Reviewed Aug 7, 2026El hotel se ubica en un gran edificio de 33 plantas con un trasiego constante de personas, ya que se alquilan muchos apartamentos en él. El apartamento que nos asignaron no salía exactamente en las fotos del anuncio, pero era muy similar a los mostrados. Como detalle de distribución, al abrir la puerta principal del alojamiento, te encuentras con otras dos puertas que dividen el espacio en dos apartamentos independientes.Nos alojamos en la planta 30, por lo que las vistas de la ciudad son realmente buenas. En cuanto al interior, la cama es muy cómoda, aunque encontramos pocos utensilios de cocina si piensas cocinar allí. Lo mejor de la experiencia fue la comunicación con el encargado para el registro de entrada y salida; fue maravillosa, rápida y muy eficaz.
Lo peor del alojamiento fue la limpieza; era muy por encima y superficial, aunque creo que es algo común en los estándares de esta ciudad

Keep good maintenance of the property. If the owner can provide water filter like Coway as one of the facilities of the property, it would be great.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Recomand cu incredere ,am avut un sejur fantastic o Locatia de nota 10 cu absolut toate facilitățile pe care le gasesti SI la tine acasa,mașina de spălat,p chicineta cu tot ce iti trebuie ,frigider ,piscina SI sala de forța la etaj incluse in pret fara costuri adiționale,camera noua SI foarte curata . Stafful de nota 10 chiar daca am ajuns noapte tarziu am fost așteptat CA sa fac chek in. Una din cele mai bune unitari de care pe care le am avut.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026Die Lobby und der Pool sehen gut aus. Die Aussicht ist auch ok, aber aus dem Gang raus. Im Zimmer war die Pool sicht. Die Innenstad ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Ca. 30 bis 45 Gehminuten.
Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, können eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen. Badezimmer war schon sehr Grenzwertig. Die Lange erinnert stark an die Bronx in den USA. Bin kein ängstliche Person, hatte aber abends ganz schön viel angst gehabt. Das ist aber auch vielleicht nur mein Eindruck/Empfinden. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer: wir hatten nur Seife obwohl in der Beschreibung "Pflegeproduckte" standen. Vielleicht ist es nur mein irrtümliches Verständnis, dass ich unter Pflegeprodukte wenigstens auch ein Shampoo erwarten habe? Bei Nachfrage würde nur mit "ok" reagiert, an der Situation aber nichts verändert. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist tatsächlich nur eine, wenn wirklich Notwengid ist , sonst würde ich da im Leben nicht reingehen. Im großen und ganzen ein sehr authentisches Plätzchen! Muss allerdings diese Erfahrung nicht noch mal machen.

Staff not very welcoming. Bad mouldy smell from washing machine. Also, there is a very tiny drying rack, not enough for even just half a load. We asked for an extra one and were told no, which was not very nice. Overpriced considered the service. Details make the difference, just having a nice apartment won't suffice.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025+ новое здание, довольно свежая отделка + х/б постельное бельё; жёсткий матрас (для меня = хорошо) + чисто) Нет ни муравьёв, ни тараканов) + наличие кухни + стиральная машина, утюг, маленькая гладильная доска + высокий этаж = красивый вид из окна; окно немного открывается = свежий воздух) + рядом хороший супермаркет, свежие и разнообразные продукты + там же много кафешек, где можно поесть; и вокруг тоже их достаточно + центр с небоскрёбами и другими достопримечательностями недалеко = везде ходила пешком + рядом станции электричек и метро, легко доехать до Batu Caves + уборка по запросу + менеджер быстро реагирует и решает проблемы, если они появляются) + многие пишут про медленные лифты = нормальные лифты! Короче: в следующий приезд скорее всего остановлюсь здесь же)
- мало ложек и вилок, чайных ложек нет вообще = добавьте хотя бы по паре принадлежностей; нож тупой - нет дверки/шторки в душе, поэтому заливает ванную комнату. Но есть швабра = я сразу протирала пол и ок) - «спрятанные» доплаты больше самой озвученной цены. Мне это не понравилось при бронировании( - также некомфортен залог в 200 рингит, хотя его можно оставить в другой валюте. Я оставляла в долларах, их при выезде вернули)

Usually every accommodation should have a reception area. When I arrived at 2am I was met with a very rude general receptionist and no internet access to contact Booking.com.I was barely able to establish a connection after half an hour.There was no shampoo in the unit for washing the hair, and there was only shower gel for the head and body and toilet liquid. I asked for a power plug converter, but it was not provided, and the next day they lent me a charger.There were no amenities, even with a fee, such as extra drinking water or shaving kits. Overall I feel like I wasted my money and Booking.com is responsible for that because I trusted you and chose this unit.
