For the price of the rooms - you'd expect it to be of certain hotel standards (for 300 ringitt more for 2 days , we could haved moved to Shangri La hotel in the same location with better service and facilities. 1. no soap available - if anything only left over supermarket products 2. the plugs in room were damaged or does not work - generally the rooms were of very very poor workmanship 3. lamps wires were crooked and didn't fit in the plugs 4. the reception is on the 33rd floor - access to elevators and rooms came with massive bulky keys and access cards (including cards to the parking lot that we did not require ) 5. the mirrors of the cabinets are facing directly the bed which is uncomfortable but this is a personal preference

Reviewed May 10, 2026Когда совсем разочаровалась в бронированиях и три хозяина меня с семьей не заселили по прилёту ..а у нас был один день и ночь ( и все трое написали что у них что то случилось в номере🤣видимо у них выработанная техника как послать на фиг) А этот отель я бы сказала имеет свой даже ресепшен и они встретили заселили в прекрасные апартаменты на одну ночь! Просто им огромное спасибо! И никакого залога ( типо вернут не вернут утром рано) у них нет!!! Отличное отношение людей к туристам! И конечно тоже супер вид и бассейн на крыше💥

La piscina infinita estaba cerrada desde marzo hasta mediados de abril y el propietario lo ocultó. No pudimos disfrutar de ella y eso fue un engaño. De haberlo sabido habríamos alquilado cualquier otro porque allí son todos así. BOOKING respondió bien pero el propietario no quiso saber nada de compensar el problema y lo ha hecho BOOKING . Unos caraduras los propietarios. Sabían que si ponían que la piscina en esas fechas estaba en manteamiento perderían alquileres y a nosotros nos hizo la faena.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Royce Residence est une très belle résidence située au nord des tours Petronas. L'appartement était grand (2 grandes chambres, un grand séjour, 2 salles de bains), très bien équipé, avec un balcon et une vue magnifique sur la ville et les tours. La piscine en rooftop offre aussi une vue spectaculaire. L'emplacement est bon pour aller au KLCC park (10mn à pied), pour les autres quartiers, nous avons privilégié le taxi. Un logement de belle qualité à Kuala Lumpur.
La communication a été assez informelle, avec beaucoup de consignes à respecter, pas toujours très claires.

สิ่งที่ไม่ชอบคือ ฉันและครอบครัว เข้าพักหลายวัน คือ 10 คืน 11 วัน ควรมีบริการสอบถามกับลูกค้าเรื่องทำความสะอาดห้องพักบ้าง อย่างเช่น แบตไม่มีค่าบริการเพิ่มนะคะ ควรจะมีบริการทำให้ลูกค้าฟรี ในระหว่างการเข้าพัก 10 คืน เข้ามาเติมทิชชู่ ภายใน 10 วัน เข้ามาทำความสะอาดห้องเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวซัก 1 ครั้งก็ยังดี ฉันเข้าพัก 10 คืน ทั้งที่พักควรเข้ามาทำความสะอาดมาสัก 1 ครั้ง ครึ่ง10 วันก็ดีนะคะ อีกหนึ่งอย่างที่ไม่ประทับใจก็คือใต้เตียงสกปรกมาก ยังไม่ค่อยสะอาด แล้วก็ระหว่างเข้าพักมีช่างก่อสร้าง มาซ่อมกระเบื้องปูกระเบื้อง ทั้งหนวกหูทั้งขี้ฝุ่นมีช่างทำงานซ่อมกระเบื้องหน้าห้องชั้นประมาณ 6 วัน มันแย่มาก ทั้งหนวกหูและมีขี้ฝุ่น เครื่องซักผ้าที่มีเครื่องอบผ้าในตัว ไม่ค่อยดีอบผ้าเท่าไหร่ก็ไม่แห้ง สิ่งที่ไม่ประทับใจก็คือประมาณนี้ค่ะ ควรปรับปรุงค่ะ

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026Je n’ai rien aimé car j’ai réservé ce logement pour ce qui a été mis en avant sur l’annonce : une belle vue sur les tours Petronas, une grande piscine pour se relaxer. Tout était fermé et inaccessible.
Tout est catastrophique de la promesse client à la gestion de la société et nous avons perdu de l’argent. Nous découvrons dans l’ascenseur que la piscine et tout l’espace extérieur est fermé depuis 10 jours pour travaux ! Donc aucune vue sur Kuala Lumpur ni sur les Tours. Après envoyé messages et messages, la société de gestion finit par me répondre qu’ils ne sont pas au courant. Je demande un remboursement, pas de réponse de personne. Il a fallu que je dise que j’allais les dénoncer sur la plate-forme pour qu’ils finissent par me répondre. Au final, nous avons fait avec leur accord le check-out deux nuits avant notre départ pour être remboursés mais NOUS N’AVONS JAMAIS ÉTÉ REMBOURSÉS. Ils se sont couverts derrière la plateforme Booking. Nous sommes allés à l’Ibis (que je recommande) à côté et avons donc payé deux séjours parallèles. Aussi, attention : ils ne donnent qu’un badge et qu’un seul trousseau de clés. Quand on voyage à 3, c’est très très compliqué.

No swimming pool as it was under maintenance. The accommodation provider could have told us well in advance but probably didn't as we would have booked somewhere else. The first apartment we got had a musty smell about it and the A/C didn't work in the master bedroom. We were moved to a much nicer and bigger apartment which we appreciated.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Odada tuvalet kağıdı çok azdı. Duş ve baş şampuanı yoktu. Baş havlusu yoktu. Hijyen çok iyi değildi oda da kertenkele vardı ve kokuyordu. Mutfak da bulaşık süngeri eskiydi ve yoldan gelen kişilerin içebileceği su, çay, kahve, şeker ve tuz yoktu.
Merkeze yakınlığı hariç memnunkalmadık.

화장실의 세면대와 샤워실의 하수구가 시원하게 물이 잘 안빠졌어요. 그리고 7일을 있고 사람이 3명인데 화장실의 화장지가 1개 반 밖에 없었습니다. 돈주고 사서 썻습니다. 한개가 더 있네요. 51층까지 있는 고층빌딩, 그렇게 많은 사람들이 숙박하는데 엘레베이터가 4대 뿐이라 엘레베이터 한번 타려면 운좋으면 5분쯤 운 안좋음 몇번을 그냥 지나치며 못탄 기억에 아쉬웠네요.

Waiting 45 minutes to get down to ground floor from 35th floor. My wife and child had to walk the stairs to find the exit on the ground floor locked. Very dangerous in case of fire or emergency. It's the worst experience I ever had.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Отличное месторасположение, пять минут пешком до башен Петронас. До остальных достопримечательностей на такси. Видовой бассейн на 51 этаже для всех постояльцев. Все соответствует фото и описанию. Останавливаемся второй год подряд.
Утром долго приходится ждать лифт, чтобы спуститься (даже 4 лифта не справляются с потоком людей). В самих апартаментах стоит уже заменить подушки.
