Appartement très propre, tout ce qu’il faut ustensiles, proprio réactif, bon wifi, belle vue, métro connecté au bâtiment, piscine incroyable, bon wifi, sécurisé.

Un peu loin du centre ville mais en métro ça va vite

Le camere sono molto spaziose e molto pulite. I servizi offerti sono ottimi: piscina a sfioro e una piccola palestra dotata di macchinari Matrix. Tutto estremamente pulito. Nelle vicinanze dell’ingresso trovate un 7 eleven e un CU.

Fantastic swimming pool to relax in, very close to the MRT and places to eat/shop within the complex. Bed very comfortable. Staff were attentive when, on the first night, the sink leaked all over the kitchen floor.

Bereits vor unserer Ankunft wurden wir von unserer Kontaktperson sehr freundlich kontaktiert und erhielten verständliche Videos und Bilder mit einer genauen Erklärung zum Check-in. Dadurch verlief die Ankunft unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten: eine Küche mit Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen sowie einen Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Besonders schön war auch der große Poolbereich. Die gesamte Anlage machte grundsätzlich einen sehr ansprechenden Eindruck. Auch die Lage war hervorragend. Das Zentrum von Kuala Lumpur war innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

Einige kleinere Punkte könnten verbessert werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Sicherheitspersonal im Eingangsbereich war aufgrund begrenzter Englischkenntnisse teilweise etwas schwierig. Zudem mussten wir bei unserer Ankunft persönliche Angaben erneut machen, obwohl wir diese bereits im Voraus übermittelt hatten. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Esstisch bereits mit Geschirr und Besteck gedeckt, dieses war allerdings deutlich verstaubt und musste zunächst gereinigt werden. Außerdem waren keine normalen Trinkgläser vorhanden, sondern lediglich Weingläser. Die Aufzüge der Anlage wirkten ebenfalls etwas veraltet.

Een fijne nog bijna nieuwe kamer met een ruim balkon en mooi uitzicht op de stad. Een mooie ruime keuken (minimale uitrusting) en fijne badkamer en wasmachine. Verder nog een goede airco en plafondventilator. Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit. Op de 11e verdieping werden wij verrast door het fantastische zwembad daar. Een mooi groot infinity bad met geweldig zicht op de stad, een paar ligbedden. Daarnaast ook een mooie gym en speelgelegenheid op dezelfde verdieping aanwezig. Onder het hotel ligt een winkelcentrum met verschillende eetgelegenheden, supermarkt zoals 7/11 en wat andere winkels.

Bij het zwembad was het erg gehorig omdat het hotel naast een knooppunt van verschillende snelwegen ligt. Voor ons geen punt, je bent immers ook ik in een grote stad. Het was voor ons steeds een beetje gedoe om binnen te komen omdat de pas niet helemaal lekker werkte (maar uiteindelijk steeds wel lukte). De woonkamer is een beetje donker omdat hier geen direct zonlicht aanwezig is. Het ligt wat ver van het centrum maar met een Grab prima te doen

Не плохой ЖК, станция трамвая примыкает к жому 3 станции и вы прям в самом центре.

1. Грязно, всё липкое, к полам тапочки прилипают; 2. Старое и самое дешевое постельное бельё и подушки, абсолютный минимализм: три вилки, три стула, три тарелки и т д., старая техника, стиральная машина была сломана - починили, но стирает очень плохо. 3. Очень шумно: наземное метро и огромные дорожные развязки прям под балконом, курьеры на мотоциклах разной степени звонкости ездят круглосуточно, в 5 утра подъем на молитву :)) … с учетом что у дома остекление в 1 стекло - шум реально мешает. 4. Бассейн грязный, вода липкая - явно никто не делает тесты и хлор там давно уже не работает, на стенках бассейна видна плесень. 5. ТЦ внизу ЖК в целом бестолковый там поесть не получится, если вы конечно не любитель малайской кухни. 6. Прям около входа в башню «А» популярное кафе для местных - вам каждый раз мимо него проходить и наслаждаться запахами и видами :))

Vlakbij de metro en een mooi groot zwembad op de 11e verdieping. We hadden netfix. 4 metrostops van de twin towers. Tip haal de maleisische OV kaart Touch 'n Go (TnG) kaart, handig bij het reizen.

Als ik iets moet invullen vonden wij het jammer dat er geen fysieke incheck was. Ik denk dat dit wel ergens heeft gestaan maar dit is ons niet opgevallen. Wel zouden we het zo nog een keer boeken.

Está todo bien. El apartamento está limpio y cómodo con todo lo necesario para la estancia..

Está preparado más bien para 2 personas y esta un poco alejado del centro pero esto ya se puede comprobar antes de reservar...

Easy to check in with instructions from the host. Friendly host. Clean apartment at a fair price. Lots of shops nearby. Access to washing machine and Netflix was an added bonus. Train station across the road was very handy.

Noisy part of the city. Kitchen utensils are very minimal although we didn't need them, personally. The bed is very very hard which was ok for us but maybe other people would expect a soft bed. Pillows were lumpy.

The fast lift and beautiful studio with balcony. The bed was very comfortable but I hope they would replace the very flattened pillows :)

We loved the location, pool and nearby restaurants. It was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views and convenient transport for going to the city. A great place to stay when visiting Malaysia.

The cookware could be replaced and more detailed directions on how to get there would be useful.

The geography and environment are both good.

The bed and sofa are both too soft. Sleeping on the bed makes my back hurt, and the sofa feels like the foam is worn out; it feels like it's collapsing when I sit on it.

Everything. Loved the experience of living in what felt like a luxury high rise. The pool area was nice as well. The amenities were great and so were the management.

This is not a negative but a suggestion if management could provide local brands of tea and coffee (BOH/ Old town) instead of Lipton/ nescafe.

We were very satisfied with our stay. 1. The room was very clean and tidy. 2. The bathroom had no unpleasant odor at all. 3. The air conditioning was very cold and comfortable. 4. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. 5. The balcony was very clean. Highly recommended! 😊

1) car parking - park at level 10, very high level 2) This is a newly developed residential area, so there is ongoing construction work from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the day. The constant noise made our 3 days and 2 nights stay quite uncomfortable, and it did affect our rest at times. It would be good for future guests to be aware of this situation.

Our stay at this hotel apartment was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The location couldn't have been more perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore the area, and we were immediately impressed by how spotlessly clean and well-maintained the entire space was. A special shout-out goes to the security officers, who were always professional, welcoming, and eager to help. Spending mornings on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view was a definite highlight, and the seamless, friendly communication with our host made the whole experience stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home!

The only minor area for improvement would be providing clearer directions to find the exact building location and sharing the point of contact information a bit earlier.

Excellent apartment in KL. Great view of the city. Large, comfy bed. Decent sized bathroom with basic amenities. Small kitchenette, perfect for one person or a couple. Room was clean and felt like having your own place in the city. Retrieving key and check in was a bit long, but hosts were very communicative and friendly.

Great stay, big room with kitchen, lounge, king bed, bathroom, washer/dryer and balcony. Great to have a good space for a 5 night stay. The location is great if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle, yet still convenient enough to catch LRT from Jelatek station downstairs or a cheap Grab. The facilities are a standout with a massive rooftop pool with incredible views of KL you wouldn’t get in the city. Also has a basketball counter, gym among others. The shopping mall downstairs was convenient but many shops still yet to open at this time. Housecleaning not included but you can organise if needed

Unkomplizierter Check In, auch spät Abends (jedoch nie persönlich Personal gesehen, alles via Whatsapp, macht es unpersönlich, kann gefallen oder auch nicht). Baby Bett wurde ermöglicht. Sehr schöner Pool und Spielplatz. Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten direkt in de Mall unterhalb des Hotels.

Ausstattung minimal, reicht aber für 2-3 Übernachtungen. Leider war es im Badezimmer nicht sauber, viele Haare am Boden, der Rest der Wohnung war tiptop sauber! Baby Bett wurde nur gegen Aufpreis ermöglicht, es wurde jedoch kein Bettanzug bereit gelegt.

Everything is good. The location is great, and the staff is friendly.

The apartment is spacious and very nicely designed. The pool and the view from it are amazing. The residence is not very close to the city centre, but this is what gives you the above mentioned view, plus there is a KJL station nearby, and the ride to the Petronas Towers is 10 minutes only.

At the beginning, the communication via Booking.com was a little bit chaotic (seemed like different people were copying-pasting the same message), and there was some misunderstanding regarding the deposit payment. But it improved once we had a WA contact. A word of advise to the owner/manager: displaying the damage price list in each of the rooms has a little bit chilling, rather the feeling-welcome effect.

it was very easy, received code to the appointment 30 mins before schedule check-in. Once retrieved the condo pass key or card, straight to registraion at the security counter. The check-in is seamless.

the apartment located right next to Jelatek LRT station which is a bonus when travelling around Kuala Lumpur. We rely so much o public transportation while in KL

1. Номер позиционируется как "президентский люкс", но я с этим не согласен. Это просто неплохие апартаменты. 2. Мы приехали в номер в 9-10 утра, но пришлось заплатить полную стоимость за целые сутки, чтобы заселиться раньше. 3. Я бронировал номер примерно за 2 недели заранее. Мне присылали описание, различную информацию, но не слова о депозите. И о нем мне сказали за несколько дней до заселения (когда уже нельзя отменить бронирование без штрафа, который составляет всю стоимость проживания). Возврат депозита составляет до 14 дней. 4. В "президентском люксе" нам на двоих выдали два полотенца + одно на пол. Полотенца для рук и лица отказались выдать даже по дополнительной просьбе. 5. Я приехал из Чехии, и разумеется, все электроприборы у меня с евровилкой. Нам отказали в выдаче переходников. Пришлось самостоятельно их искать в городе и покупать. 6. В номере (в кухонной части) стоял очень неприятный запах и персонал проигнорировал моё замечание. Позже я выяснил, что запах шёл из канализации в раковине кухни. Да, мы постоянно гуляли и были в номере только ночью, но это не нормально, когда в далеко не самых дешёвых апартаментах такие неудобства. 7. Самое интересное!!! За 6 дней проживания в номере я убил 4х тараканов (у меня есть фото и видеодоказательства).

Not really suitable for 3 people: the sofabed was uncomfortable. Only two chairs, plates, utensils, etc.

The property was so comfortable and convenient, with an LRT station on the doorstep, a mall downstairs and a 7-11 nearby. it was accessible for wheelchair users. the swimming pool and recreation area is gorgeous and th view across KL stunning. we particularly appreciated the balcony as this is not always available in KL .

The directions to the property were a little confusing as it did not come up in the Grab list and we were misdirected to another property at first.

地點在捷運旁邊很方便、整棟大樓看的出來很用心在維護、非常的乾淨、整潔、環境優美，尤其是11樓的無邊際游泳池真的很棒、視野超美的，可以遠眺雙子星大樓，另外房間也有提供洗衣機很方便，整體來說CP值很高！

因為在捷運旁邊又是公路旁所以車子的躁音很大，建議最好自行攜帶耳塞比較好！ 另外建議管理人員房間可以放個廚房抹布方便擦拭水漬，才真正是環保愛地球…..

Check in process was very straight forward with full details sent prior to arrival. Security deposit was refunded very quickly after departure. Location is slightly out of town however, the train station is at the complex so travel into the city is very simple and easy. Pool area and views of sunset over KL each night are fantastic! Would definitely return if visiting KL again.

Large wardrobe but only 3 coat hangers, it would be useful to have more. The iron could do with replacing.

Tout est parfait , check in super rapide , réception des clefs dans une box , l hote est très réactif au message . L appartement est magnifique, du grand luxe , la décoration est parfaite . La literie est top , j ai très bien dormi, avec 2 climatisation dans l appartement. L emplacement est idéal et la résidence est époustouflant ... je reviendrai sans hésiter

We had booked the Presidential Suite. Don’t expect it to be like something that you would expect a President to live in but it was a lovely self contained studio flat suitable for 2 people. It’s large and comes with a fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, microwave, kettle, cooker and smart tv. The little things you would expect were provided like soap, towels, tea, sugar, powdered milk, toilet paper, disposable slippers. The apartment was spotless. We were met in reception by the host Haris who was such a lovely person. He took us to our room, gave us his number and messaged later in the evening to check everything was ok. It’s a shame we were only staying for one night as it’s the perfect place to spend a lot longer if you are spending a few nights in KL.

The apartments are located over a shopping mall and there are 4 different towers. The booking did not indicate which tower we were in. It would have been good if it had. We were dropped off outside tower C and eventually ascertained we were supposed to be in Tower A so had to take 4 suitcases a few hundred yards to the correct entrance. Other than Haris who met us at the Tower A reception no one else spoke any English which didn’t help. Please make it clear which tower people need to go to.

Ce qui ne convient pas : -Le fait de devoir verser une caution est dérangeant... Ce n'était pas prévu à la réservation, ça n'arrive qu'une fois la réservation sur Booking confirmée. Du coup on exige une caution à verser sur un compte bancaire étranger. Vous récupérez ensuite cette caution s'il ne manque pas une petite cuillère ou une tasse... Quelle affaire !!!Pour ma part j'ai négocié une caution payée en cash mais pour la récupérer quel cirque !!! Le jour du check out pas possible de la récupérer avant 9h00 le matin car le personnel ne commence pas sa journée avant. Du coup si vous avez un vol de bonne heure le matin veuillez contacter le pilote de votre avion pour différer l'heure de décollage afin de ne pas interférer avec les horaires de travail de la personne qui vous héberge 🤦🏻. Après deux heures d'attente j'obtiens exceptionnellement le reversement de ma caution la veille au soir du départ... Expérience très désagréable. Il également bon de rajouter dans l'appartement : - un torchon pour la vaisselle - Deux serviettes de toilette pour les mains. - un grille-pain, toaster. - renouveller le fer à repasser. ( Résultat une chemise hors d'usage) - Le sèche cheveux ne chauffe pas... - Verres à bière ( très important ☝🏻), j'en fais un usage quotidien. - Pas suffisamment de sunbeds autours de la piscine, 6 au total pour plusieurs centaines de logements ça fait pas beaucoup. Effectivement il n'y a jamais beaucoup de monde à la piscine néanmoins nous sommes descendus à plusieurs reprises afin de nous accorder un moment de détente mais nous n'avons pas eu l'opportunité de profiter des transats 🙁. Dans cet hébergement où on évite au maximun de vous rencontrer on a trop souvent l'impression que l'on est à la disposition du propriétaire alors qu'à mon sens ça devrait peut-être être l'inverse. Bref, évitez ce logement pour votre tranquillité.

젤라텍역 바로 연결되어있어 교통 좋구요. 수영장도 너무 멋집니다. 1층에 편의점 너무 잘 사용했고 금요일 젤라텍 야시장은 생각보다 맛있는 게 많아서 한번만 경험한 게 너무 아쉬웠어요.

기도소음은 있는 편입니다 주방세정제 행주가 있었다면 좋았을 거 같아요
