Vieze kamer, je moet bedelen voor genoeg baddoeken en voldoende toiletartikelen. Host heel moeilijk bereikbaar.En dat je ruimte moet maken voor zijn gasten, waarmee hij indirect aangeeft dat jij niet als gast wordt beschouwd. Dat je bij het zwembad de weg vrij moet maken voor blanke gasten. Dat je geen kar mag gebruiken om je koffers naar beneden te sjouwen, en na smeken moet je hier 20 ringit voor dokken Er is geen receptie waar je terecht kan. Je bent afhankelijk van iemand die naar de kamer toe moet komen voor inchecken. Je wordt continu via camera in de gaten gehouden dus elke stap wordt gemonitord. Laatste totaal niet handig met jonge kinderen. Die op hun vakantie af en toe een sprintje trekken. Op de gang en jij als moeder angstig bent dat je camera beelden krijgt hiervan. Elke dag na de schoonmaak die we godzijdank na veel smeken kregen, hadden de kinderen alsnog zwarte voetzooltjes als ze met blote voeten liepen. En we vonden een kakkerlak!

Trop d’Attentes aux ascenseurs, les matelas sont à changer vraiment inconfortable très usée , les chambre très sal faudrait un rafraîchissement un petit coup de peinture , les meuble casser etc..

L’odeur dans l’hôtel. J’ai vomi à cause de la nourriture. Et attention aux frais cachés qui sont indiqués en tout petit sur la facture. Ce n’est pas correct.

Достаточно не разговорчивый сотрудник ,без эмоций ,сухарь полный ,но все по делу .вай фай ужасссный !!!!точнее его толком нет !бассейн холодный ,это мы были в жару ,купаться особо сильно не хочется ,но вид классный оттуда

Établissement très moyen pour le prix. Menage qui laisse à désirer malgré les multiples demandes de nettoyage. Si on regarde la chambre dans les détails on voit qu’il manque d’entretien, un peu de moisissure dans la salle de bain. Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. Quelques taches sur les draps. Télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas. Wifi qui captait très très mal (que dans le salon mais pas dans la chambre par exemple). Équipement cuisine très très sommaire (en gros il faut venir juste pour dormir et pas cuisiner ou autre). Appartement très très mal insonorisé, avec des fenêtres qui ne se ferment pas correctement (mes parents étaient à un autre étage et c’était exactement pareil). Le soir c’est une zone énormément bruyante car proche d’un grand axe routier, bruit de voitures et de motos qui font ronfler leur moteur même à 2-3h du matin. Piscine pas chauffée et froide même avec les grosses chaleurs car exposé au vent toute la journée. Personnellement pour prix on peut trouver mieux. Je ne reviendrai pas malheureusement.

Guy that did check-in was as unfriendly as it gets. None of the beds have a lamp in the side table. So reading a book - or other bedroom activities - are done in bright neon light.

Customer service 3/10. Rude and attitude staff. We met at lobby and he bring us up to show the place and explain rules and regulation. Payment was made online and Rm200 given as deposit. Tricky price shows in the apps. I thought when I booked, the price appear as what it is, which is Rm332something. but once booking confirmed, there are hidden charges such as Rm34 cleaning service a day (which cleaning only required when u ask for if not they wont come anyways) My stay was 3day 2 nights, they only come clean on my 2nd day as my 1st day alrdy came at 3pm. and last day check out at 9am. End up i paid nearly to Rm500 rather than the advertised price which is rm330** Property doesnt look like as photos. The place is old and not well maintain. Toilet ceiling is moldy as fck. Bedsheet only 1 thin layer of cloth. There are so many things to complaint despite the apartment is indeed huge for 2 adults 1 infant

The apartment lack of everything. Single bathroom, no tv in room, too empty, house seems not properly maintain, no extra towels for longer stay, charge for cleaning fee per day but no daily cleaning. Service charge very high but i dont what is that for because no sercice were provided. Small tv, only at living hall, no tv in the master bedroom. All sheets seems old and not really clean. To summarize, it is not meeting my expactation.
