Es hat nach Schimmel/ Stock gerochen, war aber nicht zu sehen.

Apartmán byl čistý, velmi dobře vybavený a měl vše, co jsem během téměř dvoutýdenního pobytu potřeboval. Ocenil jsem prostornou a čistou koupelnu se zásobou mýdla i šamponu, klimatizaci, kávovar s kapslemi i dobře vybavenou kuchyň – nechyběla indukční jednoplotýnková varná deska, toustovač ani sušák na prádlo. Poloha je velmi praktická, blízko hlavního nádraží, zastávek MHD i supermarketů, a velkou výhodou byl také bezkontaktní check-in i check-out.

Největší nevýhodou byla velmi měkká postel, která mi nebyla pohodlná. Mobilní klimatizace sice pokoj dobře vychladila, ale byla poměrně hlučná a řešení odvodu teplého vzduchu oknem nebylo úplně ideální. Kávovar navíc trochu protékal, takže by podle mě zasloužil opravu nebo výměnu, a při delším pobytu bych ocenil také ostřejší kuchyňský nůž a více kuchyňských utěrek.

The area under the bed hadn’t been cleaned, and there was a sock left there. The shower drain didn’t work properly, so when you took a shower, the water wouldn’t drain. Washing your hair would have been difficult because the water would overflow onto the bathroom floor. When we called about it he said it would take an hour for him to get there. It was also very noisy, and the only way to cool the room or get any air conditioning was by keeping the window open.

La cura nei dettagli, esattamente come in foto, cucina molto fornita con tutto l’occorrente anche per un breve soggiorno. Letti molto comodi e servizi e smart tv hanno reso il nostro soggiorno veramente confortevole. Ben collegata con i mezzi, proprietari molto gentili!

Ho trovato la doccia leggermente scomoda seppur molto bella e scenografica, avrei aggiunto un tappeto in più in bagno

Very comfortable apartment, well equipped with all required, even for a longer stay. Large and comfortable bed, large bathroom, well equipped kitchenette, and Nespresso coffee machine which was important for us. Warm and very clean. Temperature can be adjusted at the radiator. We slept very well. Rather far from the centre, but we knew this in advance and didn't mind. The public transport in Vienna is excellent and we find it quite easy to navigate and get to wherever we wanted with WienMobil app.

On Sunday the lift didn't work, so it was challenging to climb up the stairs to the 4th floor, after a long day in the city. But, it was working again on Monday🙂

Lovely room with a kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Excellent public transportation links to the city center, easily accessible on foot. We had a great time.

The accommodation was generally good, only the bed was bad.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la ciudad. Estaba limpio y ordenado y era acogedor. El check-in fue fácil y cómodo. Hay transporte cerca para ir al centro de Viena.

The district does not offer a lot of food options at night but it is very quiet and safe.

Hezký pokoj, čistý, velká koupelna, vybavená kuchyň, televize. Majitel komunikoval přes zprávy mile a rychle odpovídal. Relativně blízko k tramvajové zastávce a obchodům.☀️

Spíše drobnosti - Na velké posteli jsou 2 matrace (1 by byla lepší) a na můj vkus byly moc měkké). V kuchyni chybí odkapávač na nádobí a nenašli jsme utěrky (některé nádobí po předchozích hostech bylo ještě mokré). A indukční deska na vaření je jen 1, takže při vaření většího jídlo to zabralo trochu více času (ale dalo se s tím vystačit).

Baño grande y espacioso. Apartamento muy pequeño (es el equivalente a una habitación de hotel) pero práctico para pasar unos días en los que estás más tiempo haciendo turismo que en el hotel

Las almohadas muy incomodas y planas. La habitación tiene un climatizador portátil que hace ruido intenso

Everything was perfect. Beautiful and clean apartment with really friendly and polite owner. Nice location near bus and metro station. Strongly recommend staying at this apartment. 👌🏻

Good transportation options, trams and buses are quite close. It was easy to get in, instructions were very clear. The apartment was extremely clean and in good condition - you can expect 3-4 star hotel level comfort. I did not expect such a luxury apartment for the price, highly recommended.

Kitchen facilities were just barely adequate for 2 people, e.g. there was no plate-rack.

Easy check in, clean room, comfy bed. The host was really nice and helpful. Close to the bus station and grocery stores, small but good kitchen where you could make basic things using the portable stove and pots. 10/10

We liked everything. Everything was clean, we had all what we needed, the market is closer and the transportation also.

We liked everything. A little bit too far from the center but good transportation closer to the apartment. Also, the area it was safe. The apartment is full with everything you need, we also worked remote from there and we rested well.

The place is nice and simple. The property owner is very helpful and kind, I left my key inside the room at midnight. The house owner came to the property within 20 minutes to help me open the door. They are very responsive and attentive. If you need a good host for your stay, this is the place for you.

There is no air conditioning!!! The description says there is air conditioning, but in fact there is NOT!!! IN THE ROOM DAY +34, NIGHT +32!!!! BOOKING, STOP SCAMING PEOPLE!!!!!

Very clean and there was a fan which helped during summer. There were nice big windows and plenty of plates and cups. Nice shower and a good location.

The place was very accommodating and clean. It was spacious, with plenty of storage, had a kitchenette to prepare things, a washing machine and reliable wifi for working. It's close also to public transportation and easy to reach from the center. In addition, I got a reply very fast for every query I had, so would strongly recommend it to other people visiting Vienna.

Close to tram and train, the interior was really nice.

Breakfast was not included. The appartment was easy to access, the communication with the landlord flexible and fluent. Plus point goes to welcome coffee and cake.
