Mountain View at Beacon Tower

Everything was great over there me and my girlfriend we spent such a great time with facilities like fitness Centre and swimming pool and the environment was too good everywhere we could be able to see the proper hygiene standard so overall everything we liked over there and the Market including malls and big stores it is next to this apartment building the location is too perfect so without any worry go for it u will not get disappoint u will love everything the proper maintaince is there in this building even in the lobby rooms floors poolside everywhere

For us everything was nice we had a good experience with this apartment

The overnight check-in was very convenient; the landlord provided instructions via WhatsApp. The pool is open. Near mall , bars, 7-11, KFC and Mc donalds

the sauna in the apartment complex was out of service. The apartment is cozy, except for a little leak in the shower and a couple of loose tiles in the bathroom floor

L’hôte ne vous répond que quand cela vous arrange nous avons reçu le message de Checkout avant même d’arriver ce qui n’est pas très agréable de plus il n’y avait que le dixième d’un rouleau de papier toilette et il nous a suggérer d’utiliser du sopalin 10 min avant la fin du séjour passant deux jours sans nous répondre

Convenient location near the airport (but far from old Manila).

The accomodation is a private apartment in a tower block of private apartments. "Reception" is just some guys sitting at a desk. Don't expect the help one can hope from a hotel reception. The kitchen is small with a microwave and an induction cooking hob, but no pot that could use it, and anyway the power switch did not respond when I tapped it. The airconditioning was difficult to control but it may be just that the battery needed changing. The access was smooth, even though I never saw the owner.

Everything you needed was there for a nice stay. Especially the shared pool was very nice to cool off from the hot weather (sometimes definitely needed)

The airconditioning only went as low as 26 celcius, which was still too hot 🥵

The apartment is in a very convenient position, it's nothing fancy but it works well for a couple of nights in Manila. Comfortable bed, nice shower. It was always very easy to communicate with the host, and having the 24h reception was definitely a plus since we checked in late at night. Plenty of restaurants and convenience shops around and easy to walk to various places. The highlight for us was the free access to the pool (until 10pm) which was really nice and made us want to stay again in the same building.

The room is decent but nothing too fancy, great if you're planning to spend most of the day out.

Everything. If I would be honest the place isn’t big but it’s comfortable and clean. Ms Jen is also nice, easy to communicate with. I’ve got no bad thing to say 😊

Location was good (great restaurants and shopping nearby). Hotel pool is great. Smart TV works well. Great option for 2-3 nights.

Smell from the bathroom drains (they need a deep clean) and unfortunately a good few cockroaches which I understand its hard to control but they are quite off putting (Ensure all food is in the fridge).

For staying in a big city the location was very good for restaurants and most of your other needs. The price was not bad considering they have a huge swimming pool on about the sixth floor even though it seems to be i think a 40 story building. But it's swimming pool is blocked from direct sunshine. Having a little kitchen net was nice the bed was comfortable on the bathroom area was adequate enough. Good price for what we got.

Even though i mentioned the comforts of the room on what we did like overall a little bit on the small side though. Aside from that no big concerns

Air conditioner noise and insects

I had a great stay at this place! The bed is really comfy. The place was very clean, and the essential toiletries were provided. The host was also very quick to respond and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-kept spot!

The host was very responsive, kind & helpful. Thank you so much, Ms. Jen! 😊 The place is just as it is in the photos, what you see is what you get. It was clean & basic necessities were provided. Drinking water was provided as well which was really great! It's a cute cozy place. They even gave free amenities. Location was okay as well about 15-20 minute walk to Greenbelt.

We couldn't use Netflix which was frustrating because I was looking forward to do a movie marathon. ☹️ We cooked our own food during our stay. At the beginning, I had a difficult time figuring out how to use the induction stove but if you just search "how to turn on schott ceran induction cooktop" & watch the videos. You should be able to use it right away. 🙂

Very clean, aesthically relaxing place. It's complete with kitchen tools. Clean bathroom. With fresh towels, complimentary amenity kit, bottled water, fresh towels, coffee, biscuits, and even dishwashing paste. All you need is to enjoy the place, the pool, the wifi, and the TV. Location was very convenient. There are 24/7 stores just outside the tower. And it's also near Japanese restaurants - just a 3-min walk. Ms. Gen, the host, although we didn't meet personally, was very accommodating to my queries and ensured that we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Ms Gen!

The bed was so comfy, I loved to have many pillows, the facilities on the kitchen were perfect. The view is fantastic to the mountain. The plastic plant it make feel less stressful. Everything was so good.

Long distance from the ground floor to the room, and just a crowded city, this is how it is Makati btw.
