The rooms are suitable for 6 of us. Nice decoration and spacious place to stay.

Need some upgrade in the sofa, the balcony doesn’t have lock. Need improvement in the cleaning especially bathroom ,otherwise rooms are nice.

I'm very like everything regarding provided residence..all is the best...I will come for the next vacation...tqvm...

Takes time to exit from the parking because so many cars to check out at the same time. Almost 30mins wasted time..

The pool is super huge and great for small kids. It's like a small water park. I think this is the best pool for kids I've ever seen in a hotel or homestay. By the way, please check if the pool will be closed on the day of your visit. My friends stayed at Bali Residence (just nearby, opposite), and unfortunately, the pool was closed during their stay. There is no bathtub or sea view at Atlantis, but the studio apartment is huge, comfortable, and clean. You don't need pool view for this, because it might be a bit noisy. Perhaps there is other unit with sea view?? There are water heater, iron, hair dryer, kitchen electric hob, kettle, washing machine, air-conditioners, TV netflix etc, thick bed, etc. Make sure you bring proper swim suit for your family. Polyester jersey is acceptable. Hopefully, the operator can maintain the price at RM250 (including tax). If the price increases, I might consider another hotel or homestay.

The key collection instructions on Booking.com are incorrect. It states "collect at the reception desk at Atlantis apartment," but you actually need to pick up the keys at the Bliss house-office (5 minutes nearby).

-Frontdesk is very helpful. She sends full and detail info, wait for us until late evening and we reach late. -Apartment looks new, high floor and quite. -Security is also nice. -2km away fr shopping malls and attractions. Easy to book grab

- tivi channel is very poor, only local channels -furniture in balcony is very old and almost cant be used anymore -no water filter machine and cooking ✂️

The place is quite spacious and suitable with a big family.. the balcony and one bedroom facing the sea is amazing..really a nice place to stay as it's near the town..

The toilet might need some work to be done..

The apartment is nice and cosy, near to Jonker street. The host responded very fast to my problem. Easy check in and check out

Ms Fiza the host managing our check in etc was very attentive, great and prompt.

Location wise is okay & facilities are great. Easy parking.

We didn’t get wifi during stay but I believe the staffs tried their best for this matter bcs we visited during festive season. When you exit the condo, there is only one exit to the main road with traffic light so it is congested during checkout period.

Location was nice, you get a sea view although not spectacular. Parking feels relatively safe. Check-in and check-out was quick and hassle free.

Property was quite unkept, bathroom floor was wet so you can tell that the previous visitor just left and they had just washed the toilet. The bath room was mouldy too. There was a spoilt ceiling fan but they replaced with a portable fan, remote control for one of the room was missing as well. The vehicle registration at the condominium took really really long.

Car park access, car park for visitors, toilet not clean, kitchen only have basic appliances.

A comfortable and worthwhile place to stay. interesting decoration, and adequate home appliances. close travel distance to all tourist attractions. Fast and good response from the host.

Some facilities need to be repaired. very minimal.

1. Comfortable beds and bedroom for 8 of us. 2. Cooking equipment and kitchen utensils are readily available 3. Wifi, smart tv and popular movies for entertainment are available. 4. Ample parking lot and nearer to the lift. 5. Near to many eateries shops

Problem with the lift card reader at one of the lift. Few occassion we have to tap several times to be able to lock the floor no.

The unit space was big and comfortable, location was just nice for tourists.

Maintenance is poor , the pictures shown at the booking is definitely very old, look different. Deposit refund is taking too long, almost 5- 6 days.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. Good location with many restaurants and shops nearby. Clean room except toilet need to improve the cleanliness.

Toilet need deep cleaning. Other area in the apartment is very clean. Took long time to win for the lifts. Swimming pool always packed can't enjoy it. Lift need to do maintenance as 1-2 lifts not working during our stays. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Please prepare more toilet paper for customer stay more than 2 days. And suggest to provide water filter.

2 Car parks, easy access, Good location

Entrance door spoil, shower room water leaking, water drainage block, water back flow and flooded at shower area, disgusting.

The property is in a good location, not too far from the city. Nice swimming pool in the compound. Room are also in good condition and clean.

The traffic flow, from the building lift until the guard house from the parking lot. Although there’s many lift at the compound, due to the many floors, each time when the lift arrive, it’s already full, taking about 30 minutes plus just to get to the parking lot. And from the parking lot, due to only one exit straight to the guard house, it took another 45 minutes plus just to leave the building.

Location was good as there are many food nearby.

The fan was either too slow or too fast. Bathroom is wet (we received a wet toilet when we check-in) and hard to be dry. The parking was dark during day time as the lights was not on. It’s pretty dangerous as car not able to see us as we are walking towards the lift.

I am so disappointed with the process of the checking and also have to meet the host to collect the room keys. It's very troublesome. After collecting the key, I thought that we are able to check in at 3.00pm unfortunately we have to wait for additional 30 mins as the room is not ready and there is a delay in cleaning. Also, the location is not accessible and grab cannot come in. Imagine with children, we have to stop outside with our luggage to go in. We got our apartment in Block D and it's all the way in. So much of hassle in walk and come out. As for the apartment, it's very dirty and stinky. The toilet always flooded when showering and the bidet is very troublesome to use it. You should reconsider to change your whole apartment concept because it's too old. For 5 days 4 night, it's a nightmare for us. We kinda regret choosing Atlantis Residence as our accommodation. I hope you can rectify the situation because I believe for the next customer will not like all this stuff. Thanks!

The room was clean and comfy. Wifi was fast and stable. It's a one bedroom apartment but spacious. There 7-11 nearby.

The Aircon in the bedroom was a tad noisy.

Power supply of the room block D 3710 is bad. First day already blackout then second day also facing the same problem. Electric supply only for the fan and lamp. Other than that are out of services. Hopefully the management will take it seriously about the power supply of the house. Thanks 🙏

The apartment was very spacious, and there were two queen beds in each room. Great for families with kids. We were able to cook simple breakfast/lunch/dinner. There were adequate cookware available.

There were minor damage/defect to the house, for example the was a gap between the wall and the sliding door. I have already complained to the management and hopefully they will repair it. The shower head holder was broken when we checked in. The one major thing was one of the toilet had problems in flushing.

Not clean, cleanliness minus zero mark. Everywhere there is a red ant, the sink is rusty and induction stove not working. Should have do maintenance weekly once at least also inspection. Need to collect and drop key once checkout at another place for the stay.. we came for vacation, but this management rules is make more difficult for us. The toilet is too smelly and not clean, hand bidet spray spoiled. The hair dryer spoiled, the iron box is not heaty so couldn’t iron clothes.. Kind do inspection, do a deep cleaning and make sure everything is up to date so people can have a great stay.. rather than complaining and ruining their stay. Thanks
