Nội thất hơi cũ

Location, view, layout, open roomy

No where near as clean and luxurious as the photos, it seemed o cared noted for the property than the made and owner. It was odd and concerning. I had to clean it to get the mold gone that was everywhere. The floor has a film over it so it felt gross to walk on it. Just little detailed things that would fly in a normal home. Definitely not something you pay good money to walk into.

Da muss wohl einige Jahre her gewesen sein. Unsere Fotos sprechen für sich. Fallen Sie nicht auf den "Gastgeber" rein (Jack) und meiden Sie dieses Apartment.

Đẹp sạch sẽ

The view from the apartment is truly amazing and was one of the highlights of our stay. The apartment itself has good potential, and the furniture appears to have been of good quality and well chosen when it was new. The layout is spacious and, with proper upkeep, this could be a very comfortable place to stay. The man that brought us the key was nice and also replaced the batteries to the AC remote promptly.

Unfortunately, the apartment did not match the expectations set by the photos. Both the bathrooms and the kitchen were dirty upon arrival, and there was even a used water bottle left in the sink, which was disappointing. The furniture has clearly not been cared for over time, there was dust inside the closets, and the toilet seat in the master bathroom was broken. We understand that previous guests may not always take care of a property, but when guests like us do, and arrive expecting a stay that reflects the listing, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance is particularly frustrating.

Good place to stay

Shower broken

One of the most amazing place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Gym, Spa, Swimming are free. You can get great massage by experts here in budget. A great view of city. I would love to visit again.

Very clean and well maintained apartment with nice facilities

Location is not fantastic but grab in vietnam is cheap. A few seemingly broken things such as bathroom light? The water stopped from 11pm - 1am but wasnt informed about this by the owner beforehand. A little on the expensive side but that is true for the entire city.

whole spacious apartment at a good rate. Host though not conversant in english, but very accommodative, flexible, helpful, and responsive.

limited amenities around the estate. No gym facility in the estate. Not that close to central.

The view is beautiful
