Overall the riad was comfortable.

The pool was green and could have been cleaned. Coffee and tea had to be paid for as it was not included.

Personnel très chaleureux et au petits soins pour ses clients. Le logement est très bien placé, proche du centre ville, il faut compter 15 min de marche pour la place Jemaa el fna, il y à plein de lignes de bus à proximité. Le logement était sufisant pour 2 personnes. J'aurai apprécié un petit frigo dans la chambre.

A very peaceful and quiet accommodation, located just a short walk from the historic center of Marrakech. It is an ideal place to relax after a full day in the city.

From a European perspective, there were definitely some shortcomings. However, Morocco has a different culture, so one must respect and tolerate the local standards and conditions.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel. La piscine, certes petite pour certains, était parfaite pour nous afin de nous rafraîchir. Il faut dire que c’était un critère très important, tout comme la proximité avec la place Jemaa el-Fna.

La présence d'une bouilloire pourrait être un plus, si non rien a dire d'autres

I loved the room it was big and spacious with everything needed for a comfortable stay whilst working in the city. The room was clean and comfortable with big bed and bathroom and storage, tv and air con was really good and the coffee machine. i liked the decor, everything was fine in the bedroom Breakfast was really nice and the two ladies hosting were really good and helpful for us.

I booked the room because of the bathtub, but it was out of order and couldnt be used. there was no plug and water was leaking from it. the shower fixing was not attached to the wall so it was a bit awkward to shower. The pool on the roof is nice bit not very clean with dirt and bugs inside and the water is not filtered but its okay for a quick dip in and out. The location i found was noisy with a lot of people hanging around the streets and children shouting and screaming, it was a bit disctracting when trying to work quietly. I find people trying to scam me and asking for money when walking alone and there was drunk people in the daytime laying around outside. Parking was a bit of a problem. I asked at reception where i should park my car and was told theres not parking here. so i had to leave it on the street and every time i was bothered by people asking for payment for parking but they was not official people or they ask for me to drive them somewhere. I did move the car futher away to be left alone in the end.

merci au personnel génial pendant le séjour. Nous avons passé une journée , deux nuits . pas eu le temps d'apprécié tout le charme du riad. Mais la chambre donnant sur une terrasse collective n'est pas géniale pour l'intimité. Toutefois, très belle vue du toit terrasse et petit dej de bonne qualité. le quartier est génial pour visiter médina de Marrakech.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux grâce à Habib, qui a été aux petits soins avec nous. Ses petits-déjeuners et sa gentillesse ont rendu notre séjour parfait du début à la fin ! Fatima a également été très sympathique et accueillante tout au long du séjour 😊 Le lieu est apaisant et calme, tout en restant proche du centre à pied. Les gérants du riad sont également très sympathiques et de très bons conseils 😊

Seul petit point à améliorer : c’est dommage que la piscine n’ait pas été très propre pendant notre séjour, un petit nettoyage aurait été appréciable.

La piscine est vraiment petite et pas chauffée. Pas possible de se baigner a cette saison. Pas de SPA.

The people who worked there was great. With good service and very friendly.

You have to pay additional for a nespresso, a cookie etc. The TV was not working and the internet was poor. So what is the luxe? Luxery for me is also a feeling of welcome. The owner was not friendly, didn't say anything was only on his Phone. This Frenchman has a lot to learn from the Maroc staff, who worked for him.

La cama y almohadas supercomodas,me cambiaron la funda de la almohada porque las manché,la habitacion bonita y tiene tv con netflix,esta muy bien para ver pelis o lo q quieras.Buen desayuno y muy atentos siempre,por si te falta algo.

El baño de la habitacion esta un poco descuidado y la limpieza en él es minima,detalles q hacen verlo feo a pesar de lo bonito q es el riad

On the positive side, the riad was quiet and peaceful, which made it a good place to relax. We were also warmly welcomed and offered traditional mint tea, which was a nice touch.

However, there were several disappointments. The breakfast was quite limited, and the coffee was a major downside — it was served from a thermos instead of being freshly brewed. The pool was also a letdown. The listing mentioned a heated pool, which was one of the reasons I chose this place, but in reality it was not usable during my stay. The most disappointing issue was the airport transfer. We were told we would share the ride with another couple, which suggested the cost would be split, but in the end both couples were charged the full amount. I found this unfair and misleading. I also feel that the price does not match the standard. At this level, coffee and tea in the room should be included. There was a coffee machine, but each capsule cost an extra 2.5 euros, which felt excessive. Additionally, the TV in our room did not work at all, and the Wi-Fi was very limited — it only worked near the reception and not in the room. Overall, while the riad is peaceful, the price is too high for the level of service and amenities provided.

Vicino a molte attrazioni di Marrakech, il Riad è delizioso, ricercato nell'arredo, e con staff gentilissimo che ci ha anche aiutato nella ricerca e disponibilità del transfer aeroportuale che era molto presto al mattino. Consigliatissimo!!!

Très bien situé, chambres cosy

Nos gustó mucho nuestra estancia en el riad. Todo estaba limpio, cómodo y bien organizado. La ubicación es perfecta. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Lamiaa por su excelente trato, siempre amable, atenta y muy profesional. Nos hizo sentir como en casa. Sin duda volveremos.

Todo estuvo muy bien, no tenemos nada negativo que comentar.

Die Lage ist super um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war zwar klein aber charmant und komfortabel. Die Dachterrasse und der Pool sind wirklich traumhaft.

Quiet, good location, easy to find it. Secure. Reception 24/7. King size comfy bed, lots of pillows. Free Mint tea on arrival. Clean. Towels are changed every day. Beautiful sunset from terrasa.

Would be nice to found it robes in a room. Also last day for breakfast we couldn't get omlette(one scramble egg). But it was available last days..

O pequeno almoço muitíssimo bom, a simpatia das funcionárias especialmente a rececionista Lamia que foi a que apanhámos mais vezes e uma outra Senhora não sei se era a dona também muito prestável e simpática. Resumindo vale mesmo a pena ficar aqui hospedado. SENSACIONAL.

La sympathie du personnel. Le confort, la tranquilité, la literie.. de la chambre. Superbe petit déjeuner. La déco avec goût et authenticité. La situation calme et centré du riad. Tout a été parfait et un clin d'oeil à Lamia (réception et concierge) d'une grande serviabilité et gentillesse.

Good communication with the owner. The girl at the reception was very kind and answered all our questions in a very short time to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Pleasant, quiet and clean accommodation. Good breakfast. The location of the accommodation is very good - just a few minutes walk to Jemaa el fna. The only thing we suggest, purely in good faith, is to improve the light in the bathroom by making it brighter.

L’accoglienza; inoltre abbiamo gentilmente chiesto una seconda porzione di uova poiché non mangiavamo parte di ciò che ci han portato ( ad esempio formaggio e frutta) e ci han risposto che era previsto solo un uovo a persona. Considerando il prezzo della notte non vale il soggiorno.

j'ai apprécié le thé de bienvenue et l'accueil du 1er jour.

je suis choquée : petit déjeuner compris dans notre résa et on nous refuse 1 verre d''eau de bouteille pour le petit déjeuner "non l'eau en bouteille est payante" alors on nous sert l'eau du robinet de Marrakech non potable pour les touristes ! incroyable manque de soin et de service. Je vous déconseille d'ouvrir les gourmandises proposées en chambre : 2€5 le Twix avec date de péremption 20 jours après le jour de l'ouverture et le chocolat était immangeable car les températures fluctuent énormément a Marrakech et le chocolat ne se garde pas bien !! nous n'avons pas pu mangé on l'a laissé tel quel et elle nous le facture quand même sans vouloir rien entendre malgré nos arguments totalement légitimes et preuve a l'appuie avec le chocolat intact. les capsules de café proposées sont déjà perforées et oxydées pareil ne les utilisez pas sous peine d'être facturé à tort : chez moi cela s'appelle de l'ARNAQUE et 0 remise en question de la part des 2 dames du Riad. nous ne reviendrons pas évident dommage pour votre fermeture d'esprit et rigidité envers vos clients.

Super gastvriendelijk! Attent, allert en behulpzaam. Een huiselijke sfeer en persoonlijke aandacht. Schoon en goede faciliteiten. Rustig gelegen, maar op loopafstand van centrum. Het ontbijt was prima.

Er was enig verschil in grootte van kamers. De kleine kamers zijn beperkt in ruimte, niet geschikt voor 2 personen. Kleine aandachtspunten zoals batterijen in safe en brandalarm tijdig vervangen. Betaling alleen cash; geen betaling met (credit) card mogelijk.

Lo único realmente bueno de este alojamiento es la zona de terraza con piscina.

La habitación es muy pequeña y oscura. Nos dieron la opción de cambiarnos a otra un poco mayor, en el mismo piso, pero nos querían cobrar 20€/día de más. Desayuno insulso. No hay botella de agua de cortesía, algo imprescindible en zonas de calor. Puedes pedir una y te cobran 2€. Importante, los billetes en aeropuerto deben ir impresos, incluso para Ryanair, el riad cobra 2€ por imprimirlos. En general, para un turista pagar unos euros de más por varias cuestiones no supone un problema pero la sensación que tienes es que son muy CUTRES. Nos alojamos en otro riad dos días más y todo fue perfecto, sobre todo por la amabilidad del personal, algo que no encontré en este riad. No lo recomiendo.
