The room was immaculate. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a lovely view over the gardens. There was a good selection for breakfast.

Air conditioning in the restaurant was cold. There was very little storage (no drawers) in the room.

Great location, easy to find, next to shops/bars/restaurants etc. it’s sleek, modern, warm and welcoming. Very clean too.

Everything was absolutely top banana. Spotless, spacious, great amenities; nice body wash/soap/hairdryer. Bed was very comfy. Big tv, friendly staff, quiet!!! The only teeny weeny thing was I only had one coffee sachet in my drawer but I should have asked for more; I just couldn’t be arsed. The shower was really good too big, good pressure and great temperature range.

No one to great us when entering for breakfast. Could not find a clean table . Had to ask a member of staff to clean a table for us to use. Coffee machine would not work, I could not work out the toaster but that was probable me. Coffee cups were at feet level, not at all hygienic. The layout of breakfast I found very difficult to use and spread around a very large room. All self service which is not my preference when using a distinguished hotel.

Rooftoprestaurant. Hoofdgerecht was extreem pikant, hiervan hadden ze niets gezegd. Na een opmerking bij het afruimen hebben we hierover een opmerking gemaakt. Even later kwam de ober zeggen dat ze het gerecht van de rekening hadden gehaald. Vonden we heel attente en correcte reactie. Verder is het restaurant prima, met vriendelijke bediening.

Location was great. Room was nice too.

The breakfast was very poor and there was no table service. Getting a taxi was also a problem. Our Uber cancelled after waiting 15mins owing to poor access to Burgess Street.

Room extension became a problem. I ahd to move to IBIS so I can remain in Sheffield to attend my meeting... After I moved my date Radisson declined to refund me and my £154 went to the winds. I am unhappy.

Great central location. Very clean, fresh & modern. Comfiest bed & best night’s sleep in ages. Great shower. Really friendly & helpful staff. Everything just spot on, rooms so well laid out, everything you need from convenient plug points, well placed mirrors & plenty of space for your things. Delicious sweets on reception desk. And again - a super comfy bed!

Nothing to dislike at all. Biscuits in the room would be a nice addition. Shame the hotel has no parking, but the discount codes for nearby Q Parks makes up for this.

The location was great and the staff super welcoming and helpful. The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was really good. The 3rd-floor bar and restaurant is nice, with lovely food.

It was a bit cold in the room and I never managed to understand how to regulate the temperature. The main reception is on the lower-ground floor, but it doesn't feel like a lower ground, so it's quite confusing, especially since they indicate a secondary reception on the ground floor.

Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff.

Sheffield is a massive dive, the true meaning of its grim up north. Only there to see a friend traveling with work and wouldn't sugest the city to anybody. I only booked this hotel as it was the most expensive in Sheffield (and still cheap) in the hope i wouldn't catch anything visiting. Fortunately i was only there for one night.

Such fabulous hotel, immaculately clean and smells gorgeous. We were given an early check in and a beautiful room with a view of the Peace Gardens. Staff all lovely, friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately it felt as if the waiting staff had only been doing the job for a week. Nobody knew where anything was in the restaurant for breakfast. Washbasin clickclack plug wasn’t emptying and maintenance did not come to clear it. Offsite Q-Park Carpark - the entry door was not working at 0800. A guy helped by rousing a person inside to open the door on their way out.

The room was very comfortable, very quiet, and very clean. I slept incredibly well. Super convenient location.

Very efficient and polite reception service, room was exceptional with view over peace gardens, great location. By far the biggest surprise was the quality of the food in the restaurant, and the price we paid for halfboard. Three course meal with a drink, anything on the main menu, plus full breakfast menu in the morning. We will be back, thankyou!

The air conditioning wasn't working very well. The £25 early check in fee is just a cynical way for big chains to act as a cash cow. Nonsense. No excuse for it. £10 max The staff at front desk wasn't particularly pleasant.

En el desayuno no había ni mantequilla ni aceite de oliva. Buffet escaso de productos para el precio que se paga. No hay un salón donde poder estar y recibir invitados cuando no estás en la habitación.

Location was very convenient, check in was okay. Staff were friendly on the whole. Room was clean and fresh.

We arrived at 12.30, with official check in time 15.00. We asked if we could check in on arrival, and the receptionist said they had a room available, but it would incur a £20 or £25 charge. We declined, and left our luggage.

What a wonderfully central location right in the heart of the city. Loved our room overlooking the Peace Square. The bed was so comfortable that I simply want that mattress. Lovely linen too and an excellent push button shower. First time I came across this type of shower and I want that too 😁. The staff were professional, warm and welcoming.

The breakfast room, all day restaurant and nighttime bar is full and unprepossessing, rather lacking in atmosphere and not really a place to hang out for an evening drink. It is serviceable as a breakfast room but as a place to eat lunch or dinner it is featureless. The services on an interior designer would enliven the place and make it more a place to hang out, eat and have a drink.

Very spacious, modern and clean room. The shower and other bathroom amenities were exceptional. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast were lovely, especially Shardae, who went out of her way to accommodate my requirements. Just fabulous attitude and service following a busy and stressful breakfast period.

Sometimes hard to navigate the corridors and I got cut off when my key card failed.

The hotel was in a very central location and was perfect for the City Hall. It had lots of good bars and restaurants nearby too. Parking wasn't available on site but there was a discount offered for a nearby car park. The hotel was comfy and quiet at night and also had a decent gym. I would definitely stay here again for furure trips to Sheffield.

We were put in a room with an adjoining door - we could hear everything next door. When they showered, got into bed, watched tv. Out checkout was 12 and we were woken up at 6am. Not ideal.

Lovely rooms and the staff were all fantastic.

The bar area was so warm and the staff up there had no fans so they were all red hot which must make working in those temperatures really difficult and especially when it’s busy !

Exceptionally clean, new and well presented. A few tiny scruff marks on walls. In room facilities were well thought out for the ultimate guest experience. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a real plus on a hot day. No noise from outside which was a miracle due to the centralised location. Staff were friendly and attentive. A wide selection for breakfast. Nice and hot too which is a blessing with a buffet style service. Fantastic value for money too. The best part…. The location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we were going to city hall which is basically at the back of the hotel. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. We will definitely visit again. Well done to all the team!

Very good Hotel in the heart of the city within a few minutes walk of all attractions. Friendly staff, very comfortable beds and a very good breakfast with lots of choice. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this hotel in central Sheffield for our daughter’s graduation. It was a very good choice for a simple bed-and-breakfast style stay, with a clean, modern and sophisticated atmosphere. The location was very convenient, the room was comfortable, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

The main downside is the lack of a good fitness centre. For guests who like to work out while travelling, this may be a limitation. However, we were aware of this before booking, so it was not really an issue for us.

Fantastic location near to City Hall

No remote control in room, on arrival . Paid extra money for 2 hours late check out - had to keep getting our keys re done quite a few times to get back in our room 🙁

I had a really nice and spacious room (thanks for the upgrade!) and the location is perfect, right in the city center. Bed was comfy and shower nice and big. The breakfast room is beautiful and I'd definitely come back if I'm in Sheffield again.

I was a bit underwhelmed by the breakfast. Somehow I imagined a Radisson to have a better breakfast display, but I guess this is their default arrangement. Had the raspberry tart or whatever it was and didn't even finish it because it tasted a little off. Could overall have more high-quality produce and more diversity of breakfast options for a hotel of this class - the breakfast doesn't match the overall experience.

The hotel was modern and clean. The room was spacious, with a fridge. The aircon was quiet and the towels and sheets changed regularly.

Staff too rude. Room service and housekeeping services poor. We are vegen and were asked to pay £30 for a breakfast that had no vegan options other than vegan sausages and toast. Before we checked in we asked the receptionist if there were any breakfast options for us. She claimed that there was a vast vegan menu however this was not true and we ended up spending this amount for toast and juice. Additionally we tried to order room service and the never accepted our order. Even till now (next night) it says order pending. Also, there was no telephone in the room and so it was quite hard to get help with anything or order any sort of amenities. We needed dental kits and had to go down to the reception because the online service would’ve allow us to order any. Even then the receptionist was extremely rude and standoffish. Also the room had two bottles of water that were complimentary however every additional bottle of water we would order would be over £5 for 750 mL with just feels like exploitation especially after we spent close to £200 to stay for just the night and early or late check out was not allowed for us even tho we had to spend all day in Sheffield today as we were visiting for my graduation ceremony

Sealed Room with air con. Room on entering was musty. Fine for 1 night only. Windows should open. Breakfast wasn’t as relaxing as it could be. Required quite a long walk to food counters - relatively minor criticism.

It was in a great location, was upgraded to a superior room which was a lovely surprise, staff were really friendly, and the room had everything I needed.

The room was spacious, we liked the coffee machine, breakfast had a great choice and it’s very conveniently located. The staff were friendly.

Immediately outside the hotel, the pedestrian paved area was being worked on. This resulted in loud noise outside our room beginning by 7.45am. Our shower didn’t drain well meaning the tray quickly filled with water.

This is a lovely hotel, conveniently located in the centre of Sheffield. Warm welcome, lovely room with lots of space and an excellent shower. A great stay until breakfast. Buffet style breakfast, serve yourself. Two issues. Firstly you needed an electrical degree to work the toaster. Ridiculously complicated!! Secondly, the bacon was shocking. Flacid, undercooked, white fat everywhere, inedible. Disappointing end to a lovely stay away.

No carpets in the room. The rooms are not sound proofed, even though the hotel states they are! We could hear a kid crying and a ball been bounced on the floor from upstairs. Breakfast was poor, not organised and minimal choice. Pillows too hard, need a choice of softer ones.

Can’t fault this hotel. Perfect for a Sheffield stay.
