The room didn't include shower gel only shampoo and conditioner were provided, and both didn't function properly. Moreover, the lobby music is so loud that it could be listened it rooms located in the second floor. Finally in the case of the second looking out from the window gives the idea of being jailed.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Great location right in Magsaysay Avenue, close to restaurants, cafes, bars, and groceries. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are attentive and very helpful. The welcome drink was also a very nice touch.
The elevator takes some time but nothing too slow for inconvenience. Overall, it was a great stay!

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026The hotel cancelled my reservation the same day we arrived in Bicol bec we were not paid yet( pay at the property option). They said they prioritized those who are already going to pay due to the holiday season. They should have given us time let's say 2 or 3 days before so we can find a way to pay immediately and why giving us the option to pay at the property. They should not have mention that in the first place. I was with my senior Aunt, and she was expecting that we will be staying at Litton. Even though the receptionist helped us find a hotel,wherein we can stay, still I was very disappointed with the whole process especially the reservation option

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Definitely one of the best hotel in Naga. The place has a luxurious feel, with elegant interiors and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was a highlight.. location is very ideal if you plan to hang out with friends since its surrounded by restaurants, cafes etc. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Me and my family will definitely book again in the future!

Reviewed May 15, 2025The cleanliness and the staff because they are very accommodating and polite.The area was perfect plenty of restaurants to choose from and easy access for transport from tricycle to jeepneys.
Breakfast need a bit of improvement as they only have limited choices and it will be handy to provide hand towels in the bathroom for drying your hands.

The staff were amazing—although our original room with a queen bed was unavailable, they kindly accommodated us with a combined double-size bed. After a long journey, their thoughtfulness and hospitality made all the difference, and we truly appreciated their kindness.

Suggestion to have variety or choices on the dried fish aside from Abo, like new look, boneless dilis, baby langkoy, etc. which are good dried fish varieties that can only be found in bicol. Please have the abo soaked in water as it was too salty on the 3rd day of our stay. No hair dryer in the room and only 2 hangers are available in the closet
