken, the safety lock is also damaged. You can also peek through the bathroom & toilet glass door.

Comfortable, clean, got swimming pool, gym, and a nice area for my children to play at level 4.

I hope the management fix the light near the lift at level 7.

Location right next to Imago Mall, KK Times Square. Don't expect a new 5-star hotel, but our room was clean and comfortable. Had private en suite toiler with hot water shower, air conditioning, kettle, fridge. Some electricity works with a key card, but the fridge runs without. WiFi worked, not super fast but was stable. Ms Chong was very responsive which we appreciated. We could check in around 14:15 which we appreciated. We got a river view room 869.

Beds a bit old, but clean and good value for money.

Size of the room is quite small for family of 5 adults.

I like it because it’s comfortable, perfect for relaxing, has self check-in, and isn’t crowded.

The bathroom somehow got leaking somewhere at the hose and the floor constantly wet. Afraid that people might fell if not cautious

-Penginapan di tengah bandar -Ada kolam, gym dan playground -mudah pergerakan keluar masuk ke bilik penginapan(lift berfungsi dengan baik, tidak perlu access lift utk pergerakan turun naik lift dan ini sangat mempercepatkan pergerakan)

Unit kurang bersih, ada nampak lipas dalam bilik. Proses pemulangan deposit juga agak lambat dan perlu follow up beberapa kali.

Very old and tired from the lobby, lift, hallway and room; not part of the Ming Hotel - it’s through a different dingy lobby; odd unpleasant smell in the room; stained / marked walls; mould; air con dripped soaking the floor and creaked a lot; very old bed and can feel the springs; desperately in need of new towels and bedding. Check in was a faff after a long journey (take pic of putting RM100 in mailbox - get code for another mailbox - get key then be given instructions). Awful WiFi - unable to connect majority of the time. Crockery had been left out in the rack to dry - but wasn’t even clean. Didn’t touch it. Toilet seat needs replaced as heavily marked and stained. To top it off, the room is beside the lift shaft so clanking can be heard often.

Unclear info. Didn't know this is not part of Ming Garden. Only knew a deposit is needed upon checking in. Someone came into the unit after I'd checked in. Refund of deposit has been delayed up to this point, after a week plus.

Staff was not responsive Admin was not responsive Toilet Seat was dirty and bad condition Basin Sink Pipe and Shower was broken When we came in there was food crisp at the carpet Overall need maintenance because everything was not up to date and old hence bits and pieces broken

Old apartment. We were 3 people on a 4D3N trip. We were given unit 766, as soon as we opened it, the whole place reeked of a strong, disgusting Mold smell, even though there were 4 beds, every single bedsheet and blanket stank - a mix of greasy cooking smell and mold- as though the sheets were never washed or changed. The TV was broken, refused to top up shampoo etc. we struggled through that first night. After being confronted and exposed, only did the agent named Cindy reluctantly agree to move us to another room. To our horror, the new room 869 only had 2 single beds n 2 bath towels (we paid for 3 pax btw). When I expressed dissatisfaction, Cindy had the audacity to say these 2 single beds can accommodate FOUR people. When asked for a towel, she brushed us off n said "No more, they're all being washed." We ended up 2 people squeezing into one single bed. Beware people, think thrice before placing your booking with this agent Cindy. We definitely won't come back again.

Rate per night is affordable while it is conveniently located opposite to Imago.

There is no hot water. Additionally, there were no clear check-in instructions provided beforehand—we only received the necessary information after making a request. Similarly, the check-out process was poorly communicated, especially regarding how and when to return the key and receive the security deposit.

there is hard to find garbage house nearby, also have limited free parking but there's paid parking lot inside the building

I love all about this place. Spacious, clean, strategic location and worth the money.. All are complete! It's a really cozy place to stay and that's why it's called as Cozy Residence ❤️! I highly recommend this place. U won't regret it. U gonna love this place, trust me!

Some smell was coming from carpet in lobby and inside room. Parking is in basement and chargeable. Not clean as per the photos.. They can use some room freshener and make the room smell nice..can add some rice cooker for cooking..no tissue papers or hand-wash in toilet..only bath gel is available..no shampoo.. The residences entry is separate outside the building is also not safe at night..there is no eatery or shop nearby even though imago mall is opposite..it's little faraway from the residences..
