10/10 for location, staff helpfulness and space. Reasonably clean, reasonably equipped, reasonably priced.

There are room for improvement, but overall very happy.

The location is very convenient and close to all prime destinations,5 minutes walk from twin tower,lovely view from 42th floor.manager Mr Rafi was exceptionally courteous and respectful he let us check in early once reach at residence.

I had to cut short my stay by 4 days and handed the apartment pack to owner at peak season and owner promised to look at possible refund. I even asked for only 2 nights if not all 4 nights. Owner kept saying he did not get his money from booking.com and cant refund.

Loved this property. Had a very good time staying here. WiFi given was exceptionally good. The entire apartment was neatly kept and also had all the amenities needed for a weeks stay or so. We had a trouble with the sink in the kitchen and it was blocked, that was informed to the host but unfortunately was not fixed. They were ready to fix it but we were not available while they came to fix it. I am happy they at least responded to our concern. I would definitely recommend this property.

The location is near petronas twin tower , klcc, and bukit nanas monorel mrt station, also near foodtruck, you can go by walk on foot The room is nive, clean , comfy, spacious and have big window (glass wall) with nive view The staff is so kind, helpfull and quick response, thanks mr mithu

Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, with easy access to public transport and food spots. The person-in-charge (PIC) was extremely helpful and responsive.

The location, the beds and the apartment in general was perfect

It’s the first time that I had to pay in cash (and to pay a deposit of 200 MYR) because he didn’t give me other choice and the staff didn’t give me an invoice or something similar. He called me many times to confirm stuff instead of writing and the check out was irregular. The previous day he insisted us that we had to meet us in the apartment at 11 am to do the check out but he calls me at 10:47 to do the check out at 12 and when I insisted to do the check out in time we had to wait till 11:20.

Breakfast was not included as it is an apartment! The location is in the Golden Triangle of the KL City Centre…10 minutes walk to the Petrons Towers! Rafi is a very obliging host. He rectified everything we requested that needed attention….like kitchen utensils, kitchen towels, tissue box, chopping knives and scissor set, the remotes and even cleaning the bathroom floor that looked unclean but the flooring just gives that impression. With Rafi running around to please us and extend his help with a pleasing smile , he made our stay worthwhile and memorable There is a 7 eleven store downstairs as well as a soft drinks machine . I would highly recommend a stay at this apartment. The view is amazing from the 42nd floor! Even the top of one of the Petrons Towers is visible and a delight to see when lit up in the evenings. Rafi’s eagerness to see to every need makes him endearing !

Maybe someday Rafi can change the bathroom flooring to look spotless!

Apartment itself was not in the best shape and not the cleanest. But again, for the price, the facilities, location, AC, and WiFI more than made up for it. Great value for the price.

Nothing, my family really enjoys living in this apartment, just walking to Suria KLCC and can take the monorail to Bukit Bintang. The apartment close to monorail Bukit Nanas

the location was centre /close by of all attractions like petronas towers, kl towers, jalan alor and other indian restaurants. Rafi was very sweet and humble and he was actually waiting for us when we arrived. He was communicating with us from the day of booking itself making sure we plan our trip properly and things we need in our room.

very few hiccups- like 1 aircon was leaking ,but was repaired immediately. Rafi even offered to change our room

Good location, close to Bukit Bintang and KLCC.

The apartment is old, tired and a bit grimy. The towels we were given were horrible. The description says you can pay by card at the place but when we got there we were told that we could only pay by cash. Apparently the card machine wasn't working but I didn't believe that. Not much in the way of toiletries. The WiFi kept cutting out. The iron didn't work. The bathroom desperately needs a renovation and the shower was draining very slowly.

Perfect location for the hotel, staff were always extremely helpful. Manager Rafi was intouch always, Apartment was very nice and kept clean. Hotel stored luggage before and after check in/check out which was also very helpful. Would definitely stay here again once we back in Kuala Lumpur

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. 2. The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable. 3. The room was well equip with water boiler . My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. It was very tastefully done and to me, many will like it. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, fast and obliging. I was very happy to be given a late check-out after my small request. My girl friend and I was very happy and pleased with one day stay.

We had a very nice stay at vortex ,Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, a clean room and plenty of hot water. Can be recommended.

The host Rafi was really kind and accommodating. Rafi constantly checked in on us to see how we were doing, and was quick to respond.

The location is excellent and it can accomodate a family. Great value for money, especially for longer stays and with children. Also very private and quiet. When there was a maitenence problem it was addressed immediately.

Cleaners could do a more thorough job cleaning the showers and shower drains. Pool needs a bit of maitenence as tiles were sharp and pool probably needs re-grouting, my children cut their feet a few times.

Is spacious, clean, and rafi is really helpful and manage my family really good. Really recommend this place to stay. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The pots supplied don’t work on the induction hob, just one frying pan. the crockery totally random and mismatched. only 2 decent size bowls. suggest going to Ikea and getting a proper matching set of everything.

Located centre of town, host was friendly, easy check in and check out

1) Room was not so clean, the floor is sticky when we enter. 2) only iron board provided, iron is not provided. We have to wait for other people to check out then only we got an iron. 3) the master toilet drainage is a bit blocked 4) saw some cockroaches Sory we just hope the host will upgrade the house for cleanliness criteria, overall plesant stay because we dont stay at the room much, thank u

I'm really happy to come here. It's very nice. My family is also very happy. There are places to travel next to MRT booking. LCC. Nicoti is very nice but the parking here is a bit small for me.
