The view was really amazing from the 37th floor for this unit. The bed was really soft and comfortable giving a good night rest. Anything you may need is walking distance (good restaurants, minimart, mall).

Krystel is a very nice and attentive host. She makes sure that everything is well and we are taken care of. If we have questions, she is always there to assist us. The room is very clean and what we need is already there. Hot and cold showers are also available, The Bedroom Bed is very neat and nice. Restaurants are every where it is always at your reach, which is very convenient to us, Banks are near as well. People are so nice and polite. Will definitely recommend her place to stay.

Not that much, there always things to improve, but I love her place to stay. Will definitely book her apartment.

Bed is very comfortable. The property is cute and clean. Good for 2 people.

What I like most is the convenience of this place and how accessible it is with all my itinerary. I love the fact that there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants within the building and neighboring The Rise. Nice aesthetic of the unit too and very clean. There are kitchen stuff too that you can use if you fancy cooking using the convection oven. Will definitely book next time again.

Location was great, lots of shops, restaurants and a 7/11 shop close by. The hosts (Christian and Krystel) were simply amazing. I have travelled the world and no where have I ever seen such accommodating, helpful friendly and professional hosts - THANK YOU. I'll definitely come back (if you'll have me)

My only criticism would be that the noise of the emergency services with their blues and two's are somewhat annoying in the middle of the night. Overall it did not affect my time at all. It's a lovely place and so very well managed.

The place was great, good access to restaurants, stores, perfect view, supermarket literally downstairs, although it's a little bit expensive at some goods, but I guess it's because it's imported stuff. Overall experience was great, stuggled a little with the key door but got great support from the host and her brother I believe it was who's helping with running it from what i understood. For some reason we struggled with warm water in the shower aswell as our TV being very slow and laggy but as soon as we texted our host they came directly in the afternoon the next day(it was late when we texted) Great value for what you get in makati. I'm more than certain that next year I'll be getting the same place again! :)

There's really nothing not to like. I guess if I had to be picky there's some remains of some sort of paste that is supposed to stop anything from leaking on a pipe in the shower but that's really nothing worth complaining on. It's a great place, I recommend both the host and the place

Really loved the apartment. very modern and clean. kitchen fully equipped for our needs, market just down the building. restaurants nearby. Chrisper was our contact guy and did excellent job answering our questions and demands! would love to come back again.

the pool costs extra money to use.

The apartment is in a good area with great amenities. The apartment has everything you need and a shop on the ground floor. Huge flatscreen smart television with Netflix and many other channels. A nice breakfast bar for two if you’re cooking in or having a takeaway. Excellent air-con which is a must this time of year. Very comfortable bed with a good size wardrobe and a little safe for valuables. Bathroom has a powerful rainforest shower. Wifi is extremely fast all the time. There really are plenty of little touches that make it so homely. Great swimming pool and gym to burn off some unwanted calories if that your thing. Underground parking are also free at the complex Krystel’s is an amazing host with a heart of gold. If your coming to Manila then this is definitely the place to stay.

The owner krystal was very friendly and respond immediately for all my queries. I recommend this place for official works or tourism. Very good view at night especially. I enjoyed my 4 nights pleasantly. Ground floor have the mall, so no issues to purchase and for dining. Especially the currency exchange. I love it.

I am grateful that I was welcomed by the most accommodating, cheerful and loveable owner herself, Ms. Krystel. I enjoyed our small talks and never felt that I am a stranger. She is very quick to reply not only to inquiries but also creating the connection even after my stay in the unit. I had an awesome and the best relaxing experience staying for two days in her place. Everything is organized, functional, very clean, neat and most importantly located at the heart of the business district. Highly recommended for NCLEX takers, just a walking distance to the exam site; or for business or leisure purposes. :)

You’ll have everything you need.

Clean, simple, and elegant! All the essentials you will ever need for a staycation are provided by the owner. I stayed here with my partner because we attended a concert in Paranaque. We ended up staying a couple of nights because the location of this property is perfect, and I say perfect as it is just a stone's throw away from RCBC plaza in Ayala. There's also a mini mall with a couple of restaurants and a grocery store on the ground floor. The neighboring building (The Rise) also has a mini mall with tons of restaurants so you really don't have to go far to eat. Convenience stores are also located nearby. Both me and my partner brought our laptops since we are both work from home employees. The WiFi connection is fast and stable, enough for us to have a couple of files downloading in the background while watching Netflix through the TV (totally included in your stay by the way) while convincing ourselves we were just taking a short break. Moreover, the owner is kind and VERY RESPONSIVE to our inquiries. She literally replies within 5-10 minutes. Our check in/out was contactless so that added to the overall homey experience (because we really felt like we owned a condo unit even for just a couple of days). The cherry on top was the view of the Makati skyline in the bedroom and the little instant coffee packs with creamer and brown sugar because it keeps me up when I need to work late. Overall, will really consider staying here again if we need to stay a couple of nights in Makati or any nearby areas.

Provided chairs are just a little bit high so maybe just add one or two chairs with adjustable height for people who need to use their laptops/devices on the table.
