Air Residences Makati City Comfort and Budget Friendly PRIME location EASY Grab Ride to and From AIRPORT

We loved our stay! The location was great and very convenient. The host was also very responsive and quick to answer all our questions. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place!

One thing that could be improved is having a bidet installed in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was great!

The check in process was smooth and easy, and the Air Mall at lobby level was very convenient with market and many restaurants.

Walking into the room the first night after a day of travel, the stains found on the bed sheets were not very inviting. Although the room is on the 44th floor, every car, truck, and motorcycle passing at night can be heard. Honking their horns also seems to be a norm. The view would have been nice if you didn't have to look thru such dirty windows. The bed was situated directly under the AC unit where condensation would drip right onto your pillow. Kitchenware and utensils look as they haven't been cleaned in weeks. If you're wondering why this unit has so many pics of the lobby area and mall, with just a few of the room, is because the room doesn't look anything like the photos. Furniture is an eclectic collection obtained more than likely from dumpster diving. Sofa so hard, it's hard to sit on it for more than 5 minutes. Quite common to find in Southeast Asia hotels, condos, etc, the hallways and elevators do NOT have AC. Once you leave your room, you walk into an oven, which doesn't bode well stuck in an elevator with a dozen others. The smell of sweat never goes away. As a full time traveler for years as well as being a host in California, this unit is a definite pass for me, and that's an honest review from someone who spent 6 nights here, and not a one word or one sentence review from someone who stayed one night. It may do for someone from another Third World country impressed with running water and electricity, but it fell very short of my expectation.

La situation géographique dans de grands bâtiments complexes, la difficulté d’accès et de check-in, aucun point précis mentionné pour l’accueil à part une adresse générique, aucune mention de l’emplacement du parking ni du fait qu’il soit payant, la réception voulant garder le passeport (c’est un document personnel), difficile d’amener des contacts dans l’hotel (pièce d’ID requise etc.). Le lieu est comme Fort Knox, on se croirait presque dans une prison d’état.

Eine absolute Katastrophe und Frechheit, total dreckig, die gesamte Wohnung stinkt und ist dreckig, die Bettlaken würden vermutlich Monate lang nicht gewaschen, es war ein extremer Gestank!!! Die Dusche funktioniert NICHT!! Die Klimaanlage tropft wenn sie an ist auf die Kopfkissen und Bettlaken.. es ist super laut wegen dem Verkehr, an Schlaf ohne Ohrstöpsel garnicht zu denken!!! Der „Vermieter“ ist nicht erreichbar wenn zum Beispiel die Dusche nicht funktioniert, erst am Tag des Check Outs meldet er sich um zu sagen dass bis 12:00 ausgeheckt sein muss, aber davor KEINE Erreichbarkeit und die Lobby ist nicht zuständig..

Det var väldigt bra välstädat bekväma sängar. Ett perfekt boende om man vill sköta sig själv lite. Jag har absolut inget negativt att säga utan jag kommer gärna tillbaka.

Jag saknade lite att det inte fanns någon bar i närheten där man kan träffa lite folk över en öl eller så och snacka lite. Det blev lite ensamt som ensamresenär när man gillar att träffa människor

I like that it was a really safe area with nice people at the desc, clean and cozy room with everything you'll need. If more is needed it's just above market where you can get what you need. Easy to get in and get around

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ma Ree’s; it was a very cozy home away from home. The location was great with various restaurants innthe buikding itself; and the host is exceptionally thoughtful, very accommodating and helpfully responsive. Communication was smooth and swift. Highly recommend place to stay.

It was a very large, popular and therefore very busy residence building and as one would expect, it felt congested at times - esp in the lifts. However, there are a number of lifts and they run quite quickly.

First of all, it is an apartment on a skyscrapper, so no reception, just security at the entrance of the building. The apartment was very clean and had everything a house could have. You can use the building swimming pool by paying a small fee (around €2,5 per day). The area is safe but a bit far from the old town, asia mall and other atractions, and public transport is not that great. But taxis are pretty cheap. There is variety of restaurants and bars around the building or at walking distance of 10-20 minutes.

The curtains were very thin, so a lot of light in the morning from early on. There was a malfunction in the bathroom, but the host was very polite and tried his best to find a solution. Not being a hotel, I could not leave my luggage in the entrance for some hours until I leave for the airport.

The location was good. Our host was very helpful and the apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed.

There was so many cockroaches in the bathroom. We must have killed over 20. This made the apartment not pleasant to live in.

Great location with shopping and facilities close by.

Make sure to get an outline on how to work the hot water heater in the shower.

Really nice apartment, great view, facilities and a responsive host. Great location located right next to a mall with lots of food options. Would definitely return in the future!

Stayed here for two and a half weeks with my husband and toddler and the space was perfect for our little family. Amenities were clean, staff and guards were helpful, view of Ayala Ave and Makati was great and the best part was having a SM Supermarket downstairs to grab last minute groceries especially if you have a little one or were just feeling especially snackish. The place was also equipped with an oven, another foldout lounge (for an extra bed if need be), a vacuum and a tv for all those days you just want to stay in and chill. 10/10 would look into booking this place again for our next stay!
