Had a really nice stay here! There was plenty of parking nearby, and having lots of 24-hour shops around was very convenient. The mall was also just a short distance away. We really enjoyed the beautiful view from our room, and the kids absolutely loved the swimming pool. Overall, a great place to stay, especially for families with children. Would definitely come back again!

There is only a mirror in the bathroom. It would be better to have an additional mirror in the room.

I like a room view and good safety from a guard.

The only thing we liked was the breakfast, but it is served by a separate restaurant that is not part of the property.

The apartment was extremely dirty and infested with cockroaches. We were moved to five different rooms and there were still cockroaches every time. The sofa cushions were not properly cleaned, the blankets were dirty, the dishes were dirty, and overall the whole place felt unhygienic.

Manque de choix au petit déjeuner. Nous avons du demander pour avoir des serviettes propres. Notre appart n’a pas été nettoyé malgres notre demande . Nous somme rester 5 jours

The guy at the counter treat me very good and very professional

I don’t like security guard keep on checking and following me and always show facial expression just like I did something bad even when I was sorting and bring out my luggage from my car they still will check me from a far. I am aware of all situation happening surrounding me. And also they should be understand if me as customer who do not really expert and really know the direction at the apartment. So it’s normal for customer to wrongly go to any direction. And the Signage at this apartment is very bad. It’s quite hard for new person coming there and wanted to go anywhere. And also I don’t have my privacy and comfort staying there because somehow last lite I heard a guy scold women probably the manager and the cleaner and he shout very loud and the duration also very long and it is just beside my room. That is so not professional. You guys did breach my privacy and also my comfortable while staying there. I don’t stay there for free. I pay in advance. And I have my rights. And this is the last time I will book a room over there.

Rude staff, no empathy for customers. It’s a residential apartments , not a commercial hotel. They don’t care about service or maintenance/customer experience, so don’t bother spending money there

They don’t care about service or maintenance/customer experience, so don’t bother spending money there. we asked what can we do if he lose the keycard (I was in doubt the card was left in the room, they first assisted my mother and sister to get them to the floor, but I was not part of that trip, when I asked them to assist me too with the lift, the staff denied , which lead me to question, how should I get there to find the lost keycard, I’ll need to sleep in the lobby ? He then replied, yea, sleep here. That answer shocked me. Part of the conversation was heated that I can understand but my ask was not unreasonable, tapping key card for the elevator door is not a big ask for front desk staff. No training or compassion towards customers, they didn’t make our experience any better.

It was good value for money with a good breakfast included. In a good location and looked very posh in reception The sofa bed in the 2 bed suite was very comfortable and the views from the window were amazing. We watched fireworks and a light show at the petronas from our room

In both rooms we had booked there was a severe infestation of ants and a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom. The guy from reception came and gave us a spray We had one booking but were asked for a 200rm deposit each in cash. We had expected 200 in total

A lot of issues: dirty towels. The thrid canape/bed was just awful: broken, holes, if you want to save your back, just avoid sleeping there. Finally, they bring one "matress" (5cm thick) directly on the floor. It was very hard, so they bring a second one (same 5cm thick). There is a permanent bad smell from water evacuation. For the kitchen, the cooktop was flashing during all stay, so pratically unable to use it safely. For the breakfast, very restrictive on the possible choices, so much better to go outside. Specifically one person from the restaurant Boi Boi was not pleasant at all. I do not recommenced.

Near to Train station. It was decorated well. Cutlery was sufficient. Appliances were in good condition, and that is where it all ends.

Broken sunken sofa bed. Bed .mattress flattened out..no more foam or spring. Bed frame broken. Most uncomfortable sleep ever. Tried changing rooms.. it was no difference. Apparently the staff have raised with management and no action been taken. Hence it is an ongoing low maintenance and comfort stay.

Salieron algunas cucarachas pero pronto mandaron alguien para poner un producto. Aún así salían algunas pequeñitas

niestety najgorszy nocleg w jakim byłam. zarezerwowałam nocleg dla 4 osób a dostałam dla 2 dorosłych i dziecka. ręczniki dla dwóch osób, dodatkowa miniaturowa sofa nie była pościelona. nie miałyśmy również nic czym byłoby można ją pościelić. zastawa stołowa jak dla 3 osób. obsługa niemiła. podczas śniadania pan z recepcji przez 15 min był zajęty robieniem selfie:// nie dziwi mnie fakt że na booking są dobre opinie jeśli proszą gości o wystawienie 10 gwiazdek za co oferują zniżkę na kolejny pobyt.

dirty greasy floor in the whole apartment, difficult to dry anything due to higher moisture in the apartment, broken counch that was ment as bed for 2 people (luckily in our case for our small kids did not matter)

L’hôtel est bien situé à un quart d’heure du centre en grab. Il est entouré de commerces, putra mall à 5 minutes de marche.

Néanmoins il n’y a pas de serviettes pour le visage et ils ne font pas le ménage durant tout le séjour. On a passé 4 jours on était 4 les 4 serviettes n’étaient plus réutilisables. Ils n’ont pas prévu de séchoir pour linge. Il faut prévoir un endroit à l’hôtel ou mettre des seches linge dans les salle de bain.

Deposit en liquide obligatoire malgré le mail de booking indiquant que ce n’était pas nécessaire Chambre préparée pour 2 personnes alors que nous avions une réservation de 4 personnes Canapé lit cassé. On a eu mettre un matelas par terre…

The unit is really cozy and clean, we spent our entire day in the unit.

There were some motorbike racing at night and it was REALLY LOUD, we were not able to sleep in due to the loud noise

L' accueil : l'ensemble du personnel est agréable serviable et accueillant. La piscine : incroyable La proximité avec le Mall et le métro :5-6mn a pied La machine à laver dans l'appartement est un vrai plus. Tres bonne literie et bon petit dejeuner

Peut-être à améliorer : Proposer 2 cartes magnétiques (2 accès ) au lieu d'une Un accueil un peu avant 15h serait un vrai plus (après il faut bien laisser le temps de faire le ménage) Un petit dejeuner moins limité, un peu de sucré serait appréciable.

the room is good. the table set up, the big screen tv, so much compartment to put stuff and all. the view is also very nice. all the staff is very friendly. the receptionist, the boiboi's cashier, the guard is very helpful too. check in and check out is smooth. also fast reply when ask for extra plastic beg.

the floor is a bit sticky, the sofa bed pillow has some stains, and the bedsheets are also stained. it's quite laggy when watching netflix.

I didn't like the part where bedsheets were unclean and it was itchy. I didn't like the attitude of the staff who brought it up.

En general, l'allotjament estava bastant net i les instal·lacions comunes estaven bé, especialment la piscina, que vam gaudir durant l'estada.

Com a punt negatiu, havíem reservat l'habitació per a 4 persones, però realment està dissenyada per a 2. El sofà llit per a una de les persones era molt dur i incòmode. Per a la quarta persona ens van proporcionar un matalàs per posar a terra, que a més estava brut. Tampoc ens van facilitar prou llençols per a tots els ocupants, cosa que va fer que l'estada fos menys còmoda del que esperàvem.

A lot of cockroaches inside room 18-18. I cant even sleep well, if i can get the refund i would probably request for it. In the washroom, on dining table, even in the bed also has cockroaches. Did not hygiene at all. Very dissapointing

اعتذر بشدة منكم لان الإقامة كانت بإفطار بالموقع ولما تكون متواجد يقولون لا يوجد افطار عندهم أبداً موقع بوكينج غير صحيح ودقيق وأيضاً غير صحيه لأني تفاجأت بوجود حشرات خاصة صراصير بكثرة بالشقة و المفاجأة لما سألت الاستقبال عن ذا كان الرد نعم يوجد وحامل المبنى شكرا لهم على صراحتهم

كل شي لا يعجبني أبداً اوصلاً بعد وصول وانتظار وقروشة السفر ومسافته ولما أوصل الفندق قبل الظهر يقولون ما تدخل إلا الساعه 3 تماماً ويليت في انتظار زين كاننا في الشارع لأن اللوبي بدون بمكيفات من الأساس وكبير على الفاضي والحمامات لا توجد تهوية وإذا فتحت النوافذ دخلت عليك حشرات غير إلا موجود وايضاً لا يوجد عامل يساعدنا برفع الحقائب يقولون اخدم نفسك بنفسك ايضاً لما تواصلت مع بوكينج وتواصل معي علشان استرجاع المبلغ لم يوصلني شي لأني قلت ابشر استرجع مبلغي وطلع كلام فاضي للأسف

The fact that all three of us could stay together was good. The shop on the ground floor was handy as when we ran out of milk on our second night, we just popped down to get it.

Reception staff had no customer care and at times were rude. Our lift card stopped working on day three and we spent ages trying to see what we were doing wrong when in fact the cards needed to be reactivated every day or every two days -Reception staff later told us. 3 plates, 3 small bowls and 3 spoons etc were not enough for 3 people. Needed plates for the sides. We could not cook on site as no extra spoons for mixing etc were supplied. Mmm p No small pan for boiled eggs. We reported that our light was not working in the bedroom on the side of the wardrobe. We reported it twice and we were still told that we should have reported it yet again. We were out early and had come back late so it was hard for us to get to speak to anyone so early.

Dès mon arrivée dans la chambre, il était évident que je ne pourrais pas y séjourner. Une odeur insupportable d’humidité, mêlée à des relents d’égouts, imprégnait toute la pièce. Les toilettes dégageaient en plus une forte odeur d’urine. Le canapé, censé accueillir deux personnes supplémentaires, était totalement inutilisable : une simple carcasse, sans aucun confort. Mes enfants ont passé une nuit extrêmement difficile dans ces conditions inacceptables. Malgré mon arrivée tardive, j’ai fait l’effort de rester une nuit. Mais le lendemain matin, la présence de trois cafards dans la chambre a rendu la situation absolument intolérable. Face à un tel niveau d’insalubrité et de négligence, j’ai été contraint de quitter immédiatement l’établissement et de réserver un autre hôtel afin de pouvoir poursuivre mon séjour dans des conditions décentes.

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying here. Always a gatekeep place that I will choose whenever come kl.. nearby to lrt and worth of money.. Some room might have problem with cleanliness but overall are great.. the view also amazing.

El departamento superó nuestras expectativas, es.muy lindo y super cómodo.

La piscina no me gustó que permitan que gente se bañe con ropa y griten molestando a los demás. De hecho nos fuimos porque ya no era tranquilo.

after i ck in someone enter in my room with 2can of beers.. i ask him how u enter because the door have password.. than that man say sorry i got wrong room.. can u imagine stranger can go into your room with password? it so scary..i call the receptionist and change the new room. i ask staff for cctv and they said the upper level didn't have cctv

All things are good, I liked it.

I advice to make checkups and look for cleaness of washing machine.

Good view to the Petronas towers and KL downtown. Swimming pool had good refreshing chilled water with wonderful view. The room was very big.

The shower water goes on the floor as usual in many places in Asia.

Grand appartement spacieux

Some of the staff were nice like the guy that checked me in but some were disgustingly rude. For example I was trying to complete my check in process and one staff member came from behind me and then he shouted saying he must pay early check-in fee even though I was just trying to check-in on time.

The place was filled with small cockroaches especially the bathroom. One time I left my room and there was one crawling on the door from outside. Also the furniture was extremely uncomfortable, the bed unusable and the sofa was broken and I couldn't sit on it.

The people that served the breakfast in the morning were really kind.

It was super dirty, the elevator was broken and very scary with wooden panels to stand on and the walls with plastic foam. The halls are all the same, so finding your way back to the room maybe difficult. You have to throw away your own garbage bag to not get a fine of making it dirty… but wow how dirty it was!! The soap dispensers and bathroom were super sticky, we didnt dare to walk barefoot. The dishes that were set on the bar table were dirty and still had little pieces of other peoples food in there. I checked the matress before going to sleep that one night, but luckily no bedbugs. The room was so dirty, but since we arrived at night we werent able to switch hotels and we didnt get a refund for the 6 days we didnt stay. The next morning we directly moved to another hotel. The man behind the reception kept chewing something while talking to us. We just checked out directly the next morning.

Apartment was big and spacious, has all the facilities a small family needs to stay for few days.

Breakfast, also the cleaning procedure should be everyday like other hotels.

breakfast was not provided by the hotel, however there are a lot of food spots nearby, within 2 min walk including Khan Foods (Pakistani foods), KFC etc money exchange was just opposite side of the road grocery stores like 7-eleven, 99-Pasar and KK for all the daily groceries hotel studio room also included laundry machine which was a bliss for me as my kids are under 10 years old and daily laundry was necessary for us Rooms are clean, with good view of KL city, other amenities include gym, kids play area, swimming pool, 8 ball pool and foosball my kids loved it too.
